Description

  

  Appareil pour la confection de raviolis et autres mets comprenant un aliment  enfermé entre deux couches de pâte.    L'invention a pour objet un appareil pour  la confection de raviolis et autres mets com  prenant un aliment enfermé entre deux cou  ches de pâte.  



  Le dessin ci-joint montre, à titre d'exem  ple, une forme d'exécution de l'appareil sui  vant l'invention.  



  La     fig.    1 en est une vue de profil avec  partie supposée arrachée.  



  La     fig.    2 en est une vue de face.  



  Une fourche 1, munie d'un manche 2,  supporte une couronne montée librement sur  des tourillons 4, 5. Cette couronne comporte  deux disques 6, 7 dentelés destinés à couper  la pâte, et des traverses 8, 9, 10... dentelées  de même façon, et faisant saillie sur un  cylindre 11 évidé en 12,     13...     



  Une farce habituelle étant placée par pe  tits tas entre deux couches de pâte, si, à l'aide  du manche 2, on fait rouler l'appareil sur la  pâte, en appuyant suffisamment, les disques  6, 7 coupent longitudinalement     des'bandes    de  pâte qui sont aussi coupées transversalement    par les traverses 8, 9...; le cylindre 11 s'ap  puie alors sur les bords des rectangles de  pâte ainsi découpés, et soude les     bords    de la  couche supérieure à ceux de la couche infé  rieure, la pâte faisant     saillie    dans les évide  ments 12, 13...  



  L'appareil pourrait     comporter        plusieurs     séries de deux disques mus simultanément  pour découper la pâte en plusieurs bandes  longitudinales, et     confectionner    des rangées  de raviolis, cet appareil pourrait aussi être  monté sur une machine lui donnant le mou  vement nécessaire.

  The apparatus could comprise several series of two discs driven simultaneously to cut the dough into several longitudinal strips, and make rows of ravioli, this apparatus could also be mounted on a machine giving it the necessary movement.
