Container for the transport of easily damaged objects. The subject of the present invention forms a container for the transport of easily damaged objects, such as. B. Paintings and mirrors.
Such transport containers are known, but most have had the problem that they have a cover that has to be nailed or screwed onto the transport container by means of nails or screws.
Should z. If, for example, a painting with a frame is to be transported to an exhibition and from there returned to the owner of the painting, the exhibition commission now requires a transport container that the transport container must not be nailed but screwed together.
When designing the subject of the invention, not only is it not necessary to screw the cover, but it is also ensured that the commission does not need to write the address.
The container for the transport of objects, which forms the subject matter of the invention, has at least one plate which can be pushed back and forth in guides of the container and is provided with devices to accommodate interchangeable organs, to accommodate the object to be transported. which are intended to attach the object to be transported to increase.
Furthermore, a device is provided for writing down addresses, only one of which is visible, and a locking device for the cover.
The subject matter of the present invention is shown in various exemplary embodiments with detailed variants in the attached drawing, namely: FIG. 1 shows a transport container in a longitudinal section, the inner part with the object to be transported being visible in a plan view.
Fig. 2 shows the front view of the transport container with one type of locking, Fig. 3 shows a cross section through the transport container with an inelastic location tion of the object to be transported, Fig. 4 shows a cross section through the transport container with an elastic mounting of the object to be transported, Fig. 5 is a partial cross section through the transport container, which shows the Verriege development of the transport container,
6 shows a partial longitudinal section through the transport container, which shows a plate on which addresses are given; FIG. 7 shows the front view of the transport container with a different type of locking; 8 and 9 show, on a larger scale, a fastening element which is provided for the storage of the object to be transported; 10 shows, on a larger scale, an inelastic base on which the object to be transported is stored;
11 shows, on a larger scale and in a partial section, an elastic mounting of the object to be transported; 12 to 14 show the address plate and the cover plate to cover the unnecessary address. FIG. 13 shows a section along line a-b in FIG. 12, FIG. 14 a section along line c-d in FIG. 12;
15 to 7 show sections of a locking device; 18 and 19 show a section and a view of another locking device of the transport container; Fig. 20 shows, on a larger scale, an elastic mounting device, which is shown punk benefits in Fig. 4; Fig. 21 shows the cross section of a white direct transport container.
According to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the transport container has the fixed frame, formed by the base 7, the cover plate 6, the side walls 2 and 3 and the rear wall 4 provided with the grooves for the plate 5. The parts just mentioned are solid. joined together and can be reinforced by fittings. The one in the transport container in the lead. The part that can be pushed back and forth consists of the plate 5 to which the front strip 1 is firmly connected.
On the plate 5, the object to be transported 8 is fastened by means of the belts 9, 10 and 11, which can also be straps, cords, etc., in the 'X @ Teise shown in the drawing, namely, FIG. 3 shows a Inelastic fastening of the object to be transported B. The plate 5 has a series of holes 13 for receiving the fastening elements 12 or also slots for moving the latter. On the latter, the buckle-adjustable straps or straps 9, 10 and 11 are attached.
The inelastic support members 32 on which the object to be trans ported rests are attached to the plate 5 by means of screws 14 which pass through the holes 13 of the plate 5. Depending on the size and weight of the object to be transported, whoever the support members 32 attached more or less far from each other by the holes 13 or slots or other Anord statements allow various types of attachment of the support members 32.
4 and 11, an elastic mounting of the object to be transported is shown. In this case, an elastic disc 33, which can be made of rubber or another elastic material, is placed under each inelastic support member 32. On the other side of the plate, an elastic disc 34 is also seen before. The organs 32 and the disks 33, 34 are jointly fastened to the plate 5 by means of the screw 14. These discs can also be replaced by springs.
When the object to be transported is supported elastically, the fastening elements 15 are fastened to the support elements 32, as FIGS. 4 and 11 show. Another elastic mounting can be attached to the plate 5 according to the dotted illustration, which is shown on a larger scale in FIG. 20. For this purpose, the plate 37 on which the object is to be placed is attached to various bolts 14 by means of springs 38.
