Auf der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung in mehreren Ausführungsbeispielen dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen aus Gummi gefertigten Tu benhalter mit Klebfläche im Querschnitt; Fig. 2 zeigt denselben mit eingesteckter Tube in Seitenansicht;
Holder for tubes, which is set up to close the tube opening. The present invention relates to a holder for tubes of all types, which is designed to close the tube mouth. The purpose of this holder is to facilitate the use of toothpaste, shaving and skin cream tubes, but also tubes filled with glue or other pastes, by the fact that 1. the annoying unscrewing and unscrewing of the small threaded caps get lost easily, and that 2. the tubes are always to hand, kept tidy and closed.
The tube holder according to the invention is characterized by a cap with an elastic, to encompass the tube neck be certain jacket, which is designed so that it can hold the tube neck with closure of the tube opening by the cap by its inherent elasticity.
The cap can consist of a piece of rubber that has an opening for introducing the tube neck. But it can also consist of a base plate with a number of resilient parts suitable for enclosing the tube neck.
In order to secure the tubes against falling out, the elastic jacket can be provided with retaining grooves on the inside, which, for. B. can consist of Ge threads. If you choose a corresponding sawtooth-shaped thread, the tubes hate to be plugged in particularly easily and almost without pressure and are still held in place sufficiently.
In order to be able to hold tubes with different sized Ge thread diameters in one and the same holder, the opening width of the elastic jacket can be set up adjustable.
Any attachment of the tube holder to fixed objects, such as. B. consoles, glass panels, tables or walls, can be done using a wide variety of fasteners, e. B. by gluing, clamping, screwing or using a suction cup.
In the drawing, the invention is shown in several embodiments, namely: Figure 1 shows a Tu benhalter made of rubber with adhesive surface in cross section; 2 shows the same with an inserted tube in a side view;
Fig. 3 shows a resilient shell parts be seated holder with fastening clip bracket in side view and Fig. 4 the same with an inserted tube in cross section.
5 and 6 show two cross sections of an adjustable tube holder in cross section; Fig. 7 shows the cross-section of a holder particularly suitable for adhesive tubes.
Fig. 8 shows a tube holder according to the invention with a suction cup.
The existing rubber cap according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is equipped in its interior with the holding grooves b, which preferably have a sawtooth-shaped cross-section, in order to ensure that the z. B. to ensure hanging tube c. Due to the inherent elasticity of the cap a no screw movements are required when inserting and removing the tube. The sleeve a has an adhesive surface d on the outside with which it can be attached to a solid object, e.g. B. on a wall board, can be attached by gluing.
The elastic sleeve e (Fig. 3 and 4) consists of a number of resilient parts e ', which form the holding groove f on its inside, with which these parts e resiliently engage the bead h of the tube g and it as a result of the curvature of the holding groove f Pull it into the sleeve e, so that the tube opening h is pressed against the sealing plate i attached to the inside of the sleeve e and is thus closed.
The sleeve e, the z. B. can be made of celluloid, forms a cap with its base plate k and is connected to a resilient bracket 1 with which the cap is clamped to the plate m.
If the tube g has a threaded attachment, then if a holder of the type just described is to be used, a separate cap provided with a bead h and a passage opening h 'is screwed onto the threaded attachment.
In order to be able to hold tubes with different thread diameters in one and the same holder, the following arrangement is made according to FIGS. 5 and 6:
The cap ra with its base o curved outwards in the relaxed state is pressed more or less strongly against the base plate q, which is also curved inwards, by the ring p provided with an internal thread, when the ring p more or less touches the corresponding external thread of q is unscrewed.
The arched floor is the o more or less flat BEZW. even pressed hollow (ö in Fig. 6) and the previously smaller opening of the cap n is more or less expanded. Ring p and base plate q are of course made of solid material, the cap n of rubber.
A holder according to the invention, in particular for adhesive tubes, according to FIG. 7, the cap made of elastic material could have r, which is inside a solid material such. B. porcelain or synthetic resin, ge manufactured housing s is attached and into which the extended front end t of an adhesive tube u can be inserted or. is.
The resilience of the casing of the cap r, which is again provided with grooves, for example, prevents the attachment t from sticking in the cap in such a way that the latter can no longer be detached from the cap.
For the attachment of the holder according to the Invention, in particular on glass or porcelain plates, the known suction cup attachment is also suitable, as the example in FIG. 8 shows. The holder v made of rubber is combined with a suction cup w so that it can be attached to a glass plate x by simply pressing it on, for example.
This suction cup fastening, as well as the means of clamping bracket (Fig. 3 and 4) could of course also be used ver for the other of the embodiments are provided, and vice versa.
