Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bauelementen.         Bei.    der     Extraktion    von Kastanien-,       Eiehen-    oder     Quebrachoholz    zwecks     Gewin-          nung    von Gerbstoffen werden Abfälle erhal  ten, für die man     bisher        keine    bessere Ver  wendung als die     Verfeuerung        gefunden        hat.     



  Es wurde nun .gefunden,     @dass        man,    aus  derartigen Abfallstoffen     vorteilhaft    Bau  elemente, wie Blöcke,     .Steine,    Platten und       ,dergleichen        herstellen        kann,        die        sieb.    durch       gutes        Isolationsveamögen    ,gegenüber     Sckall     und     Kälte,        beziehungsweise    Wärme, sowie  durch Schwund- und     Wasserbeständigkeit     auszeichnen.  



  Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren zur       Herstellung    von Bauelementen     ist    .dadurch       gekennzeichnet,    dass     man    bei der Gerbstoff  extraktion anfallende Holzrückstände mit       Zement    und einem feinkörnigen     Gestein     innig vermengt, das     Gemisch    mit     Wasser    be  handelt, zu     Bauelementen,    verformt und er  härten, lässt.  



       Man    kann     zur    Herstellung von Bar  elementen beispielsweise folgendermassen ver  fahren:     Die    obergenannten     Holzabfälle    wer-    den mit     Zement    und     Marmormehl    etwa     im          Verhältnis    5 : 1 : 1 ,gut     gemischt,    mit     Wasser          angefeuchtet    und dann in üblicher     Weise          .geformt    und gepresst.
