Description

  

  Klapptisch an Automobilen.    Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Klapptisch an Automobilen. Erfin  dungsgemäss zeichnet sich der Klapptisch  durch eine zweiteilige Tischplatte aus,  welche mittels eines Scharniers an der ]Rücken  lehne eines Vordersitzes befestigt ist, und  mindestens einen für diese Platte vorgese  henen zweiteiligen Stützarm.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge  stellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht des zu  sammengeklappten Tisches;       Fig.    2 zeigt eine Seitenansicht des aus  einandergeklappten Tisches ;       Fig.    3 ist eine Seitenansicht des einen       Stützarmteils    und       Fig.    4 ist eine Frontansicht desselben;       Fig.        "5    stellt eine Seitenansicht und       Fig.    6 eine Frontansicht des andern     Stütz-          armteils    dar;       Fig.    7 bis 9     stellen    der Betätigungshebel  dar.

      Die Tischplatte des Klapptisches besteht  aus zwei Teilen 1 und 2, welche miteinan  der mittels eines Scharniers 3 verbunden  sind. Der     Tischplattenteil    1 ist mittels eines  Scharniers 4 an der Rückenlehne 5 des       Chauffeursitzes    befestigt. Der Klapptisch be  sitzt ferner einen zweiteiligen Stützarm, be  stehend aus den Armteilen 6 und 7. Das  untere Ende des     Stützarmteils    6 ist mit dem       Stützarmhalter    8 an der Rückenlehne 5 des       Chauffeursitzes    durch eine Schraube 9 dreh  bar verbunden. Die Drehbewegung des Stütz  armteils 6 wird durch das Anschlagen der  Nase 10 an den Absatz 11 des Stützarm  halters 8 begrenzt.  



  In der     zusammmengeklappten    Stellung  ,des Klapptisches gemäss     Fig.1    wird der       Stützarmteil    6 mittels einer Zugfeder 12 an  der Rückenlehne 5 des     Chauffeursitzes    ge  halten. Das obere Ende des     Stützarmteils    6  ist mittels einer Schraube 13 drehbar mit  dem einen Ende des gabelförmigen Stütz  armteils 7 verbunden. Letzterer besitzt einen  Schlitz 14,     in        welcbew    die     Verbindungs>         schraube 13 beim Auf- und     Zuklappen    des  Tisches. hin- und     hergleiten    kann.

   Das andere  Ende des gabelförmigen     Stützarmteils    7 ist  mittels einer Schraube 15 an einem Stütz  armhalter 16 an der Unterseite des Tisch  plattenteils 1 drehbar gelagert. Wie     Fig.    5  zeigt, besitzt der     Stützarmteil    7 an dem für  die Schraube<B>15</B> angebrachten Schrauben  loch 17 eine Nute 18. In diese Nute 18  greift eine Nase 19 eines Hebels 20 ein,  welcher auf das freie Ende der Schraube 15  aufgeschraubt ist. Mit dem Hebel 20 kann  der     Stützarmteil    7 in die Stützstellung ge  schwenkt werden.

   Der     Tischplattenteil    1  besitzt einen schwenkbaren Haken 21, wel  cher nach     Fig.1    in das Loch eines am       Tischplattenteil    2 befestigten Plättchens 22  eingreift und den zugeklappten     Tisclrplatten-          teil    2 festhält. Die beiden     Tischplattenteile     bestehen aus Sperrholz und sind mit einem       Inlaidbelag    versehen. Die Ränder der Tisch  plattenteile sind mit     Abdeckleisten    aus ver  nickeltem Messing     eingefasst.     



  Der     Stützarmteil    6 ist mit einem     U-för-          migen    Ansatz 23 versehen.     lri    der Stellung  gemäss     Fig.    2 sind die Enden der beiden  Gabelschenkel 24 und 25 des     Stützarmteils     7 in den Ansatz 23 geschoben und verhin  dern ein Einknicken der beiden Stützarm  teile 6 und 7.  



  Der Klapptisch wird wie folgt gehand  habt:  Zum     Zuklappen    des Tisches aus der Stel  lung gemäss     Fig.    2 in die Stellung gemäss       Fi.    1 wird zuerst der     Tischplattenteil    2 um  geklappt.

