gemäss der Erfindung llessgeräte für die drei Leitungsströme und die drei verketteten Spannungen sowie An ordnungen;
JT bezeichnete .Stromklemmen, ,drei Spannungsklemmen B,<B><I>S</I></B>, T und eine Erdklemme E.
17 die Anzeige der Instrumente <I>A</I> und<I>B</I> abliest.

UST entsprechen.
U, misst.
Device for checking the connection of three-phase electricity meters. In three-phase systems, the electrical work is usually measured by electricity meters that work according to the two-watt meter method.
It is necessary that the: current and .Voltage windings of the two meter measuring units in a very specific way to the current respectively be used. Voltage transformers must be connected in order to obtain perfect measurements. The connection must, therefore, exactly according to the calibration of the meter resp. Transducer specified terminal designations.
Especially with larger ones. Systems in which long, poorly arranged lines between the converters and the meters are often used. are available, but it is not possible to visually check the correct connection.
One is .des half generally forced to determine whether the connection lines belong together by so-called ringing or similar test procedures. However, this is usually quite cumbersome and takes a relatively long time.
In this way, it is also not possible to determine whether the terminal designation of the counter and converter is correct, so that such a test of the line connections does not guarantee a perfect measurement.
The present invention relates to a device by means of which it is possible to determine without any problems whether a meter is connected to a three-phase network in such a way that it works properly. Such a facility contains
According to the invention lless devices for the three line currents and the three interlinked voltages and arrangements;
for checking the direction of the rotating fields generated by the currents, in, the .current windings and by the currents in the voltage windings of the meter.
If the connection has been carried out properly and it is a consumer who loads the network in such a way that the primordial symmetry is not the usual measure.
exceeds. so the three currents as well as the three voltages must approximately correspond in size, which can be seen by comparing the pointer deflections of the instruments concerned.
To the direction of rotation of the current respectively. To control the voltage field, so-called rotating field direction indicators can be provided, in which a rotatably mounted metal body rotates in one direction or the other depending on the phase sequence under the influence of a rotating field generated by appropriately connected coils.
The windings of the rotating field direction indicator are expediently connected to the current respectively. Voltage windings of the meter are connected so that the direction of the rotating fields, when connected correctly, corresponds to the direction of the arrow on the devices.
\ because to measure the currents and voltages you need three current resp. Voltage measuring instruments are used, so it is two-fold,
In addition, another voltmeter is to be provided for displaying the zero point voltage. This must not show any deflection when the zero point is grounded so that it can be seen whether the point in question is properly grounded.
If the currents are to be determined by ammeters, they must generally be connected in series with the current windings of the meter. This means that the circuits must be opened when the test device is connected.
To avoid this, the currents can be determined by measuring the voltage on the current windings of the meter. The accuracy of the measurement is adversely affected by the fact that the resistances of the current windings are not exactly the same size and also not completely unchangeable, but this fact is practically generally meaningless.
since only raw measurements are required. Transformers connected to the current windings are expediently used in order to increase the mostly very small coil voltages to a value suitable for the connection of the measuring devices.
You can also connect transformers to the voltage windings of the meter in order to reduce the coil voltage, which is usually 110 volts, to a suitable, expediently approximately the same value.
If an interruption of the circuits is avoided in this way, the use of a rotating field direction indicator of the usual type is not possible.
since the connection of the coils of such a device to the terminals of the current windings of the meter would produce a torque that is not sufficient to move the metal body.
However, the direction of the rotating field can also be determined by using the so-called co-rotating and the so-called opposing symmetrical iStrom respectively in a manner known per se. Voltage components miss @ t,
aws which you can get any more or less. can think of asymmetrical three-phase systems put together.
This method has the advantage that it can be carried out using simple electrical pointer instruments that can easily be connected to the meter readings.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown schematically. Fig. 1 shows a view of a Ge device that contains a corresponding number of ammeters and .Voltungsmessern and two rotating field direction indicators. An arrangement
in which the phase sequence is checked by measuring the parallel and opposing symmetrical current and voltage components, is illustrated by FIGS. 2 to 5.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, three ammeters are installed in a common housing G, which are designated by JR, Js and JT, four with the designations Uc, URS,
UST and UTIZ as well as two with J resp. U designated rotating field direction indicator. The housing G carries eight connection terminals, namely two with JR respectively. JT designated .current terminals,, three voltage terminals B, <B> <I> S </I> </B>, T and one earth terminal E.
During use, the current terminals JR and JT must be connected to the relevant current windings and the voltage terminals B, S, <I> T </I> to the relevant voltage windings of the meter to be examined.
