Description
\Torrichtung zum Wischen von Fensterscheiben, insbesondere für Fahrzeuge. Gregenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vor richtung zum Wischen voll Fensterscheiben, insbesondere für Fahrzeuge.
Diese Vorrichtung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Wischer mindestens eine metal lische Klinge aufweist und im übrigen so ein gerichtet ist, dass zwei voneinander abgewen dete Klingenkanten unter einem spitzen Win kel auf die Fensterscheibe gedrückt werden.

Fig. 1 ist eine Ansicht von vorn einer Scheibe mit angebrachter Vorrichtung; Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt gemäss Linie II-II der Fig. 1; Fig. 3 zeigt den Wischer in einem grö sseren Massstab im Querschnitt gemäss Linie III-III der Fig. 1; Fig. 4 zeigt eine besondere Art der Klinge des Ausführungsbeispiels gemäss den Fig. 1 bis 3; Die Fig. 5 bis 8 zeigen im Schnitt vier weitere Ausführungsformen des Wischers. Die dargestellte Vorrichtung besitzt einen elastischen Hebel 1, welcher um die Achse 2 entweder mit Hilfe eines Handgriffes 3 von Hand oder eines Motors 4 motorisch hin und her verschwenkt werden kann. Am Ende des Hebels 1 ist der Wischer 5 angebracht, wel cher durch die Federkraft des Hebels 1 gegen die Fensterscheibe 6 gedrückt wird.
Wie Fig. 3 zu entnehmen ist, besteht dieser Wischer aus einem steifen Steg 7 und einer Leiste 8, zwischen welchen eine Klinge 9 eingespannt ist. Steg und Leiste sind mit tels Schrauben 10 miteinander verbunden und der Steg ist mittels eines Bolzens 11 am Hebel 1 angelenkt.
Die Klinge 9 ist eine federnde, metallische, rinnenförmig gebogene, längliche Platte, z. B. aus Stahlblech. Die beiden voneinander ab gewendeten Kauten 12 dieses Wischers wer den auf die Fensterscheibe 6 gedrückt, und zwar unter einem ziemlich spitzen Winkel.
Die Klinge könnte, wie in Fig. 4 darge stellt, längs der ganten Einschnitte 13 be sitzen, die ein besseres Anliegen sichern. Auch könnte die Klinge aus einzelnen Lamellen bestehen, die neben- oder überein ander angeordnet wären.
Leichtere Ausführungen zeigen die Fig. 5, 7 und B.
Gemäss Fig. 5 liegt der mittlere Teil einer aus einem Stück hergestellten Klinge in einer sich über die ganze Länge des Wischers er streckenden U-förmigen Versteifung 14, oder es kann, was noch einfacher und leichter ist, gemäss Fig. 8 der U-förmig gebogene Mittel teil 15 selbst die Versteifung bilden.
Es können auch zwei Klingen nebenein ander liegen, die z. B. gemäss Fig. 6 mit Hilfe von Nieten oder Schrauben 1.6 auf einer Leiste 17 befestigt sind, und zwar zwischen der selben und einem Befestigungsblech 18.
Die beiden Klingen könnten auch gemäss Fig. 7 im Querschnitt ein offenes V bilden und je mit dein einen Schenkel auf die Scheibe gedrückt werden und mit dem andern mit Hilfe von den beiden Klingen gemeinsamen Nieten 19 mit einem Flacheisen 20 verbun den sein.
Gegenüber den üblichen Ausführungen mit Kautschukwischer weisen die beschriebenen Wischervorrichtungen den Vorteil auf, dass die vom Antrieb zu überwindende Reibung auf der Scheibe viel geringer ist. Ferner wird das Wasser oder der Wasserdampfniederschlag besser entfernt, das heisst bis auf eine äusserst dünne, gut durchsichtige Schicht. Endlich entfernen die scharfen Klingenkanten des Wischers ausser Wasser noch .Eis und fest gefrorenen Schnee.

The device shown has an elastic lever 1, which can be pivoted back and forth about the axis 2 either with the aid of a handle 3 by hand or a motor 4. At the end of the lever 1, the wiper 5 is attached, wel cher is pressed against the window pane 6 by the spring force of the lever 1.
As can be seen from FIG. 3, this wiper consists of a rigid web 7 and a bar 8, between which a blade 9 is clamped. The bar and bar are connected to one another by means of screws 10 and the bar is hinged to the lever 1 by means of a bolt 11.

Compared to the usual designs with rubber wipers, the wiper devices described have the advantage that the friction to be overcome by the drive on the window is much lower. Furthermore, the water or the water vapor deposit is better removed, that is to say except for an extremely thin, well-transparent layer. Finally, apart from water, the sharp blade edges of the wiper also remove ice and frozen snow.
