Ski mit Sehntzkanten. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Ski mit Schutzkanten. Die Schutzkante weist eine Kunststoffleiste und eine Stahlschiene auf, welch letztere aus Einzelteilen gleicher Form zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die Ein zelteile am Skiholz festgeschraubt und am äussern Teil mit einer Verstärkungsleiste ver sehen sind.
Das Neue besteht nun darin, dass die Stahlschienenteile mit gegen das Skiholz zu sich erweiternden Ausnehmungen ver sehen sind, in welche Kunststoff eingebracht ist, womit eine nietenkopfartige Verbindung der Kunststoffleiste mit der Stahlschiene hergestellt ist. Diese neue Verbindung ermög licht ein ungehindertes Federn des Skiholzes.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes schema tisch dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht eines Skis mit der neuen (Schutzkante, Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen in grösserem Massstab ein Teilstück der Schutzkante.
Fig. 4 und. 5 sind Schnitte nach den Linien IV-IV und V-V der Fig. 3. Die Schutzkante 1 besteht aus einzelnen Elementen von gleicher Form und gleicher Länge. Jedes Element weist eine Stahl schiene 3 auf, die mittels Schrauben 8 am Skiholz 2 festgeschraubt ist. Jedes Teilstück weist nach aussen versenkte Bohrungen 5 auf, in welchen der Kopf der Rolzschraube 8 Platz findet.
Ausserdem besitzt jedes Teil stück nach innen, d. h. nach dem Skiholz zu sich erweiternde Bohrungen 6. An der Stahl schiene 3 ist am zu deren Verstärkung am äussern Rand eine Leiste 4 angeschweisst. Diese besitzt eine schräglaufende Innenwan dung 11; ebenso ist das Skiholz 2 mit einer schräglaufenden Seitenwand 12 versehen. In dieser durch :Schiene 3 und Wände 11, 12 ge bildeten, im Querschnitt schwalbenschwanz- förmigen Nut, liegt eine sich über die ganze Länge der Schutzkante erstreckende Leiste 9 aus Kunststoff.
Der Kunststoff wird in plastischem Zustand in die Nut .eingepresst. Die Masse tritt durch die Löcher 6. Es ent stehen Köpfe 13 aus Kunstmasse, welche die Leiste 9 an der Stahlschiene 3 verankern. Die Leiste y deckt die Befestigungsschrauben B. Die Gleitfläche des Skis ist vollkommen eben. Die Stossstellen 14 der einzelnen Ele mente der Kante 1 sind abgeschrägt und überlappen einander.
Der Ab:schrägungswin- kel a beträgt vorzugsweise wenigstens an genähert 36 ; er kann aber auch anders ge wählt werden.
Die gekennzeichnete Schutzkante besitzt einen verhältnismässig kleinen Querschnitt. Die im Skiholz ausgearbeitete A.usnehmung besitzt kleine Abmessungen. Das Skiholz wird wenig geschwächt. Ein Splittern ist: ausgeschlossen.
Skis with tendon edges. The invention relates to a ski with protective edges. The protective edge has a plastic strip and a steel rail, which the latter is composed of items of the same shape, with the individual parts screwed to the ski wood and see ver on the outer part with a reinforcing strip.
The novelty is that the steel rail parts are seen ver with recesses widening towards the ski wood, in which plastic is introduced, whereby a rivet-head-like connection of the plastic strip with the steel rail is made. This new connection allows the ski wood to spring unhindered.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject invention is shown schematically, namely: Fig. 1 is a side view of a ski with the new (protective edge, Fig. 2 and 3 show a portion of the protective edge on a larger scale.
Fig. 4 and. 5 are sections along the lines IV-IV and V-V of FIG. 3. The protective edge 1 consists of individual elements of the same shape and length. Each element has a steel rail 3 which is screwed to the ski wood 2 by means of screws 8. Each section has bores 5 countersunk outwards, in which the head of the bolt 8 can be accommodated.
In addition, each part has a piece inside, i.e. H. after the ski wood to widening holes 6. A bar 4 is welded to the steel rail 3 to reinforce it on the outer edge. This has a sloping Innenwan extension 11; Likewise, the ski wood 2 is provided with an inclined side wall 12. The strip y covers the fastening screws B. The sliding surface of the ski is completely flat. The joints 14 of the individual elements of the edge 1 are beveled and overlap each other.
The bevel angle α is preferably at least approximately 36; but it can also be chosen differently.
The marked protective edge has a relatively small cross-section. The recess in the ski wood has small dimensions. The ski wood is little weakened. Splintering is: impossible.