   Dann wird der     Vschplattenteil    1  leicht emporgehoben, bis das     gabelförmige     Ende des     Stützarmteils    7      < ins    dem als Füh  rung dienenden Ansatz 23     berausgleitet.    Der       Stützarmteil    6 wird nun automatisch durch die  Feder 12 gegen die Lehne 5     gezogen.    Da  durch klappen auch der     Stützarrnteil    7     und     die beiden     Tischplattenteile    1 und 2 in die  in     Fig.    1 gezeichnete Stellung.

   Der Haken 21  wird noch in das Loch des Plättchens 22  eingehängt und der Tisch ist     zusammenge-          klappt.       Zum     Auseinanderklappen    des Tisches  wird der Hebel 20 mit der Hand erfasst und  zuerst heraus- und dann emporgezogen, bis  das gabelförmige Ende des     Stützarmteils    7  gemäss     Fig.    2 in den Ansatz 23 eingeschoben  werden     kann.    Das Einknicken der Stützarm  teile 6 und 7 wird dadurch verhindert. Hier  auf wird der Haken 21 aus dem Loch des  Plättchens 22 gezogen und der     Tisehplatten-          teil    2 aufgeklappt.

   Die Nase 10 des Stütz  armteils 6 stösst gegen den Absatz 11 und  verhindert ein     Ausknicken    der     Stützarmteile     6 und 7 nach aussen, wenn der Klapptisch  in der Stellung nach     Fig.    2 belastet wird.

      The table top of the folding table consists of two parts 1 and 2, which are connected to the miteinan by means of a hinge 3. The table top part 1 is fastened to the backrest 5 of the chauffeur seat by means of a hinge 4. The folding table also sits a two-part support arm, be standing from the arm parts 6 and 7. The lower end of the support arm part 6 is connected to the support arm holder 8 on the backrest 5 of the chauffeur seat by a screw 9 rotatable bar.   In the collapsed position of the folding table according to FIG. 1, the support arm part 6 is held by means of a tension spring 12 on the backrest 5 of the chauffeur seat. The upper end of the support arm part 6 is rotatably connected to one end of the fork-shaped support arm part 7 by means of a screw 13. The latter has a slot 14 in which the connecting screw 13 is inserted when the table is opened and closed. can slide back and forth.

   The other end of the fork-shaped support arm part 7 is rotatably mounted on a support arm holder 16 on the underside of the table top part 1 by means of a screw 15. As FIG. 5 shows, the support arm part 7 has a groove 18 on the screw hole 17 provided for the screw 15. A lug 19 of a lever 20 engages in this groove 18, which on the free end of the Screw 15 is screwed on. With the lever 20 of the support arm part 7 can be pivoted ge into the support position.

   The table top part 1 has a pivotable hook 21 which, as shown in FIG. 1, engages in the hole of a plate 22 attached to the table top part 2 and holds the folded table top part 2 in place. The two table top parts are made of plywood and have an inlaid covering. The edges of the table top parts are framed with cover strips made of nickel-plated brass.



  The support arm part 6 is provided with a U-shaped extension 23. 2, the ends of the two fork legs 24 and 25 of the support arm part 7 are pushed into the projection 23 and prevent the two support arm parts 6 and 7 from buckling.



  The folding table is handled as follows: To close the table from the position shown in FIG. 2 into the position shown in FIG. 1, the table top part 2 is folded over first.

   Then the Vschplattenteil 1 is lifted up slightly until the fork-shaped end of the support arm part 7 <slides over into the approach 23 serving as a guide. The support arm part 6 is now automatically pulled against the backrest 5 by the spring 12. Since the support arm part 7 and the two table top parts 1 and 2 also fold into the position shown in FIG. 1.

   The hook 21 is still hung in the hole in the plate 22 and the table is folded up. To unfold the table, the lever 20 is grasped by hand and first pulled out and then upward until the fork-shaped end of the support arm part 7 according to FIG. 2 can be pushed into the extension 23. The buckling of the support arm parts 6 and 7 is prevented. Here on the hook 21 is pulled out of the hole of the plate 22 and the table plate part 2 is opened.

   The nose 10 of the support arm part 6 abuts against the shoulder 11 and prevents the support arm parts 6 and 7 from buckling outwards when the folding table is loaded in the position according to FIG.
