Verstellbarer Zeichentisch.
Das ausgeglichene Getriebe zur Höhenverstellung,des Reissbrettes trägt einen ebensolchen Rahmen s, ,der finit dem Rahmen r an einer Stelle ;
gelenkig verbunden ist, durch welche die waagrechte Scliwera.chse des aus dem Reissbrett mit den daran befestigten Teilen (Zeichenmaschine, Reissschiene) gebil deten Systems hindurchgeht. Dieses System befändet sich deshalb in bezug auf ;
Adjustable drawing table. Drafting tables for the height adjustment of the drawing board. are equipped with a straight guide, so that the board can be moved vertically up and down without .Side shift, are already known and offer the advantage of minimal space requirements.
The straight line is formed with them by rails in which the board either slides directly or runs on rollers, or on which a frame carrying the board is moved up and down in the same way.
The invention relates to a drawing table in which the up and down movement of the board in a vertical or almost vertical direction, which is desirable for reasons of the best use of space, is not achieved by means of cre- wheel guides of the usual type,
but by a gear; is brought about, which has only pin friction. In Fig. 1 an example of the subject matter of the invention is shown. a is the drawing board, on the back of which attack the upper link c at b and the two-armed lever e at d.
The lever e is rotatably mounted within the free end i of the crank arm g at f on the latter, which crank arm is firmly connected to the shaft la.
The upper lever c is articulated on the crank arm g at the outer end i. The shaft h is rotatably mounted in the transmitters 7c. The Hebäl e is connected at its one end at 1, through the lower link m with the stand k at articulated.
With the correct choice of the dimensions of the individual parts of the gear, the drawing board moves up and down in a vertical or an almost vertical direction parallel to itself.
It is clear that a linkage of the type shown in FIG. 1 is present on each side of the drawing table. The self-weight effect of the drawing board can be balanced for all positions with the help of springs, for example in the following way:
A spring arm o is wedged on at each end on the shaft h, with which the crank arms g are firmly connected and which is rotatably supported in the stands k. The stand k carries the bolt p on a bracket The tension spring q engages with its eyes on the one hand on the free end of the spring arm o and on the other hand on the bolt p.
If the ratios are chosen appropriately, this system delivers a weight compensation for the up and down movement of the drawing board with such small errors that they are covered by the inevitable frictional resistance and therefore not noticed.
If it is desired to have a weight compensation for the inclination adjustment of the drawing board, it can be brought about in the manner shown in FIG. The drawing board a is attached to a frame, 2, for example, formed by rolling iron.
The balanced gear for height adjustment of the drawing board carries just such a frame s, which finite the frame r at one point;
is articulated through which the horizontal Scliwera.chse of the system formed from the drawing board with the parts attached to it (drawing machine, drawing bar) passes. This system is therefore with respect to;
that axis is in indifferent equilibrium, and therefore the incline of the drawing board can be adjusted at will without finding any resistance other than the frictional resistance. The same is also achieved if the mentioned center of gravity is not laterally offset from the pivot axis of the drawing board beyond a certain amount.
The described new drawing table design offers the advantage over the well-known bananas that the up and down movement of the board in vertical or almost vertical direction, which is required for reasons of space saving, is achieved by means of a gear that is predominantly in the same way as today used,
but as a result of the back and forth movement of the drawing board6 when adjusting the height, the parallelogram equalizing gearbox, which takes up much more space, has only pin friction and consists of lots of simple and cheap to manufacture pieces (cranks, handlebars and levers). In addition, the noise that is unavoidable with roller guides is eliminated.
Ultimately, there is no danger of the e ek, which can only be avoided with the usual straight lines for drawing tables through very complex and therefore expensive construction work.
From a structural point of view, the new design has all the advantages of the drawing tables with paralleogram equalization gears and, in terms of space requirements, all the advantages of the known designs with a Gemad guide.
