16 in Verbindung.
Device for periodic delivery of pressure fluid, in particular for injecting fuel into internal combustion engines. The invention relates to a device for periodic delivery of pressure fluid, in particular for injecting fuel into internal combustion engines,
with a ring and a drum eccentrically arranged in this.
The invention consists in that the two parts are coupled by at least one carrier which is tightly fitted into a recess, i.e. one part, and acts as a plunger therein.
The device can be simple and consist of only a few parts. With constant circulation of the two parts, it results in long-lasting discharge periods. Such a device is particularly suitable for pumping small and very small amounts of pressure fluid in quick succession and is
if it results in a sufficiently high feed rate, it can be used for injecting fuel into high-speed internal combustion engines that operate, for example, with spark ignition. The subject of the invention is illustrated in three exemplary embodiments on the drawing. It shows:
1 shows an injection pump for internal combustion engines in section perpendicular to the axis of rotation, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a second device in section perpendicular to the axis of rotation,
4 shows a section along the line IV-IV in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 shows the third device in a section perpendicular to the axis of rotation, and FIG. 6 a section along the line VI-VI in FIG. 5.
According to the FZg. 1 and 2, a ring 13 is rotatably mounted in a housing 19. In the ring 1: 3 by the amount e eccentric to the sem, a drum 11 of the drive shaft 9 is arranged, which in .den .Seite walls. 19, 21 of the housing is rotatably mounted.
The parts 11, 13 are coupled to one another by a driver 14. The driver 14 is a cylindrical pin. built up, which sits on the inside of the ring 13 along a generating line.
The driver 14 is a tight fit in a transverse groove 12 on the circumference of the drum 11 and is tightly fitted with this on the end faces between the side walls 19, 2-1 of the Ge housing. In the side wall 21 of the housing there is a 3, trough 16 in the shape of an Iireisringsector concentrically to the drive shaft 9, which is connected to the suction line 17 for the fuel. The trough 16 is controlled by the window formed by the side surfaces 10 of the transverse groove 12.
From the bottom of the transverse groove 1.2, a pressure channel 15 leads through the drum 11 and the bearing journal at the end of the drive shaft 9 to the side wall 21 of the housing, to which the pressure line 2; 3 is connected coaxially to the shaft 9.
The pressure line 2, 3 is connected to a fuel reservoir, for example via a backflow valve. The delivery rate is regulated, for example, by an overflow valve built into the pressure line 23.
In the position shown, the cylindrical pin 14 assumes its lowest position in the transverse groove 12 (inner dead center). The fuel is under pressure in the transverse groove 12 and in the pressure channel 15. If the drum 11 now rotates in the direction of the arrow over the trough 16, the side surfaces of the transverse groove 12 expose the connection with the suction line 17, while the cylindrical pin 14 is pushed outward in the transverse groove 12. As a result, fuel is sucked into the transverse groove 12.
After a rotation of 1:80, the cylindrical pin 14 assumes its highest position in the transverse groove 12 (outer dead center). The trough 16 is already completely covered again by the drum 11. If the pin 14 now presses into the transverse groove 12 as the drum 11 continues to rotate, fuel is conveyed from the transverse groove 1.2 via the pressure channel 15 into the pressure line 2, 3.
The ring 13 makes the rotation of the drum 11 with; However, in contrast to that of the drum 1.1, its circulation is unequal.
According to FIGS. 3 and 4, the driver 24 is a spherical pin which sits on the inside of the ring 13. The pin 24 is. tightly fitted into a rapid radial cylindrical bore? 0 on the circumference of the drum 11. In the pressure channel 1.5, the down in the bore 20 mün det, a window 22 is seen on the side, which controls the trough 16. This version has the advantage
that the pin 24 and the bore 20 can more easily be positioned to fit tightly into one another and consequently the pin 24 seals better in the bore 20. In addition, there is no need to fit the pin 24 between the side walls 19, 21 of the housing.
According to FIGS. 5 and 6, the holder 14 is a prismatic pin which is flat at the bottom. The drum 11 is placed on the end 8 of the drive shaft 9 that is milled on two sides. The suction line 17 stands through a bore 17a in the CT eliäusewand 19 with the trough,
16 in connection. The pressure line 23 is connected through a bore 23a in the housing wall? 1 with a depression 26 of the same shape. The ring 13 is by means of Rollelf? 7 rotatably mounted in an eccentric 2 $.
The eccentric 28 is rotatable in the housing 18 and provided on part of its circumference with a toothing 33 into which the Z@a.liilritzel 32 of the walls 21, 19 rotatably mounted controller shaft 31 engages.
The mode of operation of this device corresponds to that according to FIGS. 1, 2, with the difference that the pressure channel 23ca is also positively controlled by temporarily releasing the depression 26 through the window formed by the side surfaces 10 of the transverse groove 12. The amount of liquid delivered is regulated by adjusting the stroke of the pin 14 in the transverse groove 12.
For diesel purposes, the regulator shaft 31 and so that the intermediate ring .28 is rotated, which allows you to continuously change the eccentricity of the parts 11, 13 between the zero value and a maximum value.
By adjusting the bearing ring @ 28, which is eccentric to the pump shaft 9, regulation of the injection point is inevitably connected with or quantity regulation. However, facilities are also possible
through which the point in time of the start of injection or the point in time of the end of injection can be kept constant in the case of quantity control.
