Device for the uniform supply of a liquid or gaseous agent into pipes connected in parallel. The invention relates to a device for uniformly supplying a liquid or gaseous agent from a distribution chamber into parallel-connected pipes with the help of throttle bodies which are pressed onto their seat by a spring and is that the spring is designed as a helical spring and has such a distance between its windings that it acts as a filter for the medium flowing out of the distribution chamber through its windings to the throttle point.
It is advisable to design the coil spring as a helically slit tube.
A part of a Zwa.ngsstromdampferzeu- generator is shown as an example of the subject matter of the invention in the drawing in a simplified section.
The boiler pipe 1, which is connected in parallel to a number of identical boiling pipes not shown, connects to a weld nipple 2 of the distribution chamber 3. To clean the boiler pipe, a weld-on nipple 4 with a screw plug 5 is provided, after which cleaning tools can be inserted into the boiler pipe.
Liquid working medium flows from the distribution chamber 3 into the boiler pipes connected in parallel. In order to achieve an even distribution of the working medium on the individual boiler pipes, a nozzle body 6 with a throttle disc 7 is installed at the inlet of the latter. Each of the parallel pipes has such a disk, the throttling points (12) correspondingly increasing the flow resistance of each pipe and thereby ensuring an even distribution of the working medium on the pipes.
The nozzle body 6 sits with a conical surface 8 in a corresponding seat surface 9 of the viewing nipple 2. To prevent it from falling out, the nozzle body is pressed against the seat surface 9 with the aid of a helical spring 10 supported against the locking screw 5. The throttle disc 7 is held in the nozzle body by means of the helical spring 10, which is provided with a thread 13, so that the nozzle body, throttle disc and helical spring can be installed and removed as a coherent component.
The working medium then flows out of the distribution chamber through the free area between the spring windings and through the throttle point 1 \ 3 into the boiler pipe.
The coil spring 10 is made from a tube from which a schraubförmi ger slot 11 is turned or milled. The width of the slot 11 is. is chosen so that the water flowing through it from the distribution chamber 3 through the nozzle 7 into the boiler tube 1 is filtered. Impurities that could clog the throttle point 7 are held back by the filter. In order to prevent premature clogging of the filter, the total area of the slot is selected several times larger than the cross-sectional area of the throttle point.
Impurities which could clog the nozzle 7 are therefore held back by the helical spring, but the flow resistance is only reduced by an insignificant amount, even when the filter retains l'nj. The working medium can flow in an undiminished amount from the distribution chamber 3 into the boiler pipe.
The screw could also e.g. B. wound from the run or square wire who the. Instead of holding the throttle disk in the nozzle body by means of a screw connection, it could also be pressed elastically into the nozzle body with the aid of the spring.
The invention is also suitable for other steam generators, heat exchangers or other apparatus, as well as for forced flow steam generators, in which a liquid or gaseous medium is to be fed evenly from a distribution chamber to several parallel-connected pipes.
