Description

       Fig.    1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch die erste       Ausführungsform    nach der Linie     a-b-c     der     Fig.    2, welche selbst einen     Schnitt    nach  der Linie     d-e    der     F'ig.    1 darstellt;

         Fig. 3 ist ein dem Schnitt der Fig. 1 ent sprechender iSchnitt der zweiten Ausfüh rungsform, und Fig. 4 .gibt in einem iSchnitt die all gemeine Anordnung der Profileisen der Fig. 1 und 2 in der Decke.

  Composite ceiling made of wooden ribs and concrete slab. The present invention is a composite ceiling made of wood ribs and Be concrete slab, in which the concrete slab the compressive forces and the - wood ribs take over the tensile forces. In the case of the ceiling according to the invention, the interaction of wood and concrete takes place by means of profile irons which are partially embedded in the wooden ribs and which have a web and flange.

  The essence of the invention is that the webs of the profile iron are at an angle to the parting line between wood and concrete.

  The drawing shows, for example, two embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.

       FIG. 1 shows a section through the first embodiment along the line a-b-c in FIG. 2, which itself is a section along the line d-e in FIGS. 1 represents;

         Fig. 3 is a section of Fig. 1 ent speaking iSchnitt of the second Ausfüh approximately form, and Fig. 4. Provides in an iSchnitt the general arrangement of the profile iron of Figs. 1 and 2 in the ceiling.

  In the wooden support ribs 5 according to the Figs. 1 and 2 incisions are sawn in, somewhat inclined to the vertical. In this one, the lower flanges 6 of Z-shaped profile iron 7 are driven. The remaining part of the iron is encased in the concrete of the pressure plate 8. The upper flange 9 of the Z-iron comes to lie in the pressure zone of the concrete slab 8.

   The thrust forces acting on the iron in the direction of the arrow produce a moment that presses the wooden rib 5 and the concrete slab 8 together, so that an additional device is required to hold the two composite parts together, such as

   B. the indispensable screw connection for rendering the tilting moment harmless when dowelling wooden beams is unnecessary.

  The reverse inclination of the anchoring iron on both sides of the center of the beam (Fig. 4) prevents the concrete slab from separating from the wooden rib.

       In the example shown in FIG. 3, I-shaped profile iron 10 are used instead of the Z-shaped profile iron. The obliquely engaging in the wooden rib 5 iron flange 6 is pressed even more tightly into the incision of the wooden beam in this case by the shear forces. 1-iron profiles could also be used.

  This shear-proof anchoring using Z-. 1- or 1-iron is the known Aus executions, in which the connection between the concrete slab and the wooden ribs by means of teeth, which make a mutual displacement of the two support elements impossible, superior in terms of ease of manufacture and is also quite especially advantageous

   if the supporting structure does not have to take exclusively static loads, but may be exposed to strong dynamic effects, i.e. if there are strong shocks and vibrations such as those caused by bombing, explosion pressure and the impact of collapsing roof beams,

       should resist. The concrete teeth no longer offer sufficient security against the dynamic effects of this type of force, while an anchoring using Z, 1- or I-irons runs the risk of destroying the shear structure from which the load-bearing capacity ceiling depends,

   in view of the far greater elastic deformation capacity of the materials involved in the transmission of thrust, it is significantly smaller.
