Zweiteiliger Verschluss, insbesondere für Klappdeckeltaschen
Die Erfindung betrifft einen zweiteiligen Verschluss, insbesondere für Klappdeckeltaschen, mit min- destens einem federnden Haken am Haltekopf und einer Hülse als Verschlussteile.
Bei einem bekannten, aus zwei miteinander gelenkig verbundenen Teilen bestehenden Armband- schloss ist der eine Armbandteil an seinem freien Ende geschlitzt und mit zwei federnden hakenförmigen
Schnäppern versehen, während der zweite Armbandteil seitliche Vertiefungen zum Einrasten der Schnäpp- haken enthält. In der Schliesslage ragen die Haken gänzlich in den zweiten Armbandteil hinein, so dass ihre freien Enden im Schliesszustand nicht erreichbar sind. Daraus ergibt sich die Schwierigkeit, die
Schnäpphaken zu betätigen, wenn das Armband gelöst werden soll.
Um diesen Nachteil zu beseitigen, ist bei einem Verschluss der eingangs erwähnten Art erfindungsge- mäss der Übergang zwischen Haltekopf und elastischem Haken als Absatz ausgebildet und die Htilsenlän- ge ungefähr gleich der Entfernung zwischen diesem Absatz und dem Sperransatz des Hakens, so dass sich bei in die Hülsenöffnung eingeführtem Haken Anlage des Kopfes an den Htilsenrand ergibt und das freie Hakenende als Griff zum Lösen des Verschlusses zur Hand ist. In der Schliesslage werden daher in einfacher Weise die beiden Verschlussteile gegeneinander unverrückbar gehalten, während das Öffnen des Verschlusses ohne Schwierigkeit durch die Betätigung der aus der Austrittsöffnung der Hülse austretenden, elastisch federnden freien Enden der Haken erfolgt.
Der erfindungsgemässe Verschluss ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt, u. zw. zeigen die Fig. 1, 2 und 3 den einen Verschlussteil in drei zueinander senkrechten Projektionen. die Fig. 4. 5 und 6 ähnliche Ansichten des andern Verschlussteils, Fig. 7 eine Stirnansicht der beiden Verschlussteile in der Schliesslage, Fig. 8 eine Ansicht eines Teiles des Verschlusses mit der Hülse in axialem Schnitt und Fig. 9 eine Seitenansicht des Verschlusses befestigt an einer nur angedeuteten Tasche.
Der in Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellte eine Verschlussteil A besteht aus einem Haltekopf 5 mit zwei Ha- ken 1, 3, die durch einen längsverlaufenden Spalt 2 geeigneter Breite voneinander getrennt sind. Dieser Spalt gestattet, die aus biegsamem elastischem Kunststoff bestehenden Haken 1 durch Betätigung ihrer freien Endteile 3 gegeneinander zu drücken. Auf den dem Spalt 2 entgegengesetzten Seiten besitzen die Haken je einen Sperransatz 4. Der Haltekopf 5 ist in einem Stück mit den Haken l, 3, ausgebildet und die Haken ragen von einem Ansatz des Haltekopfes aus. In senkrechtem Schnitt ist der Haltekopf etwa Z-förmig gestaltet, wobei der obere Flansch 6 einen kleinen Handgriff bildet. Die untere Seite des unteren Flansches 7 des Z-förmigen Haltekopfes 5 bildet den genannten Ansatz.
Die obere Seite des Flansches 7 bildet eine Rinne 9 zur Aufnahme der mit einem Belag 10 versehenen unteren Kante des Taschendeckels 11, welche Rinne durch einen Randteil 8 des Flansches 7 seitlich begrenzt ist. Für die obere Kante des einen Schenkels des imQuerschnitt U-förmigen Belages 10 ist im mittleren Teil oder Steg des Haltekopfes 5 ein Ansatz 9'ausgebildet, der die Rinne 9 nach oben hin begrenzt, so dass der Belag 10 die erforderliche Stütze im Haltekopf 5 erhält. Die Innenseite des Haltekopfes 5 ist zur Verankerung desselben mit etwa waagrechten Verankerungszapfen 12 versehen, die auf einer oder mehreren Seiten oder ringsum mit querlaufenden Riffeln oder Zähnen versehen sind.
Der andere der beiden Verschlussteile besteht aus einer Hülse B, die besonders in den Fig. 4 bis 6 dargestellt ist. Die Hülse B hat eine nach unten kegel- oder keilförmig verjüngte Durchgangsöffnung 14 und auf der einen lotrechten Aussenseite eine ebene Oberfläche 15. Diese ebene Oberfläche ist nach oben hin durch einen Flansch 16 verlängert. Die Seite 15 weist Verankerungszapfen 17 derselben Ausführung wie

