Description
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung sind zwei AusführungAAbeispiele des Erfindungsgegen standes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 einen vertikalen Längsschnitt, Fig. 2 einen Horizontalschnitt nach der Linie A-A und Fig. 3 einen Vertikalschnitt nach B-B einer ersten Ausführungsform;
Flap valve, especially for slurry pumps. Flap valves are known, the pivot pin are included in closed bearings, which has the disadvantage of a permanent disassembly, because either a bearing or at least the upper part of such must be removed. Be known are also open camps, which remedy this situation.
The present invention is a flap valve, each pivot pin in ge closed bearings see, one of which has a recess on top of the inside, the whole in such a way that for the purpose of dismantling, this valve whose flap in the direction of the axis of rotation after the Bearing with the recess can be shifted as far as
that one peg from the other. Camp emerges from the same and can be removed by pushing back in the axial direction of the other pin from the camp with the recess.
In the accompanying drawing, two embodiment examples of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely Fig. 1 shows a vertical longitudinal section, Fig. 2 shows a horizontal section along the line A-A and Fig. 3 shows a vertical section along the line B-B of a first embodiment;
FIGS. 4 and 5 illustrate a second exemplary embodiment in the same way as FIGS. 1 and 2; Fig. 6 shows the valve according to the first game in the position in which it is removed from the bearings and Fig. 7, the same according to the second example.
There is 1 a valve housing with the valve seat 2; $ is a flap with a seal 4, for example made of rubber or leather, which is held on the flap by means of a plate 5 and (screws 6. 7 are the pivot pins in the bearings $, of which according to FIG. 3,
6 and 7 the right has a recess 9. According to the first example, the pins are connected to the valve flap by a central rib 10.
In order to fix the same in its seated position, it is supported by a holder 11 which is screwed to a projection 13 coming down from the cover 12 of the valve housing, such that the screw 14 can be displaced in a link 15 and is detectable.
Thus, depending on the wear and tear of the seal 4, the holder can be readjusted by lowering its soles onto the pivot pins in order to ensure good storage.
The holder is bifurcated in this embodiment, and each fork end is supported on the relevant journal part between the center rib and bearing. A leaf spring 16 is clamped under the head of the screw 14 and presses the valve down onto the seat. Since this spring at its point of bend as a result of:
is exposed to high tension and the risk of breakage, it is reinforced by a lamella 17. Pressing the valve down with a spring prevents it from rattling in the dead center position of the piston and thus protects the entire organ, in particular the seal. Instead of a leaf spring, for example, a coil spring between the valve and the cover plate or some other type of cushioning can be provided.
The valve flap is dismantled by first lifting the cover plate 12 with the attachment 13 and thus the holder 11 is removed. Then according to Fi, g. 6 the flap is pushed to the right, whereby the left pivot comes out of its bearing. The flap is then brought into an inclined position, the right pin leaning against the recess 9 in its bearing.
By sliding the flap back to the left, the left pin slides over the upper edge of its bearing and the right one is pulled out of his, whereby the flap can be removed freely.
The fork ends of the holder are designed in such a way that their lower surfaces rest on the two parts of the rotating toothed arrows in such a way that there is only little play, of the order of magnitude of about one inch, between the same, the inner bearing rims and the central rib is.
The backdrop 15 is as long as is necessary for readjustment when you wear the device.
While according to the first game Ausführungsbei the bearing holes for the pins are circular, the second form, as illustrated in Fig. 4, shows superscript elongated holes 1.8. This expediently ensures that thick seals 4 are used and that these can be used practically until they are completely worn out.
For the lateral fixation of the flap, a segment 19 is above the one pivot pin and the flap, consisting of one piece with the same and thus with the latter:
rotatable, provided, which rests on the left bearing, while the right bearing also has a recess 9. The holder 11, which in this case is not forked, is located on the right side of the segment.
