Description
Drehsicherung für die Abgleichsehraube an Hochfrequenzinduktionsspulen. Die Erfindung hat eine neuartige Dreh sicherung für die Abgleichschraube an Hoch frequenzinduktionsspulen zum Gegenstand.
Während die bisher vorgeschlagenen Anord nungen für eine solche Drehsicherung ent weder eine besondere Formgebung des Schraubenkörpers oder des ortsfesten Kör pers bedingten, die abgesehen von der erfor derlichen besonderen Bearbeitung zu einer Verringerung des vorhandenen magnetisier- baren Materials führten oder ein bewusstes Spiel zwischen den beiden Gewinden beding ten, kommen diese Nachteile gemäss der Neuerung in Fortfall.
Nach ihr wird vor dem Eindrehen der Abgleichschraube mindestens ein einfacher Faden zwischen beide Gewindekörper in der Achsrichtung des Gewindes eingelegt. Wer den mehrere einzelne Fäden eingelegt, so geschieht dies vorzugsweise an verschiedenen Stellen des Umfanges. Der einzelne Faden kann hierbei zum Beispiel durch Festklem men oder dergleichen seiner Enden an einem der beiden Gewindekörper befestigt werden. Als vorteilhafter kann es sich jedoch er weisen, dem Fäden Bewegungsfreiheit zu lassen.
Er kann dann der Drehbewegung in der Umfangsrichtung folgen und sich gewis sermassen zwischen den beiden Gewinde mänteln abwälzen. Vorzugsweise wird ein Faden aus einem elastischen Werkstoff, wie z. B. Gummi, gewählt, weil dieser sich bes ser Differenzen in der Form der Gewinde anpassen kann.
Eine beispielsweise Ausführung der Er findung zeigt die Zeichnung. Es bezeichnet 1 den Spulenkörper mit dem ortsfesten Ge windeteil, 2 die Massekern-Abgleichschraube und 3 den in der Umfangsrichtung des Ge windes frei beweglichen, in der Achsrichtung des Gewindes zwischen beide Gewindemäntel eingelegten Faden, der in der bereits ange- -ebenen Weise zum Beispiel aus Gummi be stehen kann.
