B. Aluminium, fest zuklemmen..
Connection terminal with intermediate plate. In the case of lines made of an easily flowing material, e.g. B. aluminum be available, it has been found that the contact pressure on the Ansohlussklemmen as a result, the flowability of the material decreases very soon.
According to the invention: This disadvantage should be eliminated by using a connection terminal to clamp such lines firmly, in which between: the pressure element and the line to be firmly clamped, a resilient intermediate plate is arranged, which controls the decreasing contact pressure compensates.
Although it is known to arrange an intermediate plate between the pressure screw and the line in connection terminals, this should only be used to:
Distribute screw pressure over a larger surface. In the case of a slot terminal for electrical cables, the intermediate layer between the cable and the pressure screw has been given the shape of a flexible tongue protruding transversely in front of the slot opening, but this flexible tongue is neither suitable nor intended for
to restore the decreasing contact pressure when using aluminum cables. The previously existing disadvantages can only be eliminated if the part of the intermediate plate arranged between the pressure element and the line to be firmly clamped is itself designed to be resilient.
In the drawing, the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 in two exemplary embodiments.
According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the connection terminal consists of the terminal body a, in which the line b to be clamped is placed, the pressure screw c and the intermediate plate d. In the game Ausführungsbei, the intermediate plate d consists of a U-shaped bracket whose upper leg is held by the pressure screw c and the lower leg between the pressure screw and line b is angeord net.
This part of the intermediate plate d is designed to be resilient, in that it is bent upwards, for example as shown in FIG. 1, so that the pressure plate is pressed against the line at points e and f.
If the pressure screw c is tightened so far that the intermediate plate b presses itself against the line with pretension, sufficient contact pressure is still maintained by the springing of the intermediate plate if the material flows away, as happens for example with aluminum lines . Appropriately, the support points e and f of the intermediate plate are roughened or provided with a fine corrugation.
While in the Ausfüihrungsbeispie1 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 the intermediate plate was captively connected to the clamp, in the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the intermediate plate is designed as an independent part. The. Intermediate plate d is also arranged here between pressure screw c and line b and is likewise bent upwards.
The ends of the intermediate plate d are provided with tabs g and h, of which, for example, the tabs g almost completely enclose the line b , while the tabs 7a only serve as guides, so that when you tighten the pressure screw c the Z-,
vish plate d does not slip off line b. In this way, the intermediate plate d can be easily attached to each line to be clamped. In the present case, too, the support points are roughened or corrugated. The invention is used with advantage wherever it comes down to lines from an easily flow the Matezial, z. B. aluminum, clamp tightly.
