A be findlichen Schalters 11 wieder ausfällt.
Method <B> and </B> remote control system for the selective remote control of work processes by increasing the voltage of an alternating current network feeding the receivers caused by a transmitter. In order to be able to dispense with special control lines for the tariff remote control of electricity meters, the proposal has already been made to connect the meter relay switching from one to the other tariff directly to the consumption network and to train it so that it is only Voltage drops or increases in the network respond.
However, such remote control methods have not been able to enforce due to the faulty switching caused by frequent interference. A general use of this type of remote control for the execution of various work processes is out of the question, in particular, because these Anordnun conditions only allow the work processes to be carried out in a very limited number, furthermore only at a very specific time and only in a fixed order enable.
It has now been tried again and again in particular with regard to the significant cost savings achieved by eliminating special control lines to eliminate the defects inherent in such remote control systems.
@So a remote control method working according to the contact selector principle has become known, in which the choice of a certain work process is determined by the time between two interruptions in the AC network. The way this remote control method works is such that after a brief interruption in the network, the contact selectors of the recipients are activated and a second brief interruption in the network takes place at a selectable point in time,
according to which this time assigned. The recipient will want to carry out the desired work process. With such a remote control system, a sufficient number of different work processes can be carried out at any time and without observing a certain sequence. However, these systems again have a number of new disadvantages that also only allow their introduction to a limited extent.
For example, it is not easily possible to use alternating current networks to which larger synchronous motors, synchronous generators and single-armature converters are connected. Rather, this is only possible if at the same time with the interruption BEZW. When the network is closed, these machines are also switched off or can be switched on, which of course makes the system more complicated and accordingly more expensive. Other devices that are connected to the alternating current network used for remote control also suffer from malfunctions that can sometimes be quite unpleasant.
It should only be pointed out that synchronous clocks connected to the mains come to a standstill due to the interruptions, and that they no longer start even if they do not have self-starting synchronous motors. The connected high-pressure mercury rectifiers also go out when the network being scanned is interrupted. In order to avoid this inconvenience, special precautions must be taken here, too, which are firstly very difficult to achieve and secondly are associated with additional costs.
It should also be mentioned that synchronous motors connected to the AC network fall out of step when the AC power is switched on.
The invention relates to a process for selective remote control of Ar work processes, such as the on and off device of the road. Staircase and house number lighting, hot water storage tanks and refrigerators, the transmission of air protection signals and the switching of tariff meters through voltage increases caused by a transmitter in an alternating current network feeding the receivers.
According to the invention, in order to avoid the above-mentioned deficiencies, use is made of these voltage increases in this method so that at least two pulse-wise voltage increases are imposed on the network, the time interval between which determines the choice of the desired work process.
The remote control system for executing the method, which also forms the subject matter of the invention, has at the receiving points a receiving relay which responds to the voltage increases and which controls a contact selector arrangement which initiates the execution of the various operations and which can be a synchronous motor-driven selector arrangement .
The pulsed voltage increases can be caused by an auxiliary transformer that can be switched into the network. The arrangement can be made so that a control unit of the transmitter controls the auxiliary transformer, whose primary windings are connected to the network via the contacts of a contact relay excited by the control unit and whose secondary windings are switched on in the mains.
The invention enables the disadvantages of previous methods and designs to be eliminated. A further increase in the security of this remote control system in terms of the occurrence of interference pulses is also achieved because random voltage increases are less likely than random voltage drops or voltage drops. Interruptions in the network.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei is game of the invention for illustration brought ge.
The switching arrangement shows an alternating current network, the high-voltage side of which is connected to the low-voltage side by a network transformer 1. The triangle-connected primary winding 2 of this mains transformer 1 is connected to the mains conductors 3, 4, 5 and the star-connected secondary winding 6 on the one hand with the conductors 7, 8, 9 and on the other hand with the neutral conductor 10.
