Description

  

  Sang- und Druckventil an Kompressoren.    Bei Kompressoren mit kleinem Kolben  durchmesser, wie solche bei kleinen Leistun  gen mit hohen Umdrehungszahlen vorkommen,  ergeben sich komplizierte Ventilgehäuse, wenn  dieselben mit dem Saugfilter und mit der       Ansaugeregulierung    zusammen gebaut werden  sollen. Man hat sich bisher damit geholfen,  dass man jede dieser zwei Vorrichtungen ge  trennt herstellte und mit dem Ventilgehäuse  in Verbindung brachte.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Beispiel des  Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar  zeigt     Fig.    1 einen     Achsialschnitt    desselben,  während die     Fig.    2 eine Draufsicht auf eine       Ventilsitz-Zwischenplatte    veranschaulicht.  



  Durch die auf der Zeichnung abgebildete  Anordnung von Saug- und     Druckventilplatte     5     bezw.    6 wird es möglich, das Saugfilter 1  und die     Ansaugeregulierung    2 direkt mit  dem Ventilgehäuse 3 zusammen zu bauen.       Saugventilplatte    5 und     Druckventilplatte    6  sind     koachsial    zum Kolben 9 angeordnet,  das ringförmige Saugfilter 1 ist über das  Gehäuse 3 geschoben und schliesst die ring-         förmige    Ansaugkammer 10 ringsherum nach  aussen ab, während die     Ansaugeregulierung     im letzteren eingebaut ist.

   Diese Regulierung  besteht aus drei federbelasteten Stäbchen 7  mit Ventilkegel 2, welche einerseits von dem  Druck des durch den Druckstutzen 4 fliessen  den Mediums     beeinflusst    werden und ander  seits die     Saugventilplatte    5 von ihrer Dich  tungsfläche abheben, wenn ein bestimmter  Höchstdruck im Stutzen 4 überschritten wird.  



  An der Zwischenplatte 8 sind die Sitze  für die beiden Ventilplatten gebildet.

  By the arrangement of suction and pressure valve plate 5 shown in the drawing respectively. 6 it is possible to assemble the suction filter 1 and the suction regulator 2 directly with the valve housing 3. Suction valve plate 5 and pressure valve plate 6 are arranged coaxially to the piston 9, the annular suction filter 1 is pushed over the housing 3 and closes the annular suction chamber 10 from the outside, while the suction regulator is built into the latter.

   This regulation consists of three spring-loaded rods 7 with valve cone 2, which are influenced on the one hand by the pressure of the medium flowing through the pressure port 4 and on the other hand, the suction valve plate 5 lift off from their sealing area when a certain maximum pressure in the port 4 is exceeded.



  The seats for the two valve plates are formed on the intermediate plate 8.

 

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH: Saug- und Druckventil an Kompressoren, gekennzeichnet durch ein über das Ventil gehäuse geschobenes ringförmiges Filter, das die Ansaugkammer nach aussen abschliesst. UNTERANSPRUCH: Saug- und Druckventil nach Patentan spruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Ansaugeregulierung, bestehend aus mehreren federbelasteten Stäbchen (2, 7), welche einer- seits von dem Druck des im Druckstutzen (4) fliessenden Mediums beeinflusst werden und anderseits unter der Wirkung dieses Druckes die Saugventilplatte (5) von ihrem Sitz abheben können, im Ventilgehäuse (3) zwischen dem ringförmigen Saugfilter (1) und dem Druckstutzen (4) eingebaut ist.
