Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserlöslichen     Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines wasserlöslichen     Azofarbstoffes,    welches  dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man     diazo-          tiertes        p-Chloranilin    mit     2-(Sulfoäthyl-methyl-          amino)-8-naphtol-6-sulfonsäure    in alkalischem  Medium vereinigt.

           Beispiel:       12,75 Gewichtsteile     p-Chloranilin        (Mol.-          Gew.    127,5) werden bei 0-5   C in 200       Volumteilen        Wasser    in Gegenwart von 25       Volumteilen    Salzsäure von 20' Bö mit 6,9  Gewichtsteilen     Natriumnitrit    wie üblich     di-          azotiert.    Die     Diazolösung    fliesst hierauf in  eine auf 0   C gekühlte, wässerige Lösung  von 42 Gewichtsteilen des     Dinatriumsalzes     der     2-(Sulfoäthyl-methylamino)

  -8-napbtol-6-          sulfonsäure        (Mol.-Gew.    405) und 25 Gewichts  teilen     calciniertem        Natriumcarbonat.    Nach    beendeter Kupplung wird der gebildete Farb  stoff     ausgesalzen,    isoliert und getrocknet.  



  Er bildet ein dunkelbraunes Pulver, das  sich in Wasser mit brauner Farbe löst und  Leder in     gelbstichigbraunen    Tönen vollkom  men durchfärbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser löslichen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man diazotiertes p-Chloranilin mit 2-(Sulfoäthyl-methylamino)-8-naphtol-6- sulfonsäure in alkalischem Medium vereinigt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein dunkelbraunes Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit brauner Farbe löst und Leder in gelb stichigbraunen Tönen vollkommen durchfärbt.