The plate 37, like plate 5, can be provided with many holes 13 in order to open fastening organs. Instead of springs, elastic bands could also be provided.
6, 12, 13 and 14 show the device for writing addresses. A cavity for receiving this device is provided in the front strip 1. In the present case, two addresses are given on a round plate 16 which is fastened on the axis 18. On one half of the plate 16, the address of the sender is given to whom the trans port container is to go back with or without content. On the other half of the plate 16, the address of the recipient is given.
One half of the plate 16, therefore also the one address, is covered by the cover plate 19 which is fastened in the front strip 1 by means of screws 20. By the nut 17, the plate 16 is held in the corresponding position.
15 to 17 show a combination lock for locking the transport container. For this purpose, rotatably mounted bolts 21, 22, 23 with the longitudinal grooves 35 are provided in the cover 6, through which the fingers 36 of the lever 24, which is fastened together with the bolt 26 on the rotatable axis 25, can pass through when appropriately adjusted.
When the bolt 26 enters the notch 27 which is attached to the cover plate 6, the trans port container is locked.
Fig. 18 and 19 show another before direction for locking the transport container. The up and down slide bolt 31, which is mounted in the front strip 1 and enters a notch in the cover plate 6 when the container is closed, shows the buttoned tongue 30, which by means of a hole not shown through the lock 28, against the in the Front bar 1 festgelager th bar 29 can be locked. The bolt 31 can therefore only be pushed out of the notch in the cover plate after opening the lock 28 by means of a key.
The transport container is used in the following way: The object to be transported can be elastically stored according to FIG. 3 by being fastened to the support members 32 by means of straps 9, 19 and 11 against the plate 5 taken out of the frame. The belts 10, 11 fasten the object to be transported in the transverse position and belt 9 in the longitudinal position. The size of the object to be transported determines the choice of holes 13 for mounting the support members 32 and the fastening members 12 on which the straps are attached. Then the plate 5 is pushed into the frame, the Nu th in the side walls 2 and 3 serve as a guide.
Before that, the plate 16 was set with the addresses in such a way that the destination became visible.
If the object to be transported is to be elastically stored according to FIG. 4, the support members 32 are elastically stored and the object to be transported is fastened:
against the support organ 32 by means of the belts 9, 10 and 11. If the object to be transported is to be sent back to the sender, the fastening takes place exactly as just described, and the plate with the addresses is so turned so that the address of the sender is now shown.
As far as the locking of the transport container is concerned, the same is done either by means of the lock 28 according to FIGS. 1-8 and 19, and the key must be sent or the same happens according to FIGS. 15 to 17 by means of a combination lock. In the latter case, the recipient must be shared with how the bolts 21, 227 23, which are provided with letters above, must be placed so that the transport container can be opened.
1 shows an extraordinarily simple transport container which does not require a floor, in that the plate 54, which replaces the plate 5 of the previous construction and serves to fasten the object to be transported, also forms the base plate . The side walls 5? - and 53 are at the top and bottom with. Provided grooves.
The cover plate 50 is in a fixed position in the upper grooves, while the plate 54, which can be pushed back and forth rests in the lower grooves and, like plate 5, is equipped with holes (not shown) and replaceable fastening elements. Above is the frame formed from strips men 51 and below the frame formed from strips 55 placed. It is important that the container does not need a separate floor, thereby making the container very cheap and simple. Should z.
B. a Ge painting are taken out of the container merely for the purpose of criticism, the plate 54 with the tightly tied painting is removed and placed on the wall. If the painting is not used, it is pushed back into the container exactly in the state in which it was pulled out of the container on the plate 54.
Instead of as shown, z. B. the axis? 5 are combined with the Aclise 18, so that the disc 16, the lever 94 and pin 76 come to rest one behind the other. When the disk 16 is rotated, the transport container is then opened or closed at the same time. Likewise, for the fastening of the object on the plate 5, not only holes and slots can be provided, but for example rods can be arranged on which the fastening organs, which are designed in the form of a band or cord, back and forth can be arranged to slide forward.
The plate 5 can also be used as a frame in which a support device, for. B. a net or cloth is clamped, be formed. Several plates 5 can also be arranged in a container.