diejenige der Zapfen 12 und in demselben gegenseitigen Abstand wie jene der Zapfen 12 auf.
Der eine Verschlussteil A wird an dem Taschendeckel 11 und der andere Verschlussteil B wird an der vorderen Seitenwand 18 der Tasche mittels mit dem Zapfen 12,17 zusammenwirkender Verankernngsteile 19 verankert, wie in Fig. 9 dargestellt ist.
Die beiden Verschlussteile A und B werden miteinander dadurch verbunden, dass die Haken 1, 3 unter Führung von dem Flansch 16 durch die weitere Eintrittsöffnung der Hülse B nach unten verschoben werden, wobei die freien Enden 3 der Haken anfänglich entgegen ihrer Federwirkung zusammengedrückt werden, bis dieSperransätze4 unterhalb des Randes der engeren Austrittsöffnung der Hülse gelangen und selbsttätig nach aussen in die Lage nach Fig. 8 federn, wobei die untere Seite der Rinne 7 des Haltekopfes sich gegen die obere Oberfläche der Hülse B legt. Zum Öffnen des Verschlusses werden die freien Enden 3 der Haken entgegen ihrer Federwirkung zueinander bewegt und nach oben aus der Hülse hinausgeschoben, so dass die beiden Verschlussteile A und B voneinander frei gemacht werden.
Beim Zusammendrücken der federnden Haken wirken die Kräfte in entgegengesetzten Richtungen, die mit dem Deckel bzw. der Seitenwand der Tasche etwa parallel sind, so dass diese Kräfte dieseSeitenwand nicht nach innen drücken.
Die Zapfen 12 und 17 bilden zweckmässig ein Stück mit dem Verschlussteil A bzw. B. Jeder dieser feile lässt sich also einteilig aus geeignetem Kunststoff herstellen.

In order to eliminate this disadvantage, according to the invention, the transition between the retaining head and the elastic hook is designed as a shoulder and the sleeve length is approximately equal to the distance between this shoulder and the locking shoulder of the hook, so that in FIG the sleeve opening of the inserted hook results in the head resting on the edge of the sleeve and the free end of the hook is at hand as a handle for releasing the lock. In the closed position, the two closure parts are therefore held in a simple manner so that they cannot be moved relative to one another, while the closure is opened without difficulty by actuating the elastically resilient free ends of the hooks emerging from the outlet opening of the sleeve.

The one closure part A shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 consists of a holding head 5 with two hooks 1, 3 which are separated from one another by a longitudinally extending gap 2 of suitable width. This gap allows the hooks 1 made of flexible elastic plastic to be pressed against one another by actuating their free end parts 3. On the sides opposite the gap 2, the hooks each have a locking lug 4. The holding head 5 is formed in one piece with the hooks 1, 3, and the hooks protrude from an attachment of the holding head. In a vertical section, the holding head is designed approximately Z-shaped, the upper flange 6 forming a small handle. The lower side of the lower flange 7 of the Z-shaped holding head 5 forms the mentioned approach.
The upper side of the flange 7 forms a channel 9 for receiving the lower edge of the pocket lid 11 provided with a covering 10, which channel is laterally limited by an edge part 8 of the flange 7. For the upper edge of one leg of the U-shaped covering 10 in cross-section, an extension 9 ′ is formed in the middle part or web of the holding head 5, which limits the channel 9 towards the top so that the covering 10 receives the necessary support in the holding head 5 . The inside of the holding head 5 is provided with approximately horizontal anchoring pins 12 for anchoring the same, which are provided with transverse corrugations or teeth on one or more sides or all around.
The other of the two closure parts consists of a sleeve B, which is shown in particular in FIGS. 4 to 6. The sleeve B has a downwardly conical or wedge-shaped tapered through opening 14 and on the one vertical outer side a flat surface 15. This flat surface is extended upward by a flange 16. The side 15 has anchoring pin 17 of the same design as

that of the pins 12 and at the same mutual distance as that of the pins 12.
One closure part A is anchored to the bag cover 11 and the other closure part B is anchored to the front side wall 18 of the bag by means of anchoring parts 19 cooperating with the pin 12, 17, as shown in FIG.
The two closure parts A and B are connected to one another in that the hooks 1, 3 are pushed downwards under guidance from the flange 16 through the further inlet opening of the sleeve B, the free ends 3 of the hooks initially being compressed against their spring action until the locking lugs 4 reach below the edge of the narrower outlet opening of the sleeve and automatically spring outwards into the position according to FIG. 8, the lower side of the channel 7 of the holding head resting against the upper surface of the sleeve B. To open the lock, the free ends 3 of the hooks are moved towards one another against their spring action and pushed up out of the sleeve, so that the two closure parts A and B are made free from one another.
When the resilient hooks are compressed, the forces act in opposite directions which are approximately parallel to the lid or the side wall of the bag, so that these forces do not push this side wall inwards.
The pins 12 and 17 expediently form one piece with the closure part A or B. Each of these files can therefore be produced in one piece from suitable plastic.