The ammeters and voltmeters JR, Js, JT respectively. URS, USTe UTR are connected to the connection terminals in such a way that the three phase currents and the three linked voltages can be measured with the relevant instruments.
Here, in a manner known per se, Js <I> so </I> is assumed that the relevant current strength is measured as the sum of the current strengths JR and JT. The Up instrument is connected between terminals S and B.
As a rotating field direction indicator; known instruments are used, e.g. B. those, with .denen, on one with a corresponding; Rotatable metal disk marked with an arrow acts as a rotating field that is generated by three coils to be connected to the phases concerned.
These are then to be connected to the terminals B, S, T parallel to the voltage meters, for example with the rotating field direction indicator labeled U. A rotating field direction indicator for the current field can also be used, for example, in which: the rotating field is only activated by two coils to be switched into the currents JR, Jr. is produced.
For this purpose, the meter to be examined is suitably provided with a so-called test terminal strip in order to be able to open the circuits of the current coils.
If the connection is correct, the following conditions must be met: 1. The ammeters JR, Js and JT must show approximately the same deflection.
2s. The voltage ameses of the URs, UST and ZTTR must also show approximately the same deflection. 3. The voltmeter Uo should not show any deflection.
4. The discs of the two rotating field direction indicators should: Rotate in the direction of the arrow.
If one of these conditions is not met, the connection must be changed accordingly.
In the arrangement shown in Fig. 2 in the circuit diagram, it is not necessary to open the circuits of the current windings, since no three-field direction indicators with a rotatable measuring mechanism are used here, but only two display instruments, which are preferably used in a manner known per se as.
Rectifier instruments are built and consume so little electricity that they can be switched in parallel to the current measurements of the meter to be examined for current measurement.
The device shown in Fig. 2 is provided with eight connection terminals, which are designated with 0 to 7, where 0 is a Erdansschlu3.
The voltage terminals 1, 2, 3 are to be connected in the usual way to the voltage windings of the meter to be examined, labeled B-8 and S-T, and: the current terminals 4, 5 to the current winding R respectively. the current terminals 6, 7 to .the current winding T of the meter to connect.
Since the winding T, as indicated in the drawing by the crossed lines, is connected so that the phase is shifted by 180 at the terminals @ 6, 7.
Only two display instruments <I> A </I> and <I> B </I> are installed as measuring devices, which are connected to a special measuring circuit by two mechanically coupled double-pole changeover switches 8, 9 with three switch positions I, II, III are connected.
Two transformers 10, 11 for the current windings and 12, 13 for the voltage windings are used to connect the measuring circuit to the counter windings. Apart from that, a transformer 14 is also seen, the primary winding of which is connected between terminals 2 and 0. The facility also includes:
three-pole changeover switch 15, 16, 17 with two .Schaltstellun conditions I ', II', whose switching levers, which are also mechanically coupled to one another, are arranged in the drawing at separate points in the circuit diagram for the sake of clarity.
The actual measuring circuit contains a further transformer 18, 19, which can also be viewed as a choke coil tapped in the middle, eight ohmic resistors 20 to 27 and four capacitors <B> 28 </B> to 31,
which are connected as shown in the drawing.
With the help of the device described, the test of the meter connection can be carried out in such a way that the changeover switches 8, 9 and 15, 16,
17 reads the display of the instruments <I> A </I> and <I> B </I>. The readings then correspond to the measurements given in the following table:

The transformers 10 to 14 are all wound so that secondary voltages of about 4 volts arise under normal operating conditions. When measuring no.
1 (switches 8, 9 in position I and Sehal ter 1-5, 16, 17 in position I ', as shown in the drawing), the instrument A is parallel to the secondary winding of the transformer 10 to which the Current winding B of the meter is connected, and the instrument B in parallel with the secondary winding of the Traneformatore 1-1,
to which the current winding T of the meter is connected. The deflection of instrument A therefore corresponds to the meter current JR and the deflection of instrument B corresponds to the meter current JT. At the Meng
No. 2 (switch 8, 9 in, position 1I and switch 15, 16, 17 in position I ') is instrument A on the one hand with the common connecting line of the secondary windings of transformers 10 and 1-1 and on the other hand with the middle of the voltage divider transformer 18 , 19 connected.
The secondary voltages of the transformers 10 and 11 thus add up in the measuring instrument A .. Now there.
the secondary voltage of the transformer 10 corresponds to the counter atomic strength JR, but the secondary voltage of the transformer 11 corresponds to the negative value of the counter atomic strength JT,
the deflection of the instrument A in this position of the holder is a measure for the difference JR <I> - </I> JT. The instrument <I> B </I> lies between the connections of the secondary windings of transformers <B> 10 </B> and 11, which are not directly connected to one another,
so that its deflection depends on the difference between the secondary voltages, i.e. on the sum of the metering current JIR + JT <I> = </I> Js. In order to be able to read off Js on the same scale graduation in this case,
can be a correspondingly dimensioned resistance in the instrument line. 3.2 should be provided. Reading and checking the current difference JR <I> - </I> JT is not absolutely necessary.
