Description

  

  Vorrichtung zum Steuern von     Falzklappen,    Punkturen, Falzmessern und     dergl.     für Falzzylinder von Rotationsdruckmaschinen.    Die Erfindung betrifft eine     Vorrichtung     zum Steuern von Falzklappen,     Punkturen,     Falzmessern und dergleichen für Falzzylinder  von Rotationsdruckmaschinen, bei der von  Steuerkurven bewegte Stössel mit unter Fe  derdruck stehenden Hebeln -der Falzklappe  oder dergleichen über verstellbare Anschläge  zusammenarbeiten. Bei bekannten Vorrich  tungen dieser Art wird der Stössel, der den       Falzklappenhebel    steuert, in     achsialer    Rich  tung in einer Gleithülse geführt.

   Beim  Steuern dieses Stössels durch Steuerkurven  treten Stösse in Richtung senkrecht zur Längs  achse des Stössels auf. Diese sind um so stär  ker, je höher die Tourenzahl der Druckma  schine ist. Infolgedessen entstehen starke  Reibungskräfte innerhalb der Führungshülse.  Der Verschleiss ist sehr gross.  



  Mit der Erfindung sollen diese Nachteile  der bekannten Vorrichtung vermieden werden.  Dies wird bei einer Vorrichtung der oben    beschriebenen Art dadurch erreicht, dass die  auf der Steuerkurve laufende Rolle des Stössels  an einem schwingbaren, im Falzzylinder fest  gelagerten Hebel     angelenkt    ist, und dass der  verstellbare Anschlag mit dem Stössel über  ein Kugelgelenk verbunden ist.  



  Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbei  spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in     Seiten-          und    Vorderansicht. Es zeigen       Fig.    1 eine Vorderansicht,       Fig.    2 eine Seitenansicht mit hochge  klapptem Steuerarm 11 einer Falzklappe 1.  Die Falzklappe 1 wird in bekannter  Weise durch einen Steuerhebel 2 gesteuert,  der an seinem einen Ende eine Steuerrolle 3  trägt, die auf einer Steuerkurve 4 läuft. Die  Rolle 3 ist an einem schwingbaren; im Falz  zylinder fest gelagerten Hebel     ä        angelenkt.     Das andere Ende des Steuerhebels 2 ist als  Kugel 7 ausgebildet, die in einer mit Aussen  gewinde 8     versehenen    Hülse 9 gelagert ist.

        Diese Hülse 9 ist in den Steuerarm 11 ver  stellbar eingeschraubt, der mit der Falzklappe  1 ein Stück bildet und mit dieser lose dreh  bar auf der     Falzklappenspindel    12 sitzt. Die  Falzklappe 1 ist im übrigen normal ausge  bildet. Sie wird entgegen der Kraft einer  Feder 13 durch die Kurve 4 und Steuer  rolle 3 gesteuert. Der Hub der Falzklappe  lässt sich durch Verstellen der Hülse 9 in  dem Steuerarm<B>11</B> einstellen. Die Erfindung  kann in gleicher Weise zur Steuerung von  Punkturen, Falzmessern und dergleichen an  gewendet werden.
