Polarisierter Synchronkleinmotor.
Polarized synchronous small motor. There are synchronous small motors for a phase alternating current with star-shaped, polarized rotor made of hochkoerzitivem magnetic steel have become known that have a stator, which consists essentially of two sheets or tubes with claw-like reversed pole teeth that mesh like a gear. The excitation winding, which is coaxial to the rotor, is attached between the two sheets. It encloses an iron core that is magnetically connected to the two claw plates. Experience has shown that such motors only start by themselves if the rotor's poles are slightly beveled; however, the direction in which the rotor starts running is indefinite and depends on whether a switch is made for the positive or negative half-cycle of the alternating current.
It has therefore suggested that a one-sided locking mechanism be attached to the runner in order to determine the approach direction once and for all. Such motors have the disadvantage that the rotor does not start immediately, but only after a few oscillations. There is also the risk that the start-up will not take place if the locking mechanism acting on the rotor becomes stuck.
According to another proposal, the motor is provided with a mechanical rectifier gear, which always results in the same direction of rotation regardless of the direction of rotation of the rotor for the part being driven.
The invention avoids such mechanical devices and allows an instant start of the motor. It consists in the fact that the poles of two claw plates connected to one end of the stator winding coaxially with the rotor, separated by a short-circuit winding and interlocking with their poles, have a pole width that is at most half as large as the effective pole pitch of the stator.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, which relates to an embodiment. 1 is the excitation winding that surrounds the iron core 2, 3 is one, 4, 5 are the other two claw plates. The claw-shaped poles of the individual plates interlock as shown in FIG. Between the sheets 4 and 5, the short-circuit disk 6 is attached, which causes a certain lag of the flux for the poles of the sheet 4. 7 is the steel made of permanent magnet rotor, which is shown in Fig. 4 especially. The two metal sheets 4, 5 are attached to the side of the field winding 1 on the side of the field winding 1 that are initially located on the poles. The motor always starts in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG.
The pole width of the sheets 4, 5 is at most half as large as the pole width of the sheet 3, which corresponds to the effective pole pitch of the stator; but you can also put the sheet 3 through two of the sheets 4, 5 corresponding claw plates with an interposed short-circuit ring. By making the pole pitch of the metal sheets 4, 5 at most half as large as the effective stator pole pitch, the self-start of the motor is facilitated and the motor torque is equalized and increased. The individual poles are separated from one another by air gaps and shifted against one another in such a way that their spatial offset is roughly equal to the temporal shift of their flows.
In contrast to similar known small synchronous motors, the poles of the claw plates point in the same direction. He keeps a particularly simple construction form. The runner is also easily accessible. The motor is characterized by high torque and reliable starting.
