Method and device for winding films into daylight developing tins. The invention forms a process and a device for winding films in daylight developing boxes.
The daylight developing devices used for developing films are generally seated in a spool chamber which is used to hold the film spool and which is adjacent to a developing chamber. Both chambers are closed by a common cover. In order to place the film in the developing chamber in a suitable position for the action of the developer, the film in the developing chamber is held in a spiral shape. This can be achieved by inserting the film strip between two spiral grooved disks that are parallel to one another and seated on a common core, the clear width of which is smaller than the film width.
Such an arrangement makes it necessary that the film is placed in such a position before it is wound into the developer spool that it can slide over the ribs forming the spiral grooves before it reaches the spiral groove on the core. For this purpose, it has already been proposed to give the film an inclined position before reaching the spiral grooves. This often resulted in the disadvantage that the film could easily get into a spiral groove other than the desired one due to its location. It has also been proposed to arrange guide pieces or guide channels in front of or between the spiral grooved disks.
However, the production of such conductive elements was relatively expensive and their use was, in addition to the tape with clamps required for winding into the development box, another movable accessory for the development box. In addition, the use of such conductive elements has the disadvantage that the. Film is damaged by the guide piece if the rotation of the developing spool is incorrectly selected after winding.
Such disadvantages are to be avoided by the Ver drive according to the invention who the by, according to the invention, the beginning of the film by a with the spool core of the development spool, z. B. by a tension band, connected bracket given a curved shape, which is maintained by the lid of the day light developing can means attached to the incoming film into the developing spool. In the device according to the invention, the curvature is maintained by means of a lid on the daylight development box (e.g.
B. between the spool chamber and the developing spool) attached fork, the effective prong parts from each other have a smaller distance than the film to be reeled is wide, with a chamber causing the curvature of the beginning of the film is seen.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the device according to the invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section through the day light developing can, F ig. 2 shows a cross-section of the daylight development can according to the line II-II of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows the film with the clamp attached for drawing into the development spool, and FIG. 4 shows a cross-section through the clamp.
The daylight developing box consists essentially of the housing 1, which is divided into the coil chamber 2 and the developing chamber 3 by the extended wall part 1 a and closed by a cover 4. The spiral grooved disks seated on the coil core 5 in the development chamber 3 are denoted by 6. In order to rewind the film 7 from the film cassette 8 into the developing spool, the free end 7a - see FIG. 3 of the film 7 - is attached to a clamp 9.
As can be seen from Fig. 4, the bracket 9 has several teeth 9a, of which the middle are higher than the teeth standing on the edge, so that the beginning of the film 7a when clamped with the help of the Lap pen 9b receives a curved shape. The Klam mer 9 is fastened by means of a tape 10 to the core 5 of the development coil.
The use of such a clamp 9 has the advantage that the beginning of the film when spooling into the developing spool assumes a width corresponding to the clear width of the spiral grooved disks 6 due to the curvature given to it and thus easily into the inner spiral groove on the spool core .5 of the developing spool is drawn into it.
In order to get the curved shape on the incoming film piece during the further winding up right, a fork is arranged on the cover 4 between the supply reel and the development reel, the prongs 4a, 4b - as shown in FIG. 2 - a smaller distance than the film width and have a shape corresponding to the film curvature, they thus exert a pressure generating the desired film curvature on the adjacent edge portions of the film 7. The two prongs 4a and 4b accordingly prevent a significant change in the curvature given to the film 7 by the clamp at the entry into the development spool.
The fork 4a, 4b can be made with the lid in one piece and also be arranged with this together from pivotable on the can body.
