Description

  

  Behälter.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein Behälter, der insbesondere als Geld-,  Damen- oder Aktentasche verwendbar ist. Er  ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er an minde  stens einem Ende der offenen Seite eine  schwenkbare     Überlappung    aufweist, die in  umgelegtem Zustand die Öffnung mindestens  teilweise verdeckt.  



  Sofern nicht ein diebessicherer Abschluss  verlangt wird, kann die erfindungsgemässe  Ausbildung des Behälters einen     Verschluss-          mechanismus    der bisher üblichen Art unnötig  machen.  



  In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise Aus  führungsarten des Behälters wiedergegeben,  und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Tasche mit zwei     Überlappun-          gen    in Ansicht,       Fig.    2 einen Querschnitt zu     Fig.    1,       Fig    3 eine Phase während des Öffnungs  vorganges der Tasche nach     Fig.    1,       Fig.    4 die gleiche Tasche in geöffnetem  Zustand,         Fig.    5     eine        Spreizfeder    und       Fig.    6 eine Tasche mit einer einzigen       Überlappung.     



  Die Tasche 1 besitzt an den beiden Enden  der offenen Seite zwei schwenkbar angeord  nete     Überlappungen    2, 2a, die auf beiden  Seiten der Tasche durch ebenfalls an der  Tasche befestigte oder mit ihr aus einem  Stück bestehende,     umlegbare    und faltbare  Laschen 3 untereinander verbunden sind.  



  Zum Zwecke der Versteifung kann an den       Überlappungen    2, 2a entweder aussen oder  innen eine     U-förmig    gebogene     Schiene    4 vor  gesehen werden, wie dies in den     Fig.    2 bis 4  gezeigt ist, während die     Fig.    1 eine Tasche  ohne diese Schienen veranschaulicht.  



  Die beiden     Überlappungen    2, 2a und die  Verbindungslaschen 3 können entweder zu  sammen mit dem übrigen Behälterteil aus  einem Stück     geschnitten    sein oder es können  die     Überlappungen    und die Verbindungs  laschen oder einer dieser Teile aus einem von  dem übrigen Behälterteil verschiedenen Mate  rial bestehen.      Beim     IIochschwenken    der     Überlappung     2a wird die     Überlappung    2 selbsttätig mit  aufgezogen, wie dies die     Fig.    3 wiedergibt.  bis schliesslich der in     Fig.    4 veranschaulichte       Offenzustand    der Tasche erreicht ist.  



  Um ein leichteres Aufspringen und siche  ren Schluss zu gewährleisten, ist es zweck  mässig, in den Biegefalten zwischen     Überlap-          pung    2     bezw.    2a und Verbindungslasche 3  eine in     Fig.    5 gezeigte     Spreizfeder    5     einzr.-          bauen.     



  Eine andere Ausführungsart     (Fig.    6) hat  an Stelle     zweier        _Cberlappungen    nur an einem  Ende eine solche 6, die nahezu die ganze Öff  nungslänge überdeckt. In diesem Falle geht  die Verbindungslasche 7 um das der Über  lappung gegenüber liegende Ende 8 herum  und schliesst an der andern Seite wieder an  der     Überlappung    an.  



  Der Behälter besteht aus Stoff, Leder  oder anderem biegsamem Material.



  Container. The subject matter of the present invention is a container which can be used in particular as a money bag, a ladies' bag or a briefcase. It is characterized in that it has a pivotable overlap on at least one end of the open side, which overlap at least partially covers the opening in the folded-over state.



  Unless a thief-proof closure is required, the design of the container according to the invention can make a locking mechanism of the previously customary type unnecessary.



  In the drawing, for example, embodiments of the container are shown, namely: FIG. 1 shows a view of a pocket with two overlaps, FIG. 2 shows a cross-section to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a phase during the opening process of the pocket according to FIG 1, 4 the same pocket in the open state, FIG. 5 a spreading spring and FIG. 6 a pocket with a single overlap.



  The bag 1 has at the two ends of the open side two pivotally angeord designated overlaps 2, 2a, which are connected to each other on both sides of the bag by also attached to the bag or with it in one piece, foldable and foldable tabs 3 with each other.



  For the purpose of stiffening, a U-shaped curved rail 4 can be seen in front of the overlaps 2, 2a either outside or inside, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, while FIG. 1 illustrates a pocket without these rails.



  The two overlaps 2, 2a and the connecting tabs 3 can either be cut together with the rest of the container part in one piece or the overlaps and the connecting tabs or one of these parts can consist of a different material from the rest of the container part. When the overlap 2a is pivoted up, the overlap 2 is automatically opened as well, as shown in FIG. 3. until finally the open state of the pocket illustrated in FIG. 4 is reached.



  In order to ensure an easier opening and a safe end, it is advisable, in the folds between the overlap 2 and 2 respectively. 2a and connecting plate 3 install an expanding spring 5 shown in FIG.



  Another embodiment (FIG. 6) has, instead of two overlaps, only one end at one end, which covers almost the entire length of the opening. In this case, the connecting strap 7 goes around the end 8 opposite the overlap and connects again to the overlap on the other side.



  The container is made of fabric, leather or other flexible material.
