Mechanism for producing a tumbling and rotating body movement. The invention relates to a mechanism for generating a tumbling and rotating body movement. This mechanism uses the kinematics of reversible joint systems. Such everting systems are known to consist of rigid links that are pivotally connected to each other, the axes of two in the chain following joints are crooked to each other.
The mechanism for generating a tumbling and rotating body movement is characterized by a device for connecting the body to two links of the mechanism in such a way that the body together with the cited device forms a link of an invertible, closed chain.
Such a mechanism can be designed in such a way that a diagonal connection, for example of a regular six-link everting chain, the joints of which are rotated 90 relative to one another, is designed as an actuator. This frame member is the carrier of two bearings, which take two parallel, counter-rotating shafts. On both sides of the frame link, which is also used to accommodate suitable drive devices, there are three links of the chain.
Here, the two middle links of the three links located on both sides of the frame can now be formed into frames which are provided with ge suitable clamping devices for firmly clamping the body.
The movement process of such a mechanism BEZW. The movement of an axially symmetrical body, which is clamped in the middle link of the half eversion chain, for example so that the axis of symmetry of the body coincides with the straight line connecting the centers of the adjacent joint axes, is a periodic movement divided into four phases of the character of a harmonic oscillation, the movement of which has the following components:
1. the body rotates around its own axis, 2. the body performs a swaying movement both in outline and in elevation, which is connected to a back and forth movement. The center of gravity of the axially symmetrical body, which corresponds to the center point of the middle link of the half inverted chain with said clamping, describes an elongated figure-eight loop in a certain view.
The bodies which are to be subjected to the described tumbling and rotating movements can be barrels, vessels or bottles which are introduced into a suitable cage by means of suitable clamping devices. The mechanism can function as a vessel cleaning machine. The scrubbing pressure, which is supplied by the weight of the cleaning agent, for example a quartz-water mixture, is available in common machines of this type. when the mechanism is present, it is directly dependent on the movement process described. It is caused by the motor force of the drive machine and can be increased accordingly. be regulated.
The mechanism can be used for the impregnation of the inside of the vessels, since the movement process produces a uniform, tightly fitting inner coating after a liquid and solidifying filling has been introduced. If the body-receiving frame is designed to receive a piece shape, a ceramic or related shape-forming process can be effected, with extremely thin mold walls being able to be achieved. If the body has the shape of a container closed on all sides, it can be used to hold powder or liquids. The mechanism works by mixing the elements quickly and intimately.
If the container is designed as a ball mill, the device for grinding the material introduced can be used. The mechanism is also suitable for achieving accelerated dissolution processes, for example of raw ummi in gasoline. If it is ensured that the container can be coated on all sides from the outside by the flame of a burner built into the foundation, for example, the mechanism is particularly suitable as an apparatus for achieving such chemical reactions in which a constant during the heating or roasting process Relocation and mixing of the contents of the container is required.
To achieve higher temperatures or degrees of cold, the entire device can be installed in a heated or cooled room. By means of the device, cast pieces of seamless hollow or bell shapes made of metal with a high melting point can be cast without the use of a core piece, with the clamped body representing a melting furnace. Such mechanisms are particularly suitable for butter production, since they accelerate the buttering process, a fact that makes it possible to
to lower the temperature compared to the usual, whereby the yield improves. The method can also be designed in such a way that the hoarfrost containers, which are half filled with cream, are introduced into the frame device receiving the containers without being poured over.
The butter production, i.e. the washing and kneading of the butter, can be carried out in a known manner in the same container. The body, which is set in a tumbling and rotating movement by the mechanism, can also be immersed in a trough, so that in this case its movement has an outward effect on the medium located in the trough.
The invention is explained using the drawing, for example.
1 shows the schematic representation of a six-link everting chain in which the use of two links, which are mirror images of the gesture link, for vessel-receiving elements is indicated by the dashed outlines of two barrels. Fig. 2 illustrates an embodiment example of the subject invention in which only one half of Fig. 1 of the construction is based.
In both cases the drawing plane is viewed as a plan.
Fig. 3 shows a dashed figure eight loop, that is the path of the center of gravity of the symmetrically clamped vessel in the plan.
The Umstülpungsge shown in Fig. 1 consists of six main members of the same length 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and the in the parallel shafts ausgebil Deten members 7 and B. The joint axes are corresponding to the abutting members with 1.2 - 2.3 - 3.8 - 8.4 - 4.5 - 5.6 6.7 and 7.1. Of these, the axes are 7.1 and 1.2-1.2 and 2.3-2.3 and 3.8-8.4 and 4.5-4.5 and 5; 6-5.6 and 6 , 7 each skewed under each other, on the other hand the axes 3, 8 and 8, 4 and the axes 6, 7 and 7, 1 run parallel to each other. The shafts 7 and 8 are mounted in the sleeves 9 and 10, which verbun through the fixed rod 11 are the. This represents the frame member of the gearbox.
Certain members of the everting gearbox, in the example shown schematically, the members 2 and 5, form retaining devices or. Frame to hold resp. to accommodate containers., They could also be formed directly to containers. A and B show two closed bins, shown by dashed lines, in axially symmetrical assignment to links 2 and 5, so that the centers of links 2 and 5 coincide with the centers of gravity of the containers. The resulting formation of the links of the transmission is shown in the Ausfüh approximately example of FIG.
The kinematic relationship of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2 appears in clear correspondence with the right half of the schematic representation according to FIG. 1 if the latter is imagined rotated by 90 'counterclockwise. The machine parts which are denoted by the reference numbers 12-19 in FIG. 2 correspond in kinematic terms to the links denoted by 4-11 in FIG. This correspondence to FIG. 1 is obtained if the number 8 is subtracted from the reference numbers 12 to 19.
The links 12 and 14 are formed into forks. In the position shown, the fork 12 represents the side view of the fork 14, which is supposed to be raised by 60. The member 13 is formed into a double frame which serves to hold the barrel 20, which is secured by a suitable clamping device, for example by means of the handwheel 21 of the Spindle 22 and of the presstellers 23, on the counterpart 24 sitting on, is fixed.
In the fork parts 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 there are ball bearings which accommodate the shafts belonging to the joint axes 12, 13-13, 14 and 14, 15. Again rotated by <B> 90 '</B> in relation to one another, the two pivot bearings 31 and 32 appear in the position shown. These continue in the drive shafts 33 and 34, which in the foundation box 19 at 18 and 17 are parallel to one another are stored running. The shafts 33 and 34 are set in opposite rotation by suitable drive devices located in the box 19.
The center 35 of the system 13, 20 describes its rotating and tumbling movement in plan during half a turn of the shaft 33 BEZW. of the shaft 34, the figure-of-eight shown in FIG. During a quarter: rotation of the shaft 33 respectively. of the shaft 34, the point 25 in the plan moves from 36 to 37.
