Description

  

      Batteriezündanlage    mit auf der Primärseite der     Zündspule     eingeschalteten     Entstörmitteln.       Es ist bekannt, bei     Batteriezündanlagen     zwischen die     Primärstromzuleitung    zur     Zünd-          spule    und Masse einen Kondensator zur Ab  leitung von     Hochfrequenzschwingungen    und  in die     Primärstromzuleitung    zur Zündspule  selbst gegebenenfalls noch eine Drosselspule  einzuschalten.  



  Gemäss der Erfindung wird nun vorge  schlagen, den Kondensator zur Ableitung  von     Hochfrequenzschwingungen    und die  Drosselspule im     Zündspulengehäuse    zwischen  der Primärwicklung und der     Innenfläche    des  Gehäuses anzuordnen.

   Da die Drosselspule  aus wenigen Windungen besteht, bereitet ihre  Unterbringung ebensowenig Schwierigkeiten,  wie diejenige des     Kondensators,    dessen Be  legungen     zweckmässigerweise    zwischen der  Primärwicklung der Zündspule und der  Innenfläche des     Zündspulengehäuses    aufge  wickelt sein und je nach der     Kapazität    aus       einer,    zwei oder mehr gegeneinander, gegen    die     Primärwicklung    und gegen das     Zünd-          spulengehäuse    isolierten     Metallfolienwindun-          gen        bestehen    können.

   Wenn für den Kon  densator nur eine Windung erforderlich ist,  kann die     Innenfläche    des     Zündspulenge-          häuses    selbst eine     Belegung    des Kondensa  tors bilden. Die nicht mit Masse verbundene       gondensatorbelegung    wird zweckmässiger  weise an derjenigen Stelle angeschlossen, an  welcher die Drosselspule     und    die Primär  wicklung der Zündspule miteinander verbun  den sind.  



  Auf diese Weise gelingt es,     in    besonders  einfacher und zweckmässiger Weise die in  den Primärstromkreis einer     Batteriezünd-          anlage    einzuschaltenden     Entstörmittel    mit  der Zündspule selbst zu     kombinieren.     



  In der     Abbildung    der beiliegenden Zeich  nung ist als Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfin  dungsgegenstandes eine Zündspule mit ein-      gebautem     Kondensator    und     eingebauter     Drosselspule im Schnitt dargestellt.  



  In der Abbildung ist das     Zündspulen-          gehäuse    mit a bezeichnet. Innerhalb des Ge  häuses a befindet sich ein Eisenkern b, auf  welchen eine Sekundärwicklung c und eine  Primärwicklung d, eine Drosselspule e und  ein Kondensator aufgewickelt sind. Die eine  Belegung des     Kondensators    besteht aus einer       Metallfolienwindung    f, während die andere  Belegung durch das     Zündspulengehäuse    a ge  bildet wird. Zwischen den beiden Belegun  gen muss natürlich ein     Dielektrikum    vorhan  den sein. Aussen am     Zündspulengehäuse    ist  eine Befestigungsschelle g befestigt.

   Ein  Deckel i aus Isolierstoff dient zum Abschluss  des Gehäuses a; in ihm befinden sich An  schlussklemmen<I>k</I> und<I>l</I> für die Primärstrom  zuleitung zur Zündspule und für die An  schlussleitung des Primärstromunterbrechers  und in dem hochgezogenen Teil i' ein Hoch  spannungssteckeranschluss.

  According to the invention it is now proposed to arrange the capacitor for dissipating high frequency vibrations and the choke coil in the ignition coil housing between the primary winding and the inner surface of the housing.

   Since the choke coil consists of a few turns, it is just as easy to accommodate as that of the capacitor, the layout of which is expediently wound between the primary winding of the ignition coil and the inner surface of the ignition coil housing and, depending on the capacitance, from one, two or more against each other the primary winding and metal foil windings isolated from the ignition coil housing can exist.

   If only one turn is required for the capacitor, the inner surface of the ignition coil housing itself can form an assignment of the capacitor. The capacitor assignment not connected to ground is expediently connected to the point at which the choke coil and the primary winding of the ignition coil are connected to one another.



  In this way, it is possible to combine the interference suppression means to be switched into the primary circuit of a battery ignition system with the ignition coil itself in a particularly simple and expedient manner.



  In the illustration of the accompanying drawing, an ignition coil with built-in capacitor and built-in choke coil is shown in section as an embodiment of the subject of the invention.



  In the illustration, the ignition coil housing is labeled a. Inside the Ge housing a there is an iron core b on which a secondary winding c and a primary winding d, a choke coil e and a capacitor are wound. One assignment of the capacitor consists of a metal foil winding f, while the other assignment is formed by the ignition coil housing a.
