Pelle de boulanger avec manche interchangeable. On connaît déjà des pelles de boulanger dont le manche s'en.gage, par une extrémité à section carré ou rectangulaire, dans une emmanchure de la pelle proprement dite. Dans cette emmanchure le manche est main tenu, par sa dite extrémité, de manière amo vible et interchangeable au moyen d'une vis ou d'un boulon et écrou. Pour détacher le manche, lorsque la pelle est usée ou brûlée, il est toujours nécessaire de dévisser la. vis ou l'écrou quand on veut remplacer la pelle usée.
Ce dévissage peut, au bout d'un cer tain temps, être difficile et donner trop,d'em barras, surtout lorsqu'il s'agit d'un service rapide du four.
La présente invention a pour but d'éviter ces inconvénients. Suivant l'invention le manche est muni, sur .deux côtés opposés de son extrémité s'engageant dans l'emmanchure de la pelle, de deux leviers oscillants dont une extrémité s'engage, sous l'action de res sorts, -dans des logements ménagés dans ladite emmanchure,
le tout de manière qu'on peut retirer le manche -de l'emmanchure en dé- gageant lesdites extrémités -des leviers par une pression exercée sur les autres extrémités de ces leviers.
Une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in vention est représentée, à titre d'exemple, au dessin annexé.

Dans le dessin, 1 représente le manche, 9 la pelle proprement dite et 3, 4 l'emman chure de la pelle dans l'ouverture allongée de laquelle s'engage le manche.
Pour obtenir une bonne liaison entre le manche et la pelle, le manche est muni, sur son extrémité qui s'engage dans ladite ouverture de l'emman chure, de nervures longitudinales 5 qui s'en gagent dans des rainures correspondantes G de ladite ouverture. L'extrémité du manche munie des ner vures 5 présente une section rectangulaire. Sur deux côtés opposés de cette extrémité sont fixées deux boîtes 7 dont chacune est reliée.
au moyen d'un tenon 8, avec le prolonge ment 3 resp. -1 de l'emmanchure, chaque tenon s'engageant librement et de manière amovible dans le prolongement correspondant.
Dans chaque boîte 7 est. logé un levier il deux bras 9 oscillant autour d'un axe 10 et soumis à l'action d'un ressort qui tend à maintenir le levier dans la position normale représentée à la fig.3. Dans cette position, l'une des extrémités, formant une tête 11. de chaque levier fait saillie hors de la boîte cor respondante, tandis que l'autre extrémité, en forme de crochet 12, s'engage dans un loge ment ménagé dans le prolongement correspon dant de l'emmanchure.
Tant que les leviers se trouvent, sous l'action des ressorts, dans leur position nor male (fig.3), le manche est relié solidement avec la pelle par l'action desdits leviers et de; tenons 8. Si on désiré démancher la. pelle, il suffit d'exercer une pression sur les têtes 11 pour dégager lee crochets 1 2 des logements 13 et exercer une traction axiale sur le manche.
Le changement d'une pelle usée s'effec tue, grâce au dispositif décrit, sans aucun dévissage et avec toute rapidité.
