Description

Fenerungsanlage for burning wood, cave etc. The subject of the present invention is a furnace for burning wood, coal etc.

In the previously common firing systems for burning wood, coal, etc., the fuel in the firebox itself was burned over a grate enabling the air supply and fuel was added to maintain the fire and later on the existing embers.

However, these firing systems have the disadvantage that fuel has to be refilled at relatively short intervals and that the freshly placed fuel is usually insufficiently supplied with air, which results in incomplete combustion with smoke and soot formation.

By the combustion system according to the present invention, this should be remedied after parts.

The invention consists in that the same has at least one fuel tank that is separated from the furnace and can be locked at the top, in which the pre-combustion of the fuel takes place, from which the heating gases reach the furnace under the influence of the chimney draft, where they burn practically completely.

As a result, apart from the practically perfect combustion of the fuel, it is achieved that the fuel is replenished automatically in the container, which results in a constant fire intensity with little monitoring of the fire.

On the accompanying drawings, three embodiments of the subject invention are each provided in a longitudinal section, namely: Fig. 1 shows the basic design of a furnace according to the invention, Fig. 2 a feed cooker and Fig. 3 a washing stove.

The furnace according to Fig. 1 has a top closable, laterally of the fire chamber 1 arranged container 2, in which the pre-combustion takes place. In the lower part of the container 2, at 3, the air enters from the side. The heating gases developed during the pre-combustion get from the container 2 into the combustion chamber 1 in order to be practically completely burned there. The arrows indicate the direction of flow of the fresh air or the pickling and exhaust gases. 4 shows the boiler to be heated.

2 shows the entry of air into the container from the side at 3 and from below at 5, the air simultaneously serving to partially cool the fuel container and being preheated in the process.

According to Fig. 3, an additional air inlet is provided from above at 6, with an even more intensive cooling of the fuel container takes place.
