Bund für Bekleidungsstücke. Die Erfindung betrifft einen aus schlauch- förmiger, gummielastischer Mascbenware be stehenden Bund für .Bekleidungsstücke, der von wenigstens einem Gummifaden durch zogen ist und nach seiner zweckmässig mit tels Naht erfolgenden Verbindung mit der Kante eines Bekleidungsstückes, z. B. mit einer Unterhose, einem Strumpf oder einem Unterhemd, zum gummielastischen Festhal ten eines solchen Bokleidungsstückes am Kör per dient.
Gegenüber bekannten Bünden die ser Art besteht das Wesen der Erfindung darin, da.ss der Bund urch Umbrechen, d. h. Umfalzen eines endlosen Bandes gebildet ist, das Ganze so, dass er einen doppelwandigen Bund darstellt, dessen beide Längskanten und dessen Enden des in .diesem Band be findlichen Gummifadens aneinander liegen, wobei diese aneinanderliegenden Teile durch eine Naht fest verbunden sind.
Ein derarti ges und später mit einem Bekleidungsstück zu verbindendes endloses Band besitzt zum Beispiel den Vorteil, dass -zur Befestigung der an den zusammengelegten Kanten liegenden Gummifadenenden nur eine Naht benötigt wird, die ,diese Enden auch .dann in ihrer ur sprünglichen Stelle festhält,
wenn das Band ausgedehnt wird und eine längere Zeit in die ser ausgedehnten Lage verbleibt. Ausserdem kann diese Naht zweckmässiger Weise auch die Naht sein, welche dieses Band mit einer Kante ,eines Bekleidungsstückes verbindet. Ein anderer Vorteil eines derartigen. Bandes besteht darin,
dass- bei etwaigem Erlahmen des Gummifadens in seiner Elastizität in den durch das Aneinanderlegen der beiden. Band kanten entstandenen Hohlraum ein Gummi band .eingelegt werden kann, um .das mit einem solchen Band verbundene Bekleidungs stück bis zu dessen endgültigem Verschleiss gebrauchsfähig zu erhalten.
Ein solches als Bund dienendes Band lässt sich als Massenartikel und auf einer ein fachen Schlauchstrick- oder Wirkmaschine herstellen, indem während der Herstellung dieser Maschenware von beliebiger Breite der Gummifaden oder mehrere Gummifäden mit in die Maschine einlaufen und ein solcher Schlauch zu beliebiger Zeit in einzelne end lose Bänder zerlegt wird.
Dies hat zur wei teren Folge, dass: bei der Herstellung von Textilwaren übrigbleibende (Reste) Garn posten im gleichen Betrieb zur Herstellung solcher Bänder Verwendung finden können.
Eine zweckmässige Herstellung eines Bei spiels des erfindungsgemässen Bundes ist auf der Zeichnung in einigen; Phasen festgehal ten, und zwar zeigt Fig. l einen auf der Rundstrickmaschine hergestellten, sowie aus Maschen bestehenden Schlauch vor seiner Zerlegung in einzelne Bänder, perspektivisch dargestellt,
Fig. 2 ein vom Schlauch abgetrenntes gummielastisches endloses Band vor dessen Umbruch, Fig. 3 dasselbe Band nach dessen. Um bruch, Fig. 4 dieses umgebrochene Band als Bund in Verbindung mit einer Unterhose, Fig. 5 ein. gummielastisches Band als Bund mit in dessen Hohlraum eingelegtem Gummiband.
Der dargestellte und mit einem schrau- benlinienartig verlaufenden Gummifaden 1 durchsetzte, sowie aus Maschen bestehende Schlauch 2 wird je nach Bedarf in einzelne Schlauchstücke zerlegt, die zunächst als "Bänder" bezeichnet werden, von denen ein solches Band in den Fig. 2, 3 und 5 als sol ches dargestellt ist,
während es gemässder Fig. 4 je einen Bund für .die Oberkante 4 einer Unterhose 5 und für die beiden Kanten 6 der Beinteile 6' @d@erselben Unterhose 5 bil det.