For measurement no. 4 (switches 8, 9 in position I and switches 15, 16, 17 in position II ') the circuit corresponds to that of measurement no. 1.
In this case, however, the instruments <I> A </I> and <I> B </I> are connected to the secondary windings of the transformers 12 and 13, so that their deflections correspond to the voltages BRs, respectively. VAT correspond.
During measurement no. 5 (switches 8, 9 in position II and switches 15, 16, <B> 17 </B> in position II ') the instrument A is on the one hand on the winding of the transformer 14 and on the other hand on the Connection line for the secondary windings of transformers 12 and 18.
As a result, the deflection of instrument A corresponds to the voltage between terminals 2 and 0, ie the zero point voltage Uso. The instrument B is connected via the resistor 32 to the not directly interconnected terminals of the secondary windings of the transformers 12 and 1 $. Thus, the deflection of instrument B corresponds to the sum of the voltages Urt -; - UST, i.e. the voltage UTR ,.
3 to 5 are used to explain the mode of operation of measurement no. 6. These are the determination of the voltage components Um and Uä. The switch 8, 9 is in position III and the switch 15, 16, 17 in position II '. As a result, the circuits of the instruments A and B shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 are set.
The secondary windings of the transformers 12 and 13 are each bridged by two voltage dividers, each of which consists of an ohmic resistor and a complex resistor in different order. The voltage divider intended for the connection of the instrumen tes A consist of the ohmic resistances 20 respectively. 25 and the complex resistors 21, 28 respectively. 24, 30.
The voltage dividers intended for the connection of the instrument B consist of the ohmic resistors 26 respectively. 23 and the complex resistances 27, 31 respectively. 22, 29. The resistors are now dimensioned in such a way that the resulting voltage components are of the same size and shifted in phase by 60 to one another.
The measuring instruments <I> A </I> and <I> B </I> are each connected to a division point of a voltage divider belonging to each counter winding in such a way that instrument A is the co-rotating and instrument B is the opposing symmetrical component Um respectively. U, measures.
The vector diagram of the voltages in question in FIG. 5 is used for explanation. RS, ST and TR denote the three interlinked voltages that form the known voltage triangle. The direction of rotation of the vectors is indicated by the arrow drawn.
The fact that, for example, the points R and S are now connected by the ohmic resistor 20 and the complex resistor 21, 28, with the corresponding voltage components being of the same size and shifted in phase by 60 from one another, results in that in FIG. 5 The illustrated position of the voltage vectors labeled (20) and (21, 28). The vectors labeled (15) and (24, 30) are also obtained between points S and T.
Since the instrument A is now connected between the division points A1 and AZ, it shows a deflection which corresponds to the voltage between these points, which, as can easily be seen, is equal to the voltage Ug, T.
Since, on the other hand, in the circuit shown in FIG. 4, the resistances are in reverse order between <I> R </I> and S respectively. <I> T </I> and S lie, the division points B and BZ coincide, so that the voltage between B and BZ is zero. If the meter is connected correctly, instrument B must not show any deflection.
In the case of measurement no. 3 for determining the corresponding Stromkompo components, you can plot diagrams similar to FIGS. 3 to 5. Since in this case the secondary voltage of the transformer 11 corresponds to the current - JT due to the specified connection of terminals 6, 7 to the current winding T, the phase sequence of the vector diagram is reversed, so that instrument A is the opposite and instrument B shows the accompanying current component.
If the meter is connected correctly, instrument A will not show any deflection, while the deflection of instrument B corresponds to the current JR.
FIG. 6 shows an exemplary embodiment of a device for checking the connection of three-phase electricity meters in accordance with the one shown in FIG. 2 circuit shown. The two measuring instruments A and B as well as the switches 8, 9 and 15, 16, 17 are built into an i'xehäuse 32. The switch 8, 9 is used to switch from current measurement (J) to voltage measurement (U).
It has three positions labeled I, 1I, III, with circuit 1 for current respectively. Voltage measurement, scarf device II for the difference and sum measurement of the currents respectively. is used to measure the voltage to earth and to measure the total voltage, and position III is used to measure the rotating field. A switch 33 is also added for setting the sensitivity in four stages. Terminals 4, 5, 6, 7 are used to connect the current transformers and terminals 1, 2, 3, 0 are used to connect to the voltage transformers, respectively. Earth.
The installation parts can of course also be arranged in any other way in the housing.
