Elektrische Taschenlampe.
Electric flashlight. The present invention has an electric flashlight as its object, wel che in one unit the socket for the light bulb and the same to closing jacket sleeve, as well as the switching device and for use with Taschenlampen.batterien with Bat teriehülsen, as well as with flashlight batteries without Battery sleeve is determined.
For example, embodiments are shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 7, which represent Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section through a first, a flashlight in the form of a stick is an embodiment with battery sleeve, a horizontal section according to I-I in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a longitudinal section through a second, a flashlight in the form of a stick is representative.
Embodiment without battery sleeve, Fig. 4 shows a horizontal section according to 1-I in Fig. 3, Fig. 5 shows a detail of the example of Fig. 3, in the direction of the arrow C (Fig. 3) GE, Fig. 6 shows a horizontal section according to II-II in Fig. 9 and Fig. 3, Fig. 7 shows a detail of the first imple mentation form in the direction of arrows A in Figs.
In the Ausfüh approximate form shown in Fig. 1, the incandescent lamp L is screwed into a Fas solution sleeve 1, which has a flange 1a at the lower end, which is mounted in the insulating sleeve 4, which in turn is fastened in the jacket sleeve 2. The jacket sleeve 2, the insulating sleeve 4, and the socket sleeve 1 are secured against rotation to one another by interlocking A notches and ribs, as shown in FIG. The upper end of the socket 1 protrudes beyond a second insulating sleeve 3 and overlaps it.
The insulating sleeve 3 is in turn mounted in a hood-shaped extension 2 a of the jacket sleeve 2. This hood-shaped extension 2a can also be designed as a reflector for the incandescent lamp. The lower end of the jacket sleeve 2 is provided with a thread and screwed to the battery sleeve 5. The battery sleeve 5 surrounds the battery B, which is in touch with the center contact of the incandescent lamp L through one battery terminal 6. The second battery terminal is on the other hand in metallic connection with the battery sleeve 5.
Switching devices for the present flashlights are especially those according to Swiss patents No. 185523 and No. 193164. In the exemplary embodiment from FIG. 1, such a switch for switching the lamp circuit on and off is specified, which will be briefly described again here.
An opening 13, 14 extending in the circumferential direction is provided in the jacket sleeve 2 and consists of a slot 13 and a larger closing hole 14, as shown in FIG. As a switch part on the inner wall of the jacket sleeve 2: the return spring 8 is attached with its one end, while the other end of the same opens into the contact piece -8a.
This return spring is designed, for example, so that it exerts a force against the inner wall of the jacket sleeve 2 and a retraction force against the direction of arrow D. Before the contact piece 8a, the switch handle 7 be fastened to the spring 8, which has the constriction 7a.
An annular closing piece 9 is placed over the outer circumference of the jacket sleeve, which can cover the slot 13 and the hole 14 in the manner shown in FIG. 7 and has an opening in an eye 9a as a guide for the switch handle 7: d.ass this can be pushed into this opening and into the larger hole 14 adjoining the slot 13 to complete the switching position. The closing piece 9 is guided through the guide beads 2 b.
If the lamp circuit is to be .schllos sen, the switch handle 7 and thus the locking piece 9 is pushed in the direction of arrow D until the switch handle 7 comes in front of the hole 14, and then so far in the direction of the arrows A into the opening in Eye 9a and pushed into the hole 14 so that the constriction 7a comes to lie in front of the slot 13, whereupon the switch handle 7 is pulled into the slot 13 by the retraction force of the return spring 8, the resilient contact piece 8a in contact with the socket 1 comes and thereby closes the circuit. The circuit is broken in a similar way.
The switch handle 7 is pushed back in the direction of the arrow D until it comes to rest in the hole 14, whereupon it is pushed outward through the hole 14 and the opening in the eye 9a by the spring force of the return spring until it is in its in Fig. 2 arrives drawn position. This movement lifts the contact piece 8a from the socket 1 and thus interrupts the circuit.
The switching handle 7 and the locking piece 9 are pushed back against the direction of arrow D into their off switching position according to FIG. 2 as a result of the retraction force of the return spring.
The locking piece 9 thus protects the inner switching parts in every switching position from external access and thus from possible damage.
In Fig. 3, a further embodiment is shown, for example, wherein the incandescent lamp is screwed back into the socket 1, which is fixed with its flange la in the insulating sleeve .1, which in turn is firmly in the jacket sleeve 2. The mounting sleeve 1, the insulating sleeve 4, and the jacket sleeve 2 are also secured in this exemplary embodiment against rotation against one another by intermeshing notches and ribs according to FIG.
The socket 1 comprises the insulating sleeve 12 which carries the contact pin 10 with the contact bracket 11 fastened to it. The Man telhülse 2 has at her bottom. End Ge thread, by means of which it is screwed directly onto the battery B.
The battery is now designed so that its: iiissere lateral surface forms the one battery pole, while the one end face has the two 1st battery pole 6 on which the contact clip 11 rests, with the contact pin 10 attached to the latter on the middle contact of the incandescent lamp L rests. In me-metallic connection with the socket 1 is at the end of the socket 1 facing the filament a hood-shaped extension 1b, which is partially overlapped by the socket 1 and can be designed as a reflector at the same time.
This hood-shaped extension encloses the socket 1 in its lower part and forms a projection 1d. With the interposition of an upper insulating sleeve 3, the same is stored in the jacket sleeve 2. The hood-shaped extension 1b, the upper insulating sleeve 3 and the jacket sleeve 2 are also secured against rotation relative to one another by notches and ribs lying one inside the other according to FIG.
The upper insulating sleeve 3 and the lower insulating sleeve -1 rest on abutment beads \? C of the jacket sleeve 2, where all the sleeve parts are fixed against one another.
The switching device of this example differs essentially from that in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1, 2 and 7 in that the closing piece 9 rests on the inner wall of the sleeve 2, which also has an opening 13, 1.4 (FIG. 7) and not on their outer wall. However, the same could also rest on the outer wall.
Furthermore, instead of the resilient contact piece 8a, a fixed contact piece Bai is provided which, when the circuit is closed, strikes the projection 1d of the hood-shaped extension lb. The switching on and off switching of the circuit is done in exactly the same way as in the execution example according to Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 7, wes half on a repeated description ver is omitted.
In both embodiments, only the simple on and off switch was provided. However, all switching devices specified in Patents No. 185523 and No. 19316.1 can be used without further ado. Both flashlight versions can be used with battery sleeves, as well as by placing them directly on a suitably designed battery, without battery sleeves. Likewise, the closing piece is to be attached either to the inner wall or to the outer wall of the jacket sleeve. In a known way, a lens can be placed on the bulb L.
