  Faltschachtel.



     Der      Gegenstand    der vorliegenden zusätzlichten Erfindung betrifft eine Faltsehaehtel naeh dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von zwei   gegenüberliegenden    Seiten gebildeten, in ge  sehlosseneni    Zustand der Schachtel unter den Verschlussklappen gehaltenen Blätter in der Längsmittellinie nach aussen verlaufende, mit diesen ans einem Stüek bestehende Tragbänder besitzen, welche Mittel aufweisen,   nm    miteinander zu einer Tragsehlaufe vereinigt zu werden.



   Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und   zwar    zeigt
Fig. 1 diesen in ausgelegter Stellung, und
Fig. 2 zeigt eine Variante der   ASurze] par-    tie eines Tragbandes an einem Blatt;
Fig. 3 ist eine schaubildliche Ansieht der   montierten    und geschlossenen Schachtel.



   Der rechteckige Boden 1 der Schachtel trägt längs der zwei sieh gegenüberliegenden   Schmalseiten      2    als   Kniekkanten    Blätter 3, welche zwei Seiten der Schachtel und gleich  zeitig    einen Teil der Decke derselben bilden.



  An den Längsseiten 4 des Bodens sind die beiden gleichzeitig die   Versehlussklappen    bildenden Seitenteile 5 angebogen.



   Die Blätter 3 besitzen in deren Längsmittellinie   iiaeb    aussen   verlanfende    Tragbänder 6. Diese sind bei 7 in die Blätter 3 eingeschnitten und letztere an den Ansätzen der Tragbänder 6 bei 8 gerillt, so dass sie ohne wesentliche Schwächung des Papiermaterials aus den Blattfläehen ausgebogen werden können.   Zweekmässigezweise    werden die Rillen 8 über die ganze dort herrschende Breite der Blätter 3 durchgeführt, damit die Herstellung dieser Rillen 8 sieh maschinell einfach gestaltet.



   Die Bänder 6 besitzen je drei Einsehnitte 9, 10 und 11, wovon die Einschnitte 9 und 11 sieh jeweilen auf der einen und die Einsehnitte 10 auf der andern Seite der Bänder 6 befinden. Dabei sind die Einsehnitte 9 und 11 am einen Band 6 auf der einen und am gegen überliegenden Band 6 auf der andern Seite angeordnet. Analog sind auch die   Einsehnitte    10 vom einen Band 6 gegenüber dem andern entgegengesetzt gerichtet. An jedem Band 6 sind die Abstände zwischen den Einsehnitten gleich gross. Es ist also der   Feinschnitt    10 jeweilen in der   Alitte    zwischen den Einsehnitten 9 und 11. Die Einsehnitte 9 befinden sieh   m    der Nähe des freien Endes der Bänder 6.



   Beim Zusammensetzen der Schachtel werden nach dem Zusammenfügen die vier Seitenteile, wie dies im   Ha. uptpatent    beschrieben und beansprucht ist, miteinander verbunden.



  Dann werden die Blätter 3 nach einwärts gebogen   und    gleichzeitig die Tragbänder 6 um die Rillen 8 nach aufwärts gebogen. Daraufhin werden die   Versehlussklappen    miteinander verbunden und endlich die Tragsehlaufe er  stellt    Dies geschieht dadurch, dass zuerst die Einsehnitte 10 ineinander verflochten werden.



  Dann wird je der Einschnitt 9 des einen Bandes 6 in den Einschnitt 11 des andern Bandes  eingeführt, so dass das freie Ende des einen Bandes 6 unter das andere Band, also in das Innere der auf diese Weise entstehenden Tragschlaufe, zu liegen kommt. Mit dieser dreifachen   Verfleehtung der    beiden Bänder 6 ineinander wird eine Versteifung dieser   Schlaufe    gewährleistet und damit auch vermieden, dass diese Knicke erleidet.



   Da die grösste Bruehgefahr der Schlaufe an den Ansätzen der Bänder 6 an den Rillen 8 der Blätter 3 besteht, ist es zweckmässig, die Wurzelstellen 12 der Bänder 6 dadurch zu verbreitern, dass man die aus den Blättern gesehnittenen Partien der Bänder trapezförmig verbreitert, wie dies in Fig. 2 angedeutet ist.

   The rectangular bottom 1 of the box carries along the two opposite narrow sides 2 as knee edges sheets 3, which two sides of the box and at the same time form part of the top of the same.



  On the longitudinal sides 4 of the base, the two side parts 5, which simultaneously form the closure flaps, are bent.



   The sheets 3 have in their longitudinal center line iiaeb outside extending carrier tapes 6. These are cut into the sheets 3 at 7 and the latter are grooved at the approaches of the carrier tapes 6 at 8 so that they can be bent out of the sheet surfaces without significant weakening of the paper material. The grooves 8 are carried out over the entire width of the blades 3 which is prevailing there, so that the production of these grooves 8 is made simple by machine.



   The bands 6 each have three inserts 9, 10 and 11, of which the incisions 9 and 11 are located on one side of the bands 6 and the inserts 10 are located on the other side. The Einehnitte 9 and 11 are arranged on a belt 6 on one side and on the opposite belt 6 on the other side. Analogously, the insertions 10 of one belt 6 are also directed opposite to the other. On each band 6 the distances between the insertions are the same. It is therefore the fine cut 10 in each case in the middle between the insertions 9 and 11. The insertions 9 are located near the free end of the strips 6.



   When assembling the box, after assembling the four side parts, as shown in the Ha. uptpatent is described and claimed.



  Then the sheets 3 are bent inwards and at the same time the fastener tapes 6 are bent upwards around the grooves 8. The locking flaps are then connected to one another and finally the carrying strap is provided. This is done by first interweaving the insertions 10 into one another.



  Then the incision 9 of one band 6 is inserted into the incision 11 of the other band, so that the free end of one band 6 comes to lie under the other band, that is, in the interior of the suspension loop created in this way. This threefold interweaving of the two bands 6 into one another ensures that this loop is stiffened and thus also prevents it from suffering kinks.



   Since the loop is most likely to break at the approaches of the straps 6 on the grooves 8 of the leaves 3, it is advisable to widen the roots 12 of the straps 6 by widening the parts of the straps that are sung from the leaves in a trapezoidal shape, like this is indicated in FIG.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Folding box according to the patent claim of the main patent, characterized in that the sheets, which are formed from two opposite sides and are held under the closure flaps in the closed state of the box, have carrier tapes which run near the outside in the longitudinal center line and which consist of one piece and which have means to each other to be combined into a wrist loop.
