Fahrradnabe eingebauter Lichtmaschine.
Bicycle hub built-in alternator. The invention relates to a bicycle hub with a built-in alternator, which has two relatively movable machine parts formed by a wound armature and a permanent ring magnet, one of which is loosely mounted on the fixed hub axle, while the other machine part is attached to the secondary housing is.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the ring magnet has two identical, ring-shaped pole carriers with different polarity of the poles of both carriers, which are formed in such a way and are arranged in relation to one another in such a way that the poles of one pole carrier extend into the pole gaps of the other pole carrier, and that the two machine parts formed by the armature and ring magnet are in drive connection with each other by means of a gear train so that by driving the hub housing together with the machine part attached to it in one direction of rotation, the other machine part, loosely mounted on the fixed hub axis, rotates in the opposite direction of rotation brought who can.
The bicycle hub according to the invention has the great advantage that when the construction of the ring magnet is compact, it can be seen with a relatively large number of poles, and also that; Thanks to the opposing rotary movements of the ring magnet and armature, a relatively high relative speed can be achieved between these two machine parts, both circumstances that are useful for generating a perfect light.
On the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is illustrated along with a detailed variant.
Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section through the driving wheel hub, Fig. 2 is a cross section along the line II-II in Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is a vertical section through the aforementioned detailed variant.
On the fixed hub axle a. the wheel hub housing b is rotatably mounted in übli cher way by means of ball bearings ctl and a2, to which the wheel spokes b1 are attached, of which two are indicated in FIG.
On the axis a, an armature c provided with a winding cl is loosely mounted, which is provided with an elongated hub part on the side of the ball bearing a1, on which a gear wheel d forms the central wheel of a planetary gear. With this gear wheel d meshes an intermediate gear e, which in turn engages with an internal ring gear b2 fastened on the hub housing b.
The intermediate gear e is loosely mounted on a pin f 1 which is attached to a pin carrier f loosely mounted on the axis a. In order to secure the pin carrier f against rotational movement under certain circumstances, a locking pin g under the influence of a compression spring g1 is provided in the axis a, in the end part of the same corresponding to the bearing a.1,
which is pointed at its inner end and is able to press two coupling pins g2 arranged transversely to it into a grip with two corresponding small recesses in the lip part of the pin carrier f.
A permanent ring magnet is arranged around the armature c and has a ring i made of magnetizable material which is attached to the inside of the hub housing b and on whose end faces two identical, ring-shaped pole carriers i1 and i2 are fastened. Both pole carriers have five inwardly bent lugs forming poles running in the direction of the ring axis, the inner surfaces of which define a cylinder whose length is equal to that of the anchor iron.
The two pole carriers il and i2 are attached to the magnet ring i be such that the poles of one pole carrier are offset from the poles of the other pole carrier, that is, the poles of one pole carrier extend into the pole gaps of the other pole carrier.
In the detailed variant according to FIG. 3, the magnetic ring i is omitted in order to have the two pole carriers i3 and i4, the poles of which are unequally named ger polarity (as also results from the magnetic ring in FIG. 1) and similar to the pole carriers i 'and i2 are formed from are attached directly to one another.
At the end of the axis a corresponding to the ball bearing a2 is a current removal device of the usual type with a rotating slip ring k in electrical connection with the armature winding cl, a stationary brush m and connecting pin n .
In order to cause the generation of light when rotating the described Falirradriabe, it must be ensured that the pin carrier f is secured against rotational movement with the help of the securing means described above. As a result, if the hub housing is rotated in one direction of rotation, this rotational movement is transmitted to the armature c through the intermediary of the planetary gears b2, e and d, but in the opposite direction of rotation, which means that even with a small number of revolutions of the hub housing b a still relatively large relative speed between the ring magnet and armature is achieved.
Due to this fact and also due to the multi-polarity of the ring magnet, the possibility of generating good light is given, as mentioned at the beginning, even when a bicycle is traveling slowly, one hub of which is ausgebil det according to the above explanations.
In another embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, not shown here, the mutual arrangement of armature and ring magnet could be reversed than in the illustrated embodiment. In this case, the armature would be arranged around the ring magnet loosely mounted on the fixed hub axle, which in turn would then be attached to the hub housing. The drive connection between armature and ring magnet could also be realized again in the manner described above by means of a planetary gear, whereas the ring magnet would have to have outwardly bent poles instead of inwardly bent poles, whose mutual arrangement would otherwise remain pale.
