Grill-Rost. Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Grillrost zur Verwendung auf offenem Feuer oder auf elektrischen Kochplatten oder dergleichen.
Der Grillrost gemäss der Erfindung weist an einem, mit einem Handgriff versehenen Rahmen parallel zueinander befestigte Rost stäbe auf, welche je mit einer Fettauffang- rille und mit einem Standfuss versehen sind, wobei die Ebene, in welcher die Fettauffang- rillen liegen, in bezug auf die, die Stand flächen der Füsse enthaltende Ebene geneigt ist, und zwar gegen eine, an der einen Rah menseite angeordneteFettauffangschale, über welcher die einen Enden der Rillen ausmün den, so da.ss in die Rille gelangendes Fett in die Auffangschale abfliesst.
Die Roststäbe können um eine in ihrer Längsrichtung verlaufende Achse schwenk bar am Rahmen gehalten sein, damit sich deren Standflächen in bezug auf eine Ruf stellfläche, z. B. eine Heizplattenfläche, ein stellen können. Zweckmässigerweise bestehen die Roststäbe mitsamt der Fettauffangrslle und der Standfläche aus einem Blechstreifen, der gebogen ist.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung, die eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfin dungsgegenstandes darstellt, zeigt Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch den Grill- rost nach der Linie I-I der Fig. 2, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf den Grillrost,
Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie lII-III der Fig. 2 und Fig. 4 den Querschnitt durch einen ein zelnen Roststab in grösserem Massstabe. Der dargestellte Grillrost weist einen Rahmen 1 mit einem Handgriff 2 auf. An der einen Seite des Rahmens 1 ist die Fett- auffangschale 3 befestigt.
Die Roststäbe 4 bestehen aus je einem Blechstreifen, der ab gebogen ist, weisen je eine Fettauffangrille 5 sowie einen Standfuss 6 auf und sind, par allel zueinander verlaufend, mittels nahe an ihren Enden vorgesehener Löcher auf Stä ben 8 aufgereiht, die am Rahmen 1 befestigt sind. Die Enden der Roststäbe 4 durchsetzen Ausschnitte 9 des Rahmens 1, . welche Schwenkbewegungen der Stäbe 4 auf den Stäben 8 begrenzen.
Der Schwerpunkt des Querschnittes der Roststäbe 4 liegt seitlich und unterhalb einer durch die Löcher 7 eines Stabes gehenden Längsaze, so dass die Standflächen der Füsse 6 der Roststäbe sich stets selbsttätig mit leichtem Druck auf eine Auflagefläche, z. B. diejenige einer elektrischen Heizplatte, an legen, wenn der Grillrost auf eine solche Fläche aufgestellt wird. Durch diese Aus bildung ergibt sich stets ein guter Kontakt zwischen der Standfläche des Fusses 6 und der Oberfläche der Heizplatte, wodurch eine gute Wärmeübertragung auf das Grillgut er zielt wird.
Die Enden der Roststäbe 4 auf der Seite der Fettauffangschale 3 sind, um letzterer Raum zu geben, bei 10 ausgeschnitten, und die Fettauffangrillen enden oberhalb der Schale 3. Die Ebene, in der die Rillen 5 liegen, ist zur Ebene, welche die Stand flächen der Füsse 6 enthält, in Richtung nach der Schale 3 hin geneigt, so dass in den Rillen 5 befindliches Fett in die Schale abfliesst.
Die beschriebenen Roststäbe könnten auch mittels Zapfen an ihren Enden schwenkbar im Rahmen gehalten sein. Die Roststäbe 4 könnten aber auch fest mit dem Rahmen ver bunden sein.
Grill grate. The present invention relates to a grill grate for use on an open fire or on electric hotplates or the like.
The grill grate according to the invention has grate bars attached parallel to one another on a frame provided with a handle, each of which is provided with a fat collecting groove and with a stand, the plane in which the fat collecting grooves lie in relation to the plane containing the standing surfaces of the feet is inclined against a fat collecting tray arranged on one side of the frame, over which the one ends of the grooves open out, so that fat that has entered the groove flows off into the collecting tray.
The grate bars can be held on the frame pivoting about a longitudinal axis extending so that their standing surfaces with respect to a call standing area, z. B. a heating plate, a can provide. It is practical if the grate bars, together with the fat collecting tube and the base, consist of a sheet metal strip that is bent.

The grate bars 4 each consist of a sheet metal strip that is bent from, each have a fat collecting groove 5 and a stand 6 and are parallel to each other, by means of holes provided near their ends on rods ben 8 lined up, which is attached to the frame 1 are. The ends of the grate bars 4 pass through cutouts 9 of the frame 1. which limit pivoting movements of the rods 4 on the rods 8.
The focus of the cross-section of the grate bars 4 is to the side and below a longitudinal socket going through the holes 7 of a bar, so that the standing surfaces of the feet 6 of the grate bars are always automatically applied with light pressure on a support surface, e.g. B. that of an electric heating plate to put when the grill grate is placed on such a surface. From this education there is always a good contact between the standing surface of the foot 6 and the surface of the heating plate, whereby a good heat transfer to the food he is aiming for.
The ends of the grate bars 4 on the side of the fat collecting tray 3 are cut out at 10 to give the latter space, and the fat collecting grooves end above the tray 3. The plane in which the grooves 5 lie is the plane which the stand surfaces contains the feet 6, inclined towards the shell 3, so that fat located in the grooves 5 drains into the shell.
