Fig. 1 ein zweirÏderiges AnhÏngefahrgestell mit tiefliegendem Janchekasten,
Fig. 2 dasselbe im Schnitt nach Linie AùB,
Fig. 4 dasselbe im Schnitt nach Linie C-D,
Fig. 5 ein zweiräderiges AnhÏngefahrgestell mit Ladebrücke.
Chassis for agricultural transport equipment.
To fertilize the meadows with liquid manure, two different transport vehicles are generally used for the manure. For terrain that is easy to drive on, the farmer uses a slurry tank mounted on a wagon. The outlet of this barrel, which is about 1 m above the ground, has a distributor plate that distributes the outflowing liquid manure in a wide arc.
However, the device cannot be used on impassable slopes. In these places, the liquid manure has to be removed from the liquid manure container with a scoop and thrown over the meadow. A slurry tank of the type mentioned above cannot be used for this purpose, because from this the Jau; surface cannot be removed with a scoop because the barrel is too high above the ground. To eject the manure, the flat manure box that protrudes only slightly from the floor is used.
In this case, the spout is so low on the floor that direct sprinkling is only possible to a limited extent due to the slight slope of the manure. The farmer must in most cases. own both means of transport, the wagon with the high-level manure box and the low manure-tank wagon.
The present invention now aims to combine both means of transport in one vehicle and, by means of a suitable construction, to design the chassis so that another transport device, for example a loading bridge, a gravel or dung level or an animal transport enclosure, can also be mounted.
The invention consists in that the chassis and the manure box of a manure box wagon are provided with bearings and a removable second axle is provided in such a way that the box both in the low position for scooping and in the high position instead of a barrel for sprinkling The liquid manure can be stored on the chassis, whereby the box is automatically tilted in the Eoeh- position by means of a spring with decreasing manure content, and furthermore a support for another transport device is formed by an extension of the chassis frame beyond the axis to the rear is.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject of the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment, it shows:
Fig. 1 shows a two-wheeled trailer chassis with a low-lying Janche box,
Fig. 2 the same in section along line AùB,
Fig. 3 shows a two-wheel trailer chassis, with a high-lying manure box,
Fig. 4 the same in section along line C-D,
Fig. 5 shows a two-wheeled trailer chassis with a loading bridge.
The chassis has wheels 1. The two longitudinal members of the chassis frame 2 are connected to one another on the attachment side and. have the known attachment bracket 3 and the support wheel 4. The cranked axle 5 with the wheel axles 6 is stiffened by the lateral angle plates 7 and welded to one piece. These angle plates 7, which are welded to the axle on the one hand, are screwed to the chassis frame @ on the other hand.
Bearings 8 are welded onto this, which serve to accommodate a releasable second axis 9. On the Jauehekasten 10 bearings 11 are screwed, which are open at the bottom. The liquid manure box has a curved bottom so that the liquid manure can flow out completely. The axis 5 and the axis 9 are therefore also bent accordingly. In Figs. I and 2, the chassis is drawn with the cesspool in the lower position. The bearings 11 reach over the axis 5 and are each secured by a pin 12 upwards. Fig. 3 and 4 show the chassis with the septic tank raised.
The exchangeable second axle 9 is inserted in the bearings 8. The bearings 11 on the cesspool 10 reach over the axle 9 and are secured by the pin 12 upwards.
. On the cesspool 10 a screw 13 with crank 14 is attached. A compression spring 16 presses on the screw nut 15, the lower end of which is supported on a lever 18. The lever 18 is pivotally attached to the eye 20 of the chassis frame 2 with the screw 19 so that the support of the spring 16 can be adjusted according to the upper or lower position of the liquid.
When the contents of the container are emptied, the front part of the box rises automatically due to the reduction in weight as a result of the relaxation of the spring 16, which is fully compressed under full load. By moving the spindle nut 15 up or down, the spring 16 can be influenced and the inclination of the box can be regulated will.
5 shows how, as a result of the lengthening of the chassis frame 2 to the rear, a loading bridge 17 can be mounted on which the loading weight is not exclusively supported in front of the wheels, so that the same is better on the wheels and the hitch distributed.
