Jaequardfiachstrickmaschine.

<SEP> weist <SEP> sowohl <SEP> in <SEP> seinem
<tb> Teil.

An schläge geführt.
B. 14 in Fig. 1).
<I>2.</I> Möglichkeit: Obere Hilfsstösser 13 in Arbeit, das heisst durch Jacquardkarte 17 vorgetrieben; untere Hilfsstösser 14 ausser Arbeit.
Na deln 2 bleiben in Richtstellung, haben also kurze gebildet.
Na.delplatinenfüsse 3' verschwinden folglich wieder in Nadelbett.
Fig. 3).
Die Nadeln 2 bilden also hierbei lange Maschen.
Abschlag- dreieck 31 treibt schliesslich Hilfsstösser 11 in Nu116tellung zuriick.
Jaequardfiach knitting machine. The subject of the invention is a square flat knitting machine, which can also be designed as a left-left machine, to achieve a large pattern possibility, in particular a machine that works with several locks next to each other (double or triple "mechanics") .
In known machines of this type who pushed the auxiliary needles selected by the jacquard device into the area of action of auxiliary locks and lifted by the latter so that the auxiliary feet of the corresponding needles emerge from the needle bed, 2, o that the main locks can advance the needles nen. All of the needles fed to a specific lock by the jacquard device perform the same knitting movement, that is to say the same forward and backward stroke in the needle channels.
In the same way, those machines work in which the pusher selected by the jacquard device lift the main and auxiliary sinkers directly in order to bring their feet into the effective area of the locks.
Other known machines are provided with adjustable jacquard sinkers according to the pattern, which: the needle sinkers or the like. Bring the needle sinkers or the like immediately in readiness position for influencing by corresponding lock parts as they advance, in order to achieve by the pattern-based removal of the needles. All needles guided to a lock and withdrawn in the same sense are here also forced to perform the same knitting movements.
Jacquard devices have also become known, especially in double "mechanical" machines, in which two independent groups of pusher are distributed by the jacquard device in such a way that any group of needles can be fed to each lock system, but every selected group of needles are the same,
by that accordingly

The <SEP> auxiliary bed <SEP> 1 <SEP>? <SEP> assigns <SEP> to both <SEP> in <SEP>