The transmitter station A contains a switch 11 influenced by the control unit (not shown), a control relay 12 controlled by this and an auxiliary transformer 13 working together with this. The three primary windings 14 of this auxiliary transformer 13 lead on the one hand to a zero point 15 and on the other hand via contacts of the contact relay 12 to one line conductor 3, 4, 5 each. The three secondary windings 17 of the auxiliary transformer 13 are in turn connected directly to the line conductors 3, 4, 5. They can be short-circuited via contacts of contact relay 12.
The receiving station B contains a responsive receiving relay 19 and a synchronous motor-operated contact selector arrangement 20 controlled by this. The winding 21 of the receiving relay 19 is connected to the power line 9 and to the neutral conductor 10. The normally open contact 22 of the receiving relay 19 is connected on the one hand to the power line 9 and on the other hand via the contact arm 23 of the contact selector 24 and the field winding 25 of the synchronous motor 26 to the neutral conductor 10. One side of the Erregerwick development 25 of the synchronous motor 26 is also connected to the power line 9 via a reset contact 27 actuated in a known manner by the Mo tor 25.
The windings 28, 29 of the toggle relay 30 intended for the execution of two different Arbeitsvor gears are on the one hand on one selector contact 31 respectively. 32 of the contact selector 24 and, on the other hand, connected to the neutral conductor 10. The swivel contact 33 of the toggle relay 30, which is connected to the line conductor 9, works together with a contact 34 leading to the device for carrying out the work process.
In the receiving station A, the switch 11 is briefly closed by the control device when a work process is to be carried out in the receiving station B. This closure of the switch 11 then causes the contact relay 12 to be excited, which connects the primary windings 14 to the mains conductors 3, 4, 5 and the short circuit of the secondary windings 17 cancels. The primary winding 2 of the power transformer 1 then receives a brief voltage increase that is transmitted via the secondary winding 6 to the low-voltage side 7, 8, 9.
The receiving relay 19 of the receiving station B thus also receives this voltage increase. This receiving relay 19, which is now responding, closes its normally open contact 22, where the synchronous motor 26 starts up. The normally open contact 22 of the receiving relay 19 returns to its earlier position as soon as the voltage increase by opening the switch 11 at the transmitter point A fails again. The synchronous motor 26 will keep the Drehkon clock 23 of the contact selector 24 still further in rotation, since this is now fed via the zero setting contact 27 which is closed when the synchronous motor 26 starts up.
As soon as the rotary contact 23 of the con tact selector 24 comes to the selector contact 31, by closing the switch 11 of the transmitter station A, which is done with the help of a device running synchronously with the receivers, a further voltage increase is pushed to the AC network. The receiving relay 19 is then energized again, whereby its actuated work contact 22 causes the selector circuit of the winding 28 of the toggle relay 30 to close. The here switched swivel contact 33 of the toggle relay 30 will then close the circuit for the excitation of the device for executing the Arbeitsvor gear. The desired work process is thus carried out.
When the initial position of the rotary contact 23 is reached, the zero setting contact 27 is opened again. The circuit of the He excitation winding 25 of the synchronous motor 26 is then interrupted, so that the Syn chronmotor 26 comes to rest again. With the exception of the swivel contact 33, the receiving station now again assumes the position shown in the drawing.
If the swivel contact 33 of the toggle relay 30 is to return to the previous position, the process already described must be repeated. The second voltage increase in the alternating current network only has to take place when the rotary contact 23 of the contact selector 24 reaches the selector contact 32. Then the winding 29 of the toggle relay 30 is energized and the pivot contact 33 is switched over again.
Of course, the design of the receiving point B can also be designed in such a way that the contact selector arrangement controlled by the receiver relay is brought into effect by more than two pulse-wise voltage increases within one selector cycle. The procedure here is as follows: (iass the first increase in voltage closes the excitation circuit of the synchronous motor and only the last one brings about the execution of the work process, with the voltage increases in between only causing a preparatory effect.
Of course, you can also cause the voltage increases in the network in other ways than with the mediation of an auxiliary transformer. It is clear that the remote control system is useful for remote control of any kind of work.
