Description
Warmwasserspeicher mit Einrichtung zur indirekten Beheizung. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Warmwasserspeicher mit Einrichtung zur indirekten Beheizung.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf beilie- gend-er Zeichnung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform. dargestellt.
Es. zeigt Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt.
In einem zylinderförmigen Kessel 1 wird Wasser 2 .durch eine Heizröhre 3 beheizt, welche mit einer Flüssigkeit 4, deren Siede temperatur bedeutend über der Siedetempe ratur des Wassers 2 liegt, zum Beispiel mit @Öl angefüllt ist. Die Heizröhre 3 ist durch eine Vorlaufleitung 5 und eine RüGklauf- leitung 6 mit einem Heizgefäss 7 verbunden.
Die Rücklaufleitung 6 ist an der Heizröhre 3 unten angeschlossen. Die Vorlaufleitung 5 ist von unten in der Heizröhre 3 hochgeführt und mündet im Innern derselben unter dem Flüssigkeitsspiegel 8 aus.
Dadurch wird er reicht, dass beim: Einwirken .einer Wärme quelle auf das Heizgefäss 7 die als Wärme träger dienende Flüssigkeit 4 in der Vorlauf- 1p@tnn!,r 5 wärmer wird als in der durch das Wasser 2 abgekühlten Heizröhre 3 und in dem Rücklauf 6, und so eine gute Zirkula tion dieser Flüssigkeit 4 gewährleistet ist.
Beim Ausbleiben der Einwirkung der Wärmequelle dagegen gleichen sich die Tem peraturen in der Vorlaufleitung 5, in der Heizröhre 3 und im Wasser 2 aus, so dass jede Zirkulation und das Auskühlen des Wassers 2 verhindert wird. Die Flüssigkeit 4 wird zur Inbetriebnahme des: Kaltwasser speichers durch die Öffnung beim Zapfen 9 in die Heizröhre 3 und das. Heizgefäss 7 eingefüllt.
Nach dem Einfüllen wird die Flüssigkeit 4 durch die Heizquelle auf ihre maximale Betriebstemperatur erwärmt und die Heizröhre 3 durch den Zapfen 9 herme tisch verschlossen, so dass beim Erkalten der Flüssigkeit 4 ein Expansionsraum 10 und mit diesem Unterdruck entsteht,
damit im Be trieb keine Druckbeanspruchung des Heiz- gefässes 7 auftritt. Der zylinderförmige Kes sel 1 wird zweckmässig aussen gegen Wärme- verlust- isoliert. Der galt- und der Warm- wasseranschluss sind nicht dargestellt.

In a cylindrical boiler 1, water 2 is heated by a heating tube 3, which is filled with a liquid 4 whose boiling temperature is significantly above the boiling temperature of water 2, for example with oil. The heating tube 3 is connected to a heating vessel 7 by a flow line 5 and a return line 6.
The return line 6 is connected to the heating tube 3 below. The flow line 5 is led up from below in the heating tube 3 and opens inside the same below the liquid level 8.
This means that when a heat source acts on the heating vessel 7, the liquid 4 serving as a heat carrier in the flow 1p @ tnn!, R 5 becomes warmer than in the heating tube 3, which has been cooled by the water 2, and in the Return 6, and so good circulation of this liquid 4 is guaranteed.
In the absence of the action of the heat source, on the other hand, the temperatures in the flow line 5, in the heating tube 3 and in the water 2 are equal, so that any circulation and cooling of the water 2 is prevented.