<tb> 2 <SEP> run vurtically <SEP> <SEP> and <SEP> are continuous in <SEP> the <SEP> horizontal direction. The intermediate pieces 11 are guided in the slots of the bed by means of: pins and associated guide slots.
The auxiliary pushrods 13 to 16 are in turn connected to their front parts by the Zxrischenteile 11 by means of two projections located on opposite sides of these auxiliary pusher parts respectively. Attacks led. On the other hand, the rear parts of the auxiliary rams are guided in the slots of the yoke of the bed 12 between these parts in pairs on cones resting on opposite sides.
These pins enforce .die between the Schlit zen of the yoke part of the auxiliary bed 12 leave NEN webs over the entire bed width the same as is the case for the guide pins of the intermediate pieces. In this way, completely continuous guide channels for the auxiliary pusher are provided in the auxiliary bed in its transverse direction, in .den the last ren are inevitably guided in the longitudinal and transverse direction.
The jumps before the intermediate pieces can also be designed as locking members to secure the auxiliary pusher in their working and rest position by engaging, for example in the corresponding notches of these pusher.
The various selection and movement possibilities aimed at by the invention are as follows: Movement of the carriage in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 4. Tee triangles 28 and 29 are set out of work by changing mechanism, so that each. auxiliary rams 13 or 14 can penetrate unhindered into the corresponding auxiliary lock channel by means of a jacquard card in a known manner (position according to line 1-I, FIGS. 3 and 4).
r. Possibility: All auxiliary rams besides work, i.e. not driven forward (e.g. 14 in Fig. 1). When the carriage slides by, the heads of the auxiliary rams (e.g.
B. 14 ') by the auxiliary lock parts 22 and 23 and consequently not raised ben, the corresponding intermediate pieces 11 with the needle plates 3 held therein thus remain in the low (rest) position shown in FIG. 1 on the holding stop 32 secured by notches 33.
The feet 2 'of the needles 2 penetrate into the channel between the Hanptschlosstteile 5 and 6 respectively. 5 and 7 and are guided in a straight line during the entire slide stroke; the needles 2 therefore do not move, but remain in their alignment position.
<I> 2nd </I> Possibility: Upper auxiliary ram 13 in progress, that is, driven forward by jacquard card 17; lower auxiliary rams 14 out of work. Lock parts 19 and 22 grasp the head 13 'and foot 13 "of the pusher 1 8 and align the latter (line 1-I, FIGS. 3 and 4).
Visible part 24 brought into working position by changing mechanism, lifts auxiliary ram 13 and thus intermediate piece 11 and needle boards 3 so that their feet 3 'emerge from needle bed 1 (line II-II, FIGS. 3 and 4, and FIG. 2). During this lifting process of the needle sinkers 3, the needles 2 are held in their straightened position by means of their feet 2 'by the lock parts 5 and 6.
Heads 13 'of the auxiliary rams 13 slide on lock parts 24 and 22 in a straight line (up to the position according to line XX, Fig. 3), with feet 13 "passing freely through the opening of the U-shaped lock part 20 (line VII-VII and VIII-VIII, Fig. 3).
Meanwhile, feet 3 'of the needle sinkers 3 follow the outlines of the lock part 8 up to the apex (line VIII-VIII, Figs. 3 and 4), whereby the needles 2 complete ascent, i.e. form stitches and feet 2' of the needles 2 .the outlines of the lock part 6 (from line VIII to VIII to, line XI-XI, FIGS. 3 and 4), whereby the needles 2 withdraw again.
During this entire movement process (from line III-III to line XI-XI, .Fig. 3 and 4) each group that is coupled together remains:
Needle-needle board by means of the feet 2 'and 3' are always guided between the lock parts 6 and 8 on both sides, so that skidding is excluded. In position according to line X-X (Fig. 3)
If the feet 14 ″ of the auxiliary rams 1.1 that are not in operation come into engagement with the inclined plane of the os part 27, which has been brought into the working position by alternating movement, and are thus shifted downwards.
Thus, through the intermediary of the Zv #, ischenstüclze 11, the needle sinkers 3 are sunk back into the 'needle bed 1 in their rest position, in which they are secured on the holding stops 32; their feet 3 'so get out of engagement with the corre sponding lock parts. Needle feet 2 'now slide in a straight line on the blind part 6. Needles 2 remain in the straightening position, so they have short ones.
After leaving the auxiliary lock channel, the auxiliary pushbuttons 13 in progress are driven back into their starting position by the tee triangles 30.
<I> 3. Possibility: </I> Lower auxiliary rams 1-1 in progress, i.e. driven forward by Jaequardka.rte 1 7, upper auxiliary rams 1.3 out of work, heads 14 'are grasped and lifted by auxiliary lock pieces 23, feet 3' of needle plates 3 step thereby also: 'needle bed 1 out.
Heads 14 'slide on lock part 23 in a straight line second. Feet 3 'follow the outlines of the lock part', 'up to the position according to line-V-V, Fig. 3 and 4. Needles 2 fully lead half the ascent, thus form catch handles. Feet 13 ″ of the auxiliary rams 13 not in work come into engagement finite the inclined plane of the Schlosst.eils 20 and -erden thereby shifted downwards.
Na.del sink feet 3 'consequently disappear again in the needle bed. 1, are therefore from line V-V (Fig. 3 and 4) out of engagement with lock part R. During this process ben needle fissures 2 'are guided in the channel between lock parts 6 and 7 on both sides. Heads 14 'of the pusher 14 in progress who is raised by the lock member 23 again.
Feet 3 'of the needle sinkers 3 step out of the needle bed 1 again, with needle 2 again held in the channel between 6 and 7 th (line X-X, Fig. 3 and 4). Heads 14 'of the auxiliary rams 14 now slide on in a straight line on the lock part 23, with feet 14 ″ passing freely through the opening of the U-shaped lock part. # 27 (line X-X bis, line XIII-XIII. Fig. 3).
Needle feet \) 'are pulled off by 3chlosteil 6, whereby sinker feet 3' follow the al6 guide serving outlines of the lock part 8 (line XI-XI, Fig. 3 and 4). Plate feet 3 'who are now brought by the lock part 10, which is brought into the working position at the beginning of the slide stroke in a known manner by reciprocal movement with the lock part 9. -order was. recorded and fully deducted.
with needle feet 2 'entering the corresponding recess of the sleeve part 5. The needles 2 thus form long loops. Lock part 5 guides the needle feet 2 'back into the straightening position, while the lock part 21 grips the feet 13 ″ of the auxiliary rams 13 that are not in the working position, shifts them downwards and aligns them,
whereby the corresponding needle sinkers disappear again ver in the needle bed and are secured by the holding stops 32 in the rest position. Tee triangle 31 finally drives back auxiliary rams 11 in the only position.
i. Possibility: Both auxiliary rams 1: 3 and 1-1- in work. Movement process according to the preceding explanations: Complete ascent of the needles (to line VIII-VIlI, FIGS. 3 and 4) to form hashes; complete descent (to line XIII-XIII, Figs. 3 and 4), i.e. formation of long stitches.
As a result of the symmetrical design of the locks, all of the movements described above are carried out in exactly the same way, even with opposite slide strokes.
In the case of double mechanical machines with main locks located next to one another (Fig. 4), there is exactly the same auxiliary lock as described above in relation to the lower part of FIG.
arranged in the transverse center axis of the main lock drawn above in FIG. 4. In this case, the auxiliary lock assigned to the second main lock below is arranged higher than that in FIG. 4 auxiliary lock assigned to the upper main lock, as can be seen from the gradation drawn in FIG. 3 above the tee triangles 30, 31.
The corresponding two auxiliary rams 15 and 16 are guided in the same intermediate piece 11 as the auxiliary rams 13 and 14 (FIGS. 1 and 2) and are selected from one and the same jacquard card 17, which in this case has four rows of loops.
For triple mechanics, a third auxiliary lock and two additional auxiliary rams are provided. This third auxiliary lock of the same construction as described above would be connected to the lower edge of FIG. 3, again in a stepped manner, according to the arrangement of this lock in the uppermost part of the auxiliary lock plate 1,8.
The two other additional union auxiliary pusher come in an upper United extension of the intermediate piece above the auxiliary pusher 13, 14 and 15. 16, respectively, with the second. the first main castle to work together to lie.
In order to carry out other additional knitting movements than, previously described by way of example, further additional pusher can be arranged per needle within the meaning of the invention, which are brought into engagement ge with corresponding further auxiliary lock parts.
It is also easily possible with flat knitting machines, within the meaning of the invention: to extend the needle and to transfer the Ilebe- and lowering movements of the intermediate piece 11 directly to the pivotable needle. In a similar way, in the case of left-left machines, the sinkers themselves or at the rear ends of the latter can be connected to auxiliary sinkers. execute the swivel movements.
