Halbautomatische Gegengewichtswaage.
Fig. 2).
Semi-automatic counterbalance scale. The present invention relates to a semi-automatic counterweight balance.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention through FIG. 1 in a partial side view and partial vertical section and through FIG. 2 in an elevation, in the latter part of the dial housing being removed for the sake of clarity.
The illustrated embodiment is seated on adjustable feet 4 is attached base housing 3; which near each side end in the upper part is provided with an opening through which openings two similarly shaped arms 5 and 6, one of which, 5, carries a weight plate 7 and the other, 6, a goods plate 8 carrying a goods W. , protrude down into the housing. At the lower end of the arms 5 and 6, the ends of the equal-armed, in the middle in bearings of the base housing 3 supported balance beam 9 are mounted on knife edges.
Near their upper ends, the arms 5 and 6 are provided with inwardly directed, knife-edged plates 511, 6a, which work together with bearing plates 10a, which are used to guide the arms 5 and 6 in parallel on a pivotably mounted in the housing 3 Rail 10 are attached.
On a machined surface of the arm 6 carrying the goods plate 8, an inwardly directed support 11 is fixed inside half of the base housing, the end of which is connected to the upper end of the piston rod 12 of a brake cylinder 13 with piston gelen kig, which brake cylinder is carried by the base housing 3 . The arm 5 carrying the weight plate 7 is provided with a machined surface on which an inwardly directed support 14 is attached. The bent lower end of a standing plate 15 is attached to this support, which in turn is connected to an adjustable plate 16 to which one end of a flexible strip 17 is clamped.
This strip is placed over a curve disk 18 and connected to it, which disk is mounted on knife edges which are supported in bearings carried by the base housing 3. The cam disk 18 is in a known manner with a pendulous resistor 19 in motion, connected and works in connection with a pointer 20 and a weight scale on the dial 21 in order to bring about an automatic weight indication.
The dial 21, the pointer 20. the cam 18 and the resistance mechanism 19 are accommodated in a housing 22 which is attached to the central columnar part 3a of a base serving as a tilting bearing for the balance beam 9.
When it is desired to change the setting of the housing 22 relative to the base housing 3, the screws 22a securing the housing 22 to the base housing 3 are removed and the housing 22 is then rotated 90 and through the screws 22a in the changed position fastened again. The knife edge bearing carriers 3 ″ for the oscillating resistor 19 can be rotated relative to the base housing so that they adapt to the setting of the housing 22.
The plate 16, to which the lower end of the flexible strip 17 is fastened and which is fastened to the plate 15 screwed to the support 14, can be rotated by <B> 90 '</B> by removing the fastening screws 15a and replaced by bring the screws 1511 in the position changed relative to the support 14 again be fastened.
The adjustability between the parts 14 and 17 can also be effected by introducing a ring coupling all the base of the flexible belt 17 and old of the plate 16, which coupling allows a mutual rotation of the parts connected to it in order to adjust the other setting of the display device adapt. In this way it is made possible that the display device can be set parallel or, as shown, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the lower part of the balance.
The oscillating resistor 19 is provided with a toothed part 1911, and an adjustable, toothed part 2311 supported by a stationary part is also provided. These toothed parts 1911, 23a can be brought into engagement with one another by adjusting part 2311 by means of a screw 24 in order to avoid damage to the knife edges of the oscillating resistance mechanism, if desired.
The parts of the scales are mounted resp. can be mounted like this. that, when the balance is set precisely, the balance beam 9 is horizontal when the pointer 20 assumes its Xlittelweightatstellung on the scale of the disk 21 (see. Fig. 2).
It can be seen that a semi-automatic counterbalance scale of the construction described above be of relatively strong construction and works properly, plus that the manufacturing costs of the scale are reduced compared to known constructions. can be.
