EMI1.1

EMI1.1
The invention relates to a winding arrangement which can be used with particular success in modulation transformers which cooperate with tubes in the push-pull B amplifier circuit. It is known to subdivide the primary and secondary winding into partial windings to reduce the scatter between the primary winding halves of the transformer and to arrange a group of two or more primary winding parts for each winding element between two secondary winding parts, each belonging to different winding halves of the primary winding of the transformer and if possible be arranged adjacent to each other.
The subject matter of the invention is an arrangement by means of which not only the leakage inductances between the primary and secondary windings can be made as small as desired, but by means of which the mutual scattering between the primary winding halves of the transformer can largely be eliminated. As a result, the direct current component and the even-numbered higher harmonics, which are particularly disruptive due to the high frequency, are rendered ineffective. According to the invention, the parts of the primary winding halves are nested crosswise within the secondary winding halves in such a way that each of the primary winding halves has the same degree of inductive coupling with both secondary winding halves and the mutual scattering of the primary winding halves is practically eliminated.
As Fig. 1 of the drawing shows, there is z. B. within a winding element each winding part P or P2 belonging to a primary winding half consisting of winding sections that are alternately closely coupled to one or the other secondary winding part or S2 by crossing half the winding sections of the primary winding parts P or P2 once with each other . As can be seen, this results in completely symmetrical scattering channels between the three winding parts that scatter against one another, namely the secondary winding and the two primary winding halves. With the assumption that the number of ampere turns in the winding parts is the same, it is possible to practically cancel each other out of the stray fields of the primary winding halves.
By breaking down the entire winding into a corresponding number of such winding elements, the scatter between the mentioned winding parts can be reduced to any small value. The winding arrangement according to the invention therefore enables the anode direct current and the even-numbered current harmonics to be switched off without special auxiliary devices.
In order to additionally keep the capacitive resistances as small as possible, according to FIG. 2, by connecting the secondary winding in parallel, the innermost (Si) and the outermost (Sa) winding layers of the entire winding are electrically given such a potential that no electric field between the inner layers of the secondary winding Si and the iron body E and between the two outer cylindrical surfaces Sa of the windings occurs on both legs, so the whole winding is shielded thereby.
PATENT CLAIMS: l. are arranged, are interleaved crosswise with one another, in such a way that each of the primary winding halves has the same degree of inductive coupling with both secondary winding halves and the mutual scattering of the primary winding halves is practically eliminated.
