Fahrzeug, insbesondere Schienenfahrzeug.
Es .ist bekannt, z. B. bei schweren An fahrten, wo Zugkräfte nahe der Reibungs grenze auftreten, die Sandstreuer wirken zu lassen und vorübergehend die Bremsen zu betätigen, so -dass sich die Bremsklötze leicht an die Räder anlegen und verhindern, dass die Räder durchbrennen, wenn die Zugkraft am Radumfang den durch die Haftreibung ;
Fig.1.
Vehicle, in particular rail vehicle. The invention relates to a vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle, which has at least one main brake control element.
It is known, e.g. B. in heavy driving, where tensile forces occur close to the friction limit, let the sand spreader act and temporarily apply the brakes, so -that the brake pads easily apply to the wheels and prevent the wheels from burning out when the tensile force is on Wheel circumference due to static friction;
exceeds the given value. Since the leader simultaneously the drive switch, respectively. If you have to operate the steam control lever, the sand spreader, the brakes and possibly the whistle signal, operation becomes so complicated, especially for one-man operation, that only skilled guides are able to achieve the desired effect.
According to the invention, this disadvantage is remedied by a device to prevent skidding, which has a brake control device different from the main brake control device, connected to the main brake line by means of a pressure reducing device, a control device for starting the sand spreading device and an actuation device for jointly operating the , Centrifugal pulp, and the sand spreader control element.
This makes it possible to put the sand spreader into action in the most professional manner and apply the brakes with reduced pressure, so that the drive wheels do not skid in the event of a difficult start or other risk of skidding.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown schematically in the drawing. shown.
FIG. 1: shows an embodiment with mechanical-pneumatic actuation of the sand spreader and the centrifugal brake, FIG. 2, an embodiment with electro-pneumatic actuation of the same and FIG. 3 shows a modification of a detail from FIG. 2 by the,
Actuator as step switch in a first position only the sand spreader and in a wider position: Set the sand spreader and the centrifugal brake: activates.
In Fig. 1, 1. the driving wheels, 2 the running wheels of a locomotive. The former are braked by means of cylinder 3, the latter by means of cylinders 4 and 1 '. 5 is the main air tank to which, through the lines 6, 7 and 25, the driver brake valves 8 and 26 for: automatic, respectively. for the direct acting (regulating or auxiliary) brake; - are connected. 1 (I and 28 are the main brake lines running through the entire train for the two brake systems mentioned, which are fed in a known manner by means of function valves 12, 22 and 22 'through auxiliary tanks 1.;. 23 and 23' </ B > 'be put into action.
The automatic brake works as follows: To initiate braking, the handle of the main brake valve 8 is brought into the braking position. As a result: Air flows from the previously pressurized line 9 through the: Line 1.8.
The lines 11, 21 and 21 'are thus also relieved of pressure and the' function valves 22, 2: 2 'and 12, as used in the normal design by many railway administrations, consequently connect the containers 23 and 23 'via the lines 21 and 24' with .the cylinders 4 and 4 ', and the, containers: r 13 via the double check valve 14, the line 15, the double check valve 16 and the line 1.7 with the cylinder 3. The Valves 1.4 and 16 are in the position shown in FIG. 1.
As a result, the brake air from the, loading containers 13. 2: 3 and 23 'the cylinders 3, -1 and 4' flow. As a result, both the drive wheels 1 and the running wheels 2 are braked.
To release the automatic brake is with the help of Hauptbremsven valve 8 of the line 10 and thus the lines 11, 21 and 21 'compressed air from: the container 5 loading. Then the function valves 12, 22 and '22' connect the lines 17, 24 and 24 'via the lines 19, 20 and 20' with the outside. The cylinders 3, 4 and 4 'are thereby vented, so that the brake of the drive and running wheels is released; becomes.
When the directly acting. Master brake valve 26 is so much compressed air from the line 25 into the line 2 7 is; that in, the main line 28 of the ge desired air pressure arises. At this pressure, the air flows through line 29, the double check valve 14, which is pushed ver from the position shown to the left. and the line to the radio tion valve 12 shuts off, the line 15, the double check valve 16, which shuts off the line 40, the line 17, the cylinder 3 to. To release the additional brake, the pressure from lines 17, 15, 29, 28 and 27 is released by means of valve 26 through line 30 to the outside.
The lever 32 is used to actuate the control valve 31 1 for the sand streber and the sling brake control element 39, -which Servonotare in turn the sand spreader, respectively.
apply the spin brake. The way we do it is as follows: If the lever 32 is broken into the forward position I ', air flows from the lines 31 and 33 via the valve 34, the line 35' to the forward sand spreader 36 '.
Succeeded at the same time; Air from line 31 via a known pressure reducing valve 3 7 and lines 38 and 38 'to valve 39, from there via line 10 and Lei device 17 to brake cylinder 3 by double check valve 16 being pushed to the left. Thus, during sanding: the drive wheels 1 are braked slightly at the same time. In the reverse position R, the lever 32, the sand spreader 36 come into action. The operation of the valve 3,9 for the spin brake is the same.
The valve 37 is set to a pressure which produces the desired braking effect on the drive wheels 1.
In Fig. 2, the timing of the automatic and the additional brake is exactly the same as in. Fig.1. The actuation of the sand spreader takes place here by means of the electro-pneumatic control valves 41 and 41 '. The latter are operated via the cable lines: 56, 56 ', 57, 57' and 58, 5.8 '.
These lines can be energized both from the push button 43 and, in the case of remote control via the control current couplings 61 and 61 ', from an adjacent vehicle. When actuated by the push button 43, the current flows from the more positive pole of the battery 44 via the lines 45, 46, 47 and 48 to the reversing switch 42,
from there in forward position V via lines 56 ', 57' and 58 'to valve 41', in reverse position R via lines 56, 57 and 5.8 to valve 41. Via lines 49, 5.0, 51, 5, 3, the electro-pneumatic valve 52, the centrifugal brake control element, is also put into operation, which from the pressure reducing valve 37 puts the line 40 and, via the double check valve 16, the line 17 under pressure.
In Fig. 3, instead of a cable line 48, two separate lines 48 and 48 'are provided for the sand spreader and the centrifuge. The: the former, 48, is: with the position 1 of the switch 60, the latter, 48 ', both position 2 of the switch 60 is switched on, so in the position 1 the sand spreader is switched on for the time being, in the position 2 additionally the, Spin brake: activated.
Similar solutions are also possible with hydraulic or vacuum brakes. It is the same. conceivable to operate the sand spreader other than with compressed air.
The invention can instead of locomotives with two brake systems, as shown in the figures, of course on locomotives with only one braking system, d. H. can be used on locomotives with exclusively automatic braking devices, or on locomotives only with: directly acting braking devices.
