Shear-resistant disc, especially for radially loaded steam or gas turbines. In Swiss Patent No. 163094 a shear-resistant disc, which is intended in particular for radially acted turbines, is described, which consists of several concentrically arranged and supported on two different diameters of flexible annular bodies be. The ring bodies are connected to one another by joint-like associations or by intermediate webs lying in planes transverse to the disk axis. The basic structure of such a disc is shown in Fig. 1 is to show how the annular body R through the webs s are in connec tion with each other.
The webs s have the width b. If a one-sided overpressure occurs in such a disk, which is indicated in FIG. 1 by the arrow marked with the letter p, the disk is deformed, as indicated in FIG. H. the web deflects by the amount f due to the overpressure. Since the deflections, based on the radial extension of the disc, add up, a relatively large overall deformation of the disc must be taken into account when calculating and constructing the machine.
This also occurs when, as shown in Fig. 1 of Swiss Patent No. 163094, the ring bodies on both sides of the disk are not on the same diameter, but are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the ring body of one side of the disk in the gaps between the ring bodies on the other side of the wheel lie; because even with this design there are deformation-capable webs between the ring bodies.
The present invention is based on the shear-resistant disc, in which both sides of the disc ring bodies are carved out of the disc building material. Deviating from the familiar, the arrangement is made in such a way that the ring bodies are offset from one another without the use of flexible connections in such a way that the lower surface of the ring on one side of the disk is essentially on the same diameter as the surface of the next ring on the other Discs side.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in FIG. The ring bodies R ″ on one side of the disk and the ring bodies B on the other side of the disk are machined from the material of the disk S.
Since, according to the invention, the inner diameter Da, of the ring Wo, is essentially equal to the outer diameter D "of the ring B, a web corresponding to the part s of FIGS. 1 and 2 is no longer present in this arrangement, ie the through The deformation caused by the web s is omitted in this design, so that the overall deformation of the pane under positive pressure on the sides is significantly less than in the previously proposed designs. This fact is of particular advantage for panes with a large diameter Overpressure and at high temperatures, especially when several of these influences occur simultaneously.
