  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent     Nr.    202249.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen wasserlöslichen Derivates  der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man ein neues       wasserlösliehes    Derivat der     Anthrachinon-          reihe    erhält, wenn man 2     Mol        Bernsteinsäure-          anhydrid    auf<B>1</B>     Mol   <B>1.</B>     4-Di-(ss-oxyäthyl-          amino)-anthrachinon    in Gegenwart einer ter  tiären Base einwirken     lässt.     



  Das so erhaltene Produkt stellt getrock  net ein dunkles Pulver dar, das sich in ver  dünnten Alkalien mit blauer Farbe löst  und auf     Acetatkunstseide    sehr gleichmässige  Drucke von kräftigem,     reinblauem    Farbton  und von sehr guten Echtheitseigenschaften  erzeugt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>65</B> Teile<B>1.</B>     4-Di-(ss-oxyäthylamino)-an-          ihrachinon    werden in<B>250</B> Teilen     Pyridin    mit  <B>50</B> Teilen     Bernsteinsäureanhydrid    1/2 Stunde  zum Kochen erhitzt. Man isoliert das Pro  dukt durch Eingiessen in Wasser und vor  sichtiges     Aneuern,    wobei es kristallisiert.    Das gleiche Produkt entsteht, wenn statt       Pyridin        Dimethylanilin    verwendet wird.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen wasserlöslichen Derivates der Anthrachinon- reihe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2 Mol Bernsteinsitureanhydrid auf<B>1</B> Mol 1.4-Di-(ss-oxyäthylamino)-anthrachinon in Gegenwart einer tertiären Base einwirken lässt.
