Schraubklemme.
Screw terminal. Screw terminals are often constructed in such a way that they still have a holding jerk if the part that is in the terminal should experience a cross-sectional reduction due to shrinkage over time, such as an aluminum conductor. For this purpose, one practices a suspension in the screw terminal.
As far as such screw terminals have become known, this suspension complicates the terminal, requires a large spatial dimension, requires special attention with regard to the loss of parts during storage or the assembly of the terminal or can appear bulky during assembly .
The present invention relates to a 3chraubklemme which has a holding pressure even with a subsequent union cross-section reduction of the part held in the clamp, but in which the disadvantages mentioned are avoided.
According to the invention is held in the head of the screw part of the screw terminal through the Sen into the terminal hole and standing under spring pressure, a bolt ge secures. Advantageously, the head of the screw part includes the Federdruckmit tel in itself and consists of two pieces that hold the spring pressure means and a head-like extension of the bolt in a cavity between them.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section through the screw terminal in the rest condition and Fig. 2 is a longitudinal section through the terminal in the use condition; FIG. 3 shows a cross section along the line III-III of FIG.
1 with the clamp body with the clamp hole 2 for the introduction of the part to be held in the clamp, for example an aluminum conductor 3, is designated. The screw part 4 of the clamp is screwed through a threaded hole in this clamp body. This screw part 4 is provided with a longitudinal bore 5 and its head consists of two pieces 6 and 7. The piece 6 is formed like a cup from the screw part 4 itself and the piece 7 is shaped like a cap and pushed over the cup-like piece 6.
The two head pieces 6 and 7 thus include a cavity between them in which the head-like extension 8 of a bolt 9 is located. The Bol zen 9 protrudes with play through the bore 5 in the terminal hole 2 and a spring pressure medium, which has the shape of a snap ring 10 and tion between the head-like expansions 8 and the head piece 7 is in the named cavity, pushes the screw terminal at rest the extension 8 to the base of the chalice-like piece 6.
The cap-like head piece 7 has on its upper side a training in the form of a transverse slot 11 serving for the attack of a tool to be used for turning the screw part 4, it being assumed that the tool is a screwdriver.
According to the exemplary embodiment, the two head pieces 6 and 7 are inseparably and non-rotatably connected to one another in that recesses or depressions 12 are seen on the outer profile of the chalice-like piece 6, into which the cap-like piece 7 is pressed with its lower edge.
If after introducing the aluminum conductor 3 in the terminal hole 2 of the screw part 4 tightened, the bolt 9 presses on the conductor 3 and like this to compress something. In this case, however, the spring 10 is compressed by the head-like extension 8 and is pretensioned, so that even if the cross-section of the conductor 3 is reduced over time, a white phenomenon occurs especially with aluminum conductors, the conductor is held under pressure in the clamp by the bolt 9 being able to follow this shrinkage under the pressure of the spring 10.
The insoluble and non-rotatable connection of the screw part braided pieces 6, 7 could also be achieved in other ways as shown. For example, the lower edge of the cap-like piece 7 could be beaded around the cup-like piece 6 and the crown of the latter could be provided with prongs or recesses which engage in recesses or prongs in the interior of the cap-like piece.
Instead of prongs and recesses, pins and holes in one and the other piece could also serve as a coupling lock.
A spring washer, a multi-thread helical spring a and possibly even rubber could also be used as the spring means instead of the snap ring, which itself could have the cross-section instead of angular, run
The described embodiment of the screw terminal according to the invention has a very simple structure and is. e small-scale, whereby a screw part with a normal thread can be used if the pressure bolt is relatively strong. Furthermore, the clamp has no loose parts that would have to be taken into account with regard to getting lost in storage 7 or assembly or that could appear bulky during assembly.
