Nach der ;Stnbeck'schen Formel ist die zulässige Belastung einer Rolle, die auf einer ebenen Fläche abrollt:P = k . D . l (woD der Rollendurchmesser, l ,die Rollenlänge und k eine Konstante ist, .die vom Material der Rolle und der Stützfläche und auch von der Form der ;
Damit wird verhindert, dass :der Wälzkörper am Umfang zu viel trägt und dass dort die Flächendrücke sehr .hoch werden, so :dass das Material, wie das in der Praxis festgestellt wurde, am Kegelumfang ermüdet. Es gibt auf den Kegeln :eine Stelle B, wo der Krüm- mungsradius so gross;

Piston machine with several cylinders parallel to the machine shaft. The invention, the inventor of which is Wiehert Hulsebos, Laren (Holland), relates to a piston machine with several cylinders parallel to the machine shaft, the pistons of which are connected to a saw disk which is arranged obliquely on the machine shaft. Sliding shoes are in a non-positive connection, which sliding shoes roll on roller bodies during operation.
The inclined disk can be stuck on the machine shaft or rotatable on an inclined crank on the machine shaft and work as a swash plate.
Such piston machines are known. Their practical training has so far encountered peculiar difficulties, which probably explains eating @that they have not yet established themselves in dex practice.
The drawing relates to a few exemplary embodiments of the invention. The drawing shows: Fing. 1 shows a longitudinal section of a machine with a wobble plate, FIG. 2.
schemai @ sch unrolling parts of another machine, Fig. 3 , 4, 5 and 6 axial sections of the parts of other machines rolling on top of each other, Fig. 5a a new section according to the line V-V in Fig. 5, on a smaller scale, Fig. 7,
8 and 10 similar cross-sections of other designs. of the parts rolling off one another, FIG. 9 shows a plan view of a grinding machine for producing the rolling elements according to FIG. B.
In Fig. 1, the swash plate 1 is by means of bearings 2; , rotatably arranged on the inclined crank 8 of the machine shaft 4. The angle between the crank and the axis a-a of the machine shaft is in practice 17i / 2 to; 2.0.
By means of a keged gear rim 5 on the swash plate 1 and a cooperating with it gel-toothed wheel rim 6 on the frame 7, the swash plate 1 is prevented from rotating. Several cylinders 8, only one of which is shown, with cylinder bores 9 are provided parallel to the shaft 4.
The pistons 10 are guided in a guide 18 outside the cylinder bore 9.
Each piston 10 has two disks 13 and 14 with flat sliding surfaces 11 and 12 "which are perpendicular to the crankshaft axis aa. The disk 13 sits directly on the body 15 of the piston 10, while the disk 14 sits on a cover 16 which is inserted into the body 1-5 of the: piston 10 is screwed in.
The wobble plate 1 has, which the drawing does not show, arms la. At the end of each arm opposite Ro tationskegel 19 and, 210 with, the axis parallel to the inclined crank 3 are used.
The inclination of the generatrix of these cones to their base is equal to the inclination of the crank 3 to the axis a-a of the machine shaft 4.
In the cones 19 and 210 centering members 2'l, 2, 2 are displaceable in the direction of the cone axis and are pressed by a spring 23 with a hemispherical head into corresponding sockets of the sliding suhuhe 24 and 925. These are with flat surfaces:
on the flat surfaces, the disks 13 and 14 and have flat rolling surfaces 26 and 22 on which the bevel gears 19 and 20 roll during operation.
According to FIG. 2, the cones 19 and 20 roll on conical surfaces on the sliders (see FIG. 2). The sum of the angles of inclination u1 and ce of the cooperating conical surfaces is equal to the angle of inclination cc! Of the crank to the shaft axis a - a.
It now turned out that, in particular, the disk 13 and the sliding shoes 24 were severely worn on their contact surfaces on one side, so that these surfaces did not remain level.
The wear was found mainly in the ring zone z.
In Fig. 2 is graphically on the line 0'-P ', which is drawn parallel to the line 0-P, indicated how the load between the contact surfaces, the cone 19 and the sliding shoe on the contact distribution line.
According to Stnbeck's formula, the permissible load on a roller that rolls on a flat surface is: P = k. D. l (where D is the roller diameter, l, the roller length and k is a constant, depending on the material of the roller and the support surface and also on the shape of the;
Support surface is dependent). It is assumed that the roller is pressed in slightly at the point of contact, the more the smaller the roller diameter is.
The inventor now considers the cone resting on the surface 216a (FIG. 2) as a set of thin rolls lying next to one another of the length dl. The diameter of these thin rolls increases towards the point P. Two centers of curvature M ,. and M. are given for example.
Each thin roll can then wear according to Stribeck's formula: P = k. D . dl (where D depends on l; thus D = f (d).
The cone can then carry:
EMI0002.0133
this is because in Flg. 2 safflowed area. It is now clear why the zone z showed such severe wear. If the cone is too big. only carries the part near the point P where the curvature diameter D is greatest.
