Knopf: Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Knopf, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass derselbe aus einem Unterteil, der auf Stoff, auf einer Teppichunterlage und dergleichen befestigt werden kann und aus einem Ober teil besteht, und dass letzterer vom Unterteil entfernt bezw. auf demselben wieder befestigt werden kann.
Vier Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungs gegenstandes sind auf dem beiliegenden Zeichnungsblatt dargestellt.
Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen das erste Ausfüh rungsbeispiel im Längsschnitt und in der Vorderansicht, bei letzterer die eine Hälfte des Oberteils entfernt; Fig. 3, 4 und 5 zeigen das zweite Aus führungsbeispiel ebenfalls im Längsschnitt und in der Vorderansicht, bei letzterer die eine Hälfte des Oberteils entfernt, und ein Detail im Aufriss; Fig. 6 und 7 zeigen das dritte Ausfüh rungsbeispiel im Längsschnitt und in der Vorderansicht, bei letzterer die eine Hälfte des Oberteils entfernt, Fig. 8 und 9 das vierte Ausführungsbei spiel im Längsschnitt und in der Vorder ansicht, bei letzterer die eine Hälfte des Oberteils entfernt.
1 ist in Fig. 1 und 2 der Unterteil des Knopfes, welcher in bekannter Art und Weise auf Stoff, auf einer Teppichunterlage oder dergleichen befestigt werden kann und wel cher kreisrund ist und einen im Durchmesser reduzierten Teil 2 aufweist. 4 ist eine kreis runde Vertiefung auf der Vorderseite desselben und 5 sind kleine Löcher, die diesen Knopf teil in axialer Richtung durchdringen und zur Befestigung dieses Knopfteils auf der Unterlage dienen. 6 ist der obere Knopfteil. Sodann weist der untere Knopfteil 1 bei 3 ein Aussengewinde auf; wobei der obere Knopfteil 6 auf den untern aufgewindet ist. Mittels des durch die Löcher 5 gehenden Fadens 17 ist der Knopfteil 1 auf dem Ge webe 16 aufgenäht.
Das Gewebe 15 liegt im zusammengeknöpften Zustand der beiden Gewebe so zwischen dem Gewebe 16 und dem Knopfteil 1 bezw. 6, dass sich der Teil 2 des Knopfteils 1 in einem Knopfloch des Gewebes 15 befindet. Dient der Knopf zur Befestigung eines Teppichs auf irgend einer Unterlage, so wird der Knopfteil 1 auf dieser Unterlage befestigt und der Teppich (mit entsprechenden Löchern versehen) tritt an die Stelle des Gewebes 15.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 3, 4 und 5 ist 1 wiederum der Unterteil des Knopfes und 6 der Oberteil. 10 sind zwei einander gegenüberliegende Zapfen am Umfang des Knopfteils 1 und 9 Rinnen auf der In nenseite des Randes des Knopfteils 6. Die Rinnen 9 und die Zapfen 10 bilden einen sogenannten Bajonnettverschluss. 7 ist eine kreisrunde Flachfeder, die in der Rinne 8 des Knopfteils 1 liegt. Bei 7' ist diese Feder, beispielsweise mittels eines Stifts, mit dem Knopfteil 1 verbunden, und der übrige Teil der Feder steht, wenn der Knopfteil 6 vorn Knopfunterteil entfernt ist, etwas vom Knopf teil 1 ab. Wird der Knopfteil 6 auf den Knopfunterteil aufgesetzt, so drückt die Fe der 7 immer etwas gegen den Knopfteil 6, wodurch sich letzterer nicht mehr von selbst lösen kann.
Uni denselben zu lösen, muss man daher auf denselben drücken und eine kleine Drehung gegenüber dem Knopfteil 1 vornehmen.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 6 und 7 hat der Knopfunterteil 1 eine im Querschnitt rechteckige oder quadratische Form mit dem runden Ansatz 2. 11 ist eine schwalbenschwanzförmige Querrinne im Knopf teil 1 mit einer kreisrunden Vertiefung 4. 5 sind wiederum Löcher, die beispielsweise zum Aufnähen des Knopfteils 1 dienen. Der Knopfoberteil 6 besitzt eine breite Quernut 17 und in derselben eine schmälere schwal- benschwanzförmige Rippe 6', und ist mittels derselben auf den Knopfteil 1 aufgeschoben.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 8 und 9 bedeutet 1 wiederum den Unterteil des Knopfes und 6 den Oberteil. 13 sind zwei einandergegenüberstehende,kugelförmige Aussparungen im Knopfunterteil. 12 sind zwei einander gegenüberstehende, hohlkugel förmige, federnde Warzen (die Federung kann beispielsweise durch eine Spaltung dieser Warzen erzielt werden) auf der Unterseite des Knopfteils 6. Um den Knopfoberteil vom Unterteil zu lösen, genügt, wie bei einem Druckknopf, ein Zug auf den Knopfoberteil. Es kann auch die Ausbildung getroffen sein, dass die Warzen 12 starr sind, in welchem Falle zum Beispiel in den Aushöhlungen 13 des Knopfteils 1 Drahtfederchen, wie bei einem modernen Druckknopf, eingebaut sein können.
Statt dass nur zwei Druckfeder mechanismen vorhanden sind, können deren auch mehr vorhanden sein.
Zweckmässig wird wenigstens ein Teil des Knopfes aus Kunstharz hergestellt. Die Form und Farbe kann beliebig variiert werden.
Der Vorteil dieses Knopfes gemäss der Erfindung gegenüber dem bekannten eintei ligen Knopf besteht darin, dass der Oberteil vom Unterteil entfernt und in kürzester Zeit wieder auf denselben aufgesetzt werden kann. Es gibt zum Beispiel Knöpfe an Damen blusen, die das Waschen nicht vertragen und jedesmal vor dem Waschen von der Bluse entfernt und nachher wieder auf die Bluse aufgenäht werden müssen.
Mit dem Knopf gemäss Erfindung ist dies nicht mehr notwendig. Vor dem Waschen des Kleidungsstückes nimmt man die Knopf oberteile ab, setzt dieselben dann nach dem Waschen und Bügeln wieder auf die Knopf unterteile auf.
Will man beispielsweise die Farbe der Knöpfe eines Kleidungsstückes wechseln, so entfernt man nur die Knopfoberteile und er setzt dieselben durch neue Oberteile in der gewünschten Farbe und Form.
Die Befestigungsorgane des Knopfes sind bei diesem Knopf nicht mebr sichtbar, was auch einen Vorteil darstellt. Wird der Knopf angenäht, so kann dazu ein Faden beliebiger Farbe verwendet werden. Die axiale Länge des Knopfunterteils 2 kann der Dicke des Gewebes angepasst sein.

The advantage of this button according to the invention over the known one-piece button is that the upper part can be removed from the lower part and placed back on the same in a very short time. For example, there are buttons on women's blouses that cannot stand washing and must be removed from the blouse before washing and then sewn onto the blouse again afterwards.
With the button according to the invention this is no longer necessary. Before washing the garment, take off the button tops, then put them back on the button bottoms after washing and ironing.
For example, if you want to change the color of the buttons on an item of clothing, you just remove the button tops and replace them with new tops in the desired color and shape.
The fastening elements of the button are not mebr visible with this button, which is also an advantage. If the button is sewn on, a thread of any color can be used. The axial length of the button lower part 2 can be adapted to the thickness of the fabric.
