Elektromagnetische Lamellen-Kupplung.
Solche Kupplungslamellen verwerfen sieh sehr leicht.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine Aussenlamelle in Stirn ansicht.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Innenlamelle in Stirn ansicht.
Electromagnetic multi-disc clutch. The invention relates to an electromagnetic multi-disc clutch which has outer discs and inner discs which have openings axially with respect to the excitation coil.
Such clutch plates are easily discarded. The reason is that during the coupling process the inner ring parts of the lamellas are heated very strongly and expand accordingly, while the outer ring parts are only slightly heated and counteract the expansion movement of the inner parts. By throwing the lamellae partly take a corrugated shape like a bent hat brim and partly also conical respectively. bowl-like shapes. These distortions are very annoying during the coupling process. When the Lamel lenpack is compressed, there is no alternative for the inner ring parts of the lamellas and they suffer deformation due to compression of the building material.
When cooling down, the inner ring parts now try to pull the outer ring parts over the webs located between the openings to a smaller diameter, which means that the outer ring parts then form undulating or are drawn together concentrically. However, these distortions have the consequence that when the clutch is released, axial forces occur in the disk pack and that undesired mutual friction of the disks occurs when the clutch is idling.
In order to prevent all these disadvantages, according to the invention the clutch plates are divided into several segments by radial slots extending from the inside and the outside, which can expand freely. The outer and inner lamellae can be designed in such a way that the outer and inner lamellae, which are in contact with one another, overlap one another in such a way that the segments formed by the slots are offset from one another in the lamella type.
In the drawing, Ausführungsbei are games of the subject invention provides Darge.
Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of an electromagnetic clutch with Lamel lenpack and armature disk for coupling a loosely mounted on the drive shaft gear with this shaft.
Fig. 2 shows an outer lamella in front view.
Fig. 3 shows an inner lamella in front view.
Fig. 4 shows the two lamellae shown in Fig. 2 and 3 in the assembled state.
FIG. 5 shows a part of a further embodiment of an outer disc, and FIG. 6 shows a part of a further embodiment of an inner disc.
In the coupling shown in Fig. 1, a gear 3, with which the magnetic body 4 is wedged, is loosely mounted on the drive shaft 1 by means of a socket 2. In the latter, the excitation coil 5 rests. Outside on the magnet body 4, a slip ring 7 is embedded in a ring 6 made of insulating material, from which the line 8 leads to the coil 5. Across from the coil 5 superimposed, the lamellar pack, consisting of a larger number of thin disks, namely from the outer lamellae 10, the teeth with entrainment 11 engage in a claw ring 12 attached to the magnet body 4 BE, and from the inner lamellae 14, which entrainment teeth 15 between wedges 16 of the shaft 1 grip. On the outside of the lamella pack closes the armature disk 17, which is back into the wedges. 16 of the shaft 1 engages.
All lamellas and the armature disk can be moved axially.
Each outer lamella 10 shown in Fig. 2 has axially above the annular He regerspule 5 interruptions 18, between which webs 19 remain. To the center of the webs 19 lead from the outer edge of the lamella inward to the radially directed slots 20 and from the inner lamella edge the radially directed slots 21 lead to the through; Refractions 18.
In the inner lamella 14 shown in Fig. 3 go from the outer edge inwardly to radially directed slots 24 that cross the openings 18 up to a certain limit, such as. This is indicated, for example, by the border circle drawn in phantom in FIG. The slots 25 directed radially from the inner edge of the lamella also lead up to this boundary circle.
In Figs. 2 and 3, the segments that are created by the special slitting of the lamellae, indicated by hatching some parts. There are both inner and outer segments.
The segments are even more pronounced in the further embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. There is no common boundary circle for the inner slots and outer slots; but the slots are all quite elongated, and z. B. in the outer plate Fig. 5, the slots 20 and in the inner plate Fig. 6, the slots 25 still in circular extensions 30 respectively. 35.
As can be seen from FIG. 4, the slots in the inner and outer lamellae are arranged in such a way that the segments are set against each other when they are joined together.