The cone is therefore most loaded where the wing is well designed. As a result, the resulting force between the cone 19 and the surface 26 is far removed from the center line b-b of the sliding shoe 2'4 and this therefore wears out on the circumference (zone z).
If, however, the cone 1; 9 eats so large that the permissible load of the cone, i. H.
EMI0002.0166
at least, equal to and at most five times like this:
as large as the maximum force K, to be absorbed. is, the cone transfers the load, precisely because it is much smaller than was previously thought necessary, more near the tip, and: the sliding shoe 24 is less eccentrically loaded.
For further improvement, the sliding shoe is larger in diameter than the cone (Fig. 1 and 2), so that:, the surface pressure at 24.a is reduced.
It is advantageous that the part of the cone very close to the tip is not designed in such a way that it can take an axial load, because otherwise the cone would have to be inexpediently small.
Indian Fi, g. 1 are the cones and the other parts of the machine according to a practical rule; Execution drawn, which has proven itself well, so that you can get an idea of the practical result.
Fig. 3 shows: an organ 30 on a Kol ben, which presses with a flat roller surface on a sliding shoe provided with a conical surface 31a, 31 which carries the forces on a disc 3: 2 wedged obliquely on the machine shaft, not shown.
The construction according to FIG. 4 differs from the one just described only in that the rolling surface of the element 30 is a conical surface and that the conical surface 35 of the sliding shoe has a correspondingly larger opening angle.
According to Fi, g. 5 and 5a are: the rolling surfaces of the sliding blocks 31, 311a for the purpose of relieving the centering elements:
even and the sliding shoes 31a and 31 .grip with an approach 81b respectively. CLOSE between projections 39 of the piston part 38 and are thus prevented from turning, which would be caused by the increase in the speed of rotation of the inclined disk from the inside to the outside.
According to Fig. 6, the sliding shoes have an edge 37 on which the cones are supported with a sliding surface, so that the Zen trierorgan is relieved.
According to FIG. 7, a roller body 42 is arranged between a conical disk 40 on a sliding shoe and a cone 41 on the piston, which roller body has two conical surfaces 43 and 44 facing one another with Jeu base surfaces.
The sum of the angles of inclination of all the conical surfaces corresponds to the angle of inclination of the inclined disk 45 which is fixedly arranged on the shaft in a manner not shown.
Because the angles of inclination of the cones are now very small, the curvature of the conical surface (including the diameter of the thin rollers, from which the cone is thought to be composed) and thus their load-bearing capacity are very large.
This embodiment is for heavy engines with high piston pressures. advantageous.
The rolling bodies are centered both in the cone 41 and in the conical disk 40 by means of centering elements 46 and 47, similar to the centering elements 20 and 211 in FIG. Instead of the inclined plate 45, a swash plate could also be arranged.
In the construction according to Fig. 8, the conical surface of the rolling element 48 is replaced by a Um: Drehungsfläehie so: that -the rolling body rests on the sliding shoe only in: a point P, d he is approximately in the middle between the edge and the center of the sliding shoe lies.
This prevents that: the rolling element carries too much on the circumference and that the surface pressures there become very high, so: that the material, as has been found in practice, fatigues on the circumference of the cone. There is on the cone: a point B where the radius of curvature is so large;
is: that this point: can bear the load according to StribeW's formula. It is desirable that @ d-ass @ the rolling element only ever bears at this point P in FIG. The radius of curvature of the rolling element, 48 in the plane perpendicular to the plane of the drawing,
which intersects the piston axis p-p, se: r.
The center of curvature M or meridian curve of the body of revolution at point R is close to the axis p-p! Of the body of revolution. If he were to be there, the area would be 48 in:
zone B is a spherical segment. Then one could apply iStribeek's formula for a sphere on a plane P = k. (2r) 2, where r is the radius of curvature. In a practical case, for example, the axial load K '= 2130 kg.
One now chooses 2r = 12. cm, so that the permissible load P - k. (2r) 2 with a k = 40. Equals 57:60 kg. The safety coefficient is then around 2.5. The smaller the surface 48 'eats, the less eccentric or the sliding shoe is loaded.
The roller body 48 can also adjust itself somewhat without the spacing: the pressure force changing significantly.
9 shows that the rolling element 48 is ground by moving a grinding wheel 49 according to, an arc, bg around the point M (FIG. 8), the rolling element 48 turning. rotates around the axis s-s.
In Fig. 10, the rolling elements are rings 50, which are in annular, pans 51 respectively. 52 of sliding shoes 53 and swash plate 54 roll off. The sliding surfaces on the piston are marked 5.5.
A ring that lies in a channel has a very high load-bearing capacity, i.e. H. da s # k is very big. In addition, excellent lubrication is obtained here. The oil is always driven away through the rings in the grooves and circulates in the latter. The rings rest on an oil film, which has particularly good properties,
because the thickness of the oil film is reduced in a wedge-shaped space between the rings and the grooves. The rings stand diagonally in: the gutters.