In -dem vom Schlauch 2 entnommenen Band 3 befindet sich nach Fig. 2 das eine Ende 1' des Gummifadens 1 an. der untern Kante 3' des Bandes 3 und das andere Ende 1" :des gleichen Gummifadens 1 zunächst an der obern Kante 3" des Bandes 3. Diese obere Bandkante 3" wird so umgebrochen, d. h.
durch Falzurig umgelegt, da,ss sie mit der un- tern Bandkante 3' zusammen liegt, worauf beide Kanten ganz oder teilweise zweckmässig durch eine dehnbare Naht<B>7</B> miteinander ver- bunden werden.
Durch dieselbe Naht werden gleichzeitig ,die beiden durch das Zusammen legen der beiden Bandkanten 3', 3" zusam menliegenden Gummifadenenden 1', 1" so stark im Band 3 festgehalten, dass; sie ihren Ort selbst bei grösster und andauernder Aus dehnung des Bandes 3 nicht verlassen: kön nen. Ausserdem können durch diese Naht 7 die @Sohneidstellen der Maschenware derart umnäht werden, dass sich die dort befind lichen Maschenteile nicht auftriefeln können.
Einderartiges Band kann nun zu beliebiger Zeit mit seiner genähten Längskante an der schon erwähnten Oberkante 4 sowohl als auch mit d @en beiden: ganten 6 der Beinteile 6' einer Unterhose 5 oder mit einem belie bigen anderen Bekleidungsstück durch eine Naht 8 verbunden werden und damit einen gummielastischen Bund für dieses Beklei dungsstück bilden.
An Stelle der zweiten Naht 8 kann aber auch die Naht 7, welche zur Verbindung der beiden Längskanten 3', 3" des Bandes 3 und zum gemeinsamen: Fest halten; -der Gummifadenenden l', l" dient, zur gemeinsamen Verbindung dieser Teile mit dem Bekleidungsstück 5 benutzt werden. Auf diese Weise wird eine Naht und die zur Herstellung .derselben erforderliche Zeit ge spart.
Obwohl eine vorzeitige Erschlaffung des in das Band 3 eingebrachten Gummifadens 1 kaum zu erwarten ist, kann, wenn dieser Fall dennoch eintreten würde.
in den durch den Umbruch des Bandes 3 in demselben entstan denen Hohlraum 9 ein Gummiband 10 ein- gelegt werden, welches den vorzeitig er schlaffenden Gummifaden 1 hinsichtlich der ihm verloren .gegangenen Elastizität ersetzt.
Das Einlegen dieses Gummibandes 1,0 erfolgt zum Beispiel in der Weise, :dassi für ,dasselbe am umgebrochenen Band 3 eine Einschlupf stelle gebildet und diese nach dem Einlegen des Gummibandes wieder geschlossen wird.
Im übrigen können auch mehrere Cxummi- fäden gleichzeitig in die zur Herstellung des Schlauches 2 dienende Maschine mit dem Garnfaden einlaufen, so dass ,die Möglichkeit des Eintrittes einer Erschlaffung des von Gummifäden durchsetzten Bandes bis zum natürlichen Verbrauch des mit demselben ver- 1)undenen Bekleidungsstückes von letzterem ferngehalten wird.
Selbstverständlich müs sen dann die beiden Enden, eines jeden Gummifadens an den Längskanten des Ban des 3 liegen, damit sie von der dehnbaren Naht 7 allein oder auch von der Naht 8 er setzt werden können. Hierzu eignen sich be sonders gilt die an sich bekannten und zu einem Kabel vereinigten Latex"o-ummifä,den. Die Crummifäden können entweder einzeln oder nach Art eines Kabels umsponnen, sein.
Lind sie sowohl. als auch das eventuell zur Anwendung kommende einzulegende Gummi band 10 bestehen zweckmässig aus einem kochfesten Gummi.
