Noiseless electric machine. The present invention relates to a noiseless electrical machine. On the rotor of this machine there is at least one layer made of a magnetic material that has a lower saturation limit than pure iron.
In the drawing, several embodiments of the invention are shown schematically in example embodiments.
It denotes 1 the rotor core, 2 are end rings, 3 is a layer with an electrical conductivity of at least
EMI0001.0003
around such as copper or aluminum, 4 the magnetic layer; 5 denotes the stator shown without a winding.
FIG. 1 shows a massive, turkey-free rotor 1 with the highly conductive layer 3 in the form of a copper tube, which is flanged at both ends after the magnetic layer 4 has also been drawn or sprayed on as a tube. This layer 4 expediently consists of a magnetic substance, the saturation limit of which is 30 to 50% of that of pure iron, so that the same in the case of induction in the range or is slightly above the air gap induction in order to keep the leakage flux small. This layer can be solid or divided.
A solid sheet metal cylinder or a wire or ribbon cylinder produced by winding on can be used. The sheets, wires or strips can be made of nickel iron with and without the addition of metals or non-metals or of ceramic materials. The materials can also be applied using the metal spraying process or a sintering process. The conductivity of the substance used for the layer 4 is advantageously less than or at most equal to that of the; pure iron.
The layer 4 causes an enlargement of the depth of penetration of the flux into the rotor and thus with the massive iron cores of the active cross section for the power line. Since the solid rotor, compared to a normal copper winding, poor conductivity of the iron affects the formation of the torque even with increased penetration depth, the hat-conducting jacket 3, for example made of copper or aluminum, is advantageously arranged on the Ro tor. Attaching the hat conductive end rings 2 also improves the formation of the torque.
FIG. II shows the pale arrangement under the addition of the end rings 2 arranged on the end faces and protruding axially over the rotor.
Fig. III shows the connection of the elements? And 3 by fan blades 6. The layer 3 is obtained here by turning a copper pipe on both sides so that the layer 4 can be pushed onto the twisted copper pipe. The fan blades also get the heat dissipation in an inexpensive way through their connection with the heat-generating elements.
Fig. V shows a rotor with a layer of alternating coaxial copper and iron rings, the copper rings 7 standing back against the iron rings 8 to reduce the eddy current losses ra dial. dial back against the iron rings 8.
The layer 4 is partially left out here in order to make the protrusion of the magnetic rings more recognizable. The. Rings 7 and 8 advantageously have a thickness of no more than 3 mm. In this figure, the end rings 2 on both sides are shown in the form of pressed, coaxial copper rings (left) or a solid end ring (right).
Fig. VI shows a rotor with. in the direction of the axis extending copper lamellae 7 and iron lamellae 8, which are enclosed by the layer 4. The copper lamellae 7 stand back radially against the iron lamellae 8, which the latter on your massive iron cores 1 their. find magnetic inference. With a sufficient number of lamellas, this rotor acts like a slotless rotor, since the frequencies of the upper fields are so high that there is no longer any acoustic effect on the human hearing organ. To reduce the stator upper field losses, the lamellas are expediently insulated from one another and, if necessary, give the stator groove.
The lamellas can be assembled, pressed and centered in the same way as with conventional collectors. The front side of the copper lamellas can protrude axially in relation to the iron lamellas and be combined to form an end connection ring.
Finally, FIG. IV shows a conventional wound rotor with a laminated, grooved iron core, on whose outer surface the layer 4 is applied. Even if the top fields cannot be completely eliminated here, their amplitudes are reduced so much that a practically noiseless machine is created. This arrangement has the advantage that the rotor winding can be inserted in the same way as with an open slot, whereupon the coating 4 is applied.
