Description
Sperrbarer Freilauf. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein sperr barer Freilauf. Dieser ist in Fig. 1 und 2 der Zeichnung in zwei Schnitten in einem Beispiel dargestellt.
Ein mehrkantiger Wellenteil A ist in einem Zylinder B zentrisch gelagert; zwi schen den Abflachungen des Teils A und der Zylinderwand sind Walzen C eingeschoben, die in ihrer Mittelstellung etwas radiales Spiel haben. In dem Teil A. sind Schieber<I>D</I> eingelassen, die vom zentralen Hohlraum des Teils A aus betätigt werden. Sind die Schie ber nach aussen gestossen, so können sich die U'alzen in der Drehrichtung des Zylinders gegen den Uhrzeigersinn nicht mehr fest klemmen, der Freilauf ist eingeschaltet. Wer den die Schieber nach innen gezogen, so tritt in der betreffenden Drehrichtung Starrlauf ein.
Die Betätigung der Schieber erfolgt durch einen zentralen, in einer Bohrung des Teils A untergebrachten Schiebekonus E, in dessen ausgefrästen T-Nuten die Schieber geführt werden. Mittels Federdruck werden der Ko- nus E in der Pfeilrichtung und damit die Schieber D radial nach aussen gedrückt. Der Freilauf ist dadurch hergestellt. Beim Hin eindrücken des Konus E gegen die Kraft der Feder werden auch die Schieber D nach in nen gezogen und geben dadurch die Walzen C frei; dadurch entsteht Starrlauf.
Lockable freewheel. The invention is a lockable freewheel. This is shown in Fig. 1 and 2 of the drawing in two sections in an example.
A multi-edged shaft part A is mounted centrally in a cylinder B; Between tween the flats of part A and the cylinder wall, rollers C are inserted, which have some radial play in their central position. Slides <I> D </I> which are operated from the central cavity of part A are embedded in part A. Once the slides have pushed outwards, the U 'rollers can no longer jam in the counterclockwise direction of rotation of the cylinder, and the freewheel is activated. Anyone who pulls the slide inward will result in rigid running in the relevant direction of rotation.
The slide is actuated by a central slide cone E accommodated in a hole in part A, in whose milled T-grooves the slide is guided. By means of spring pressure, the cone E is pressed in the direction of the arrow and thus the slide D is pressed radially outwards. The freewheel is thereby established. When the cone E is pushed in against the force of the spring, the slide D is also pulled inwards, thereby releasing the rollers C; this results in rigid running.
