Yorrichtun h for resuscitation of apparent dead by means of artificial trunk, especially chest enlargement. Devices for bringing about artificial respiration are already known which work on the basis of the known S3T1-Vester arm method. No mechanical support or supplementary means are known for the awards (also Schäfer's) hand method.
This is content only with the compression of the chest basket, while they are the most important things to bring about breathing, sucking in air, the elasticity of the ribs respectively. lets them snap back. This method is therefore imperfect and completely inadequate in difficult cases. One had to limit oneself to compressing the chest with the previous devices for inducing artificial respiration. So far, no means were available to capture parts of the chest, such as the ribs themselves, and to bring about an artificial chest expansion.
To eliminate these deficiencies, the well-known large pneumatic full-body chambers have been created that work with changing air content, but which have the major disadvantage of high production costs and are therefore probably available in hospitals, rescue stations, etc., but their procurement for the large Mass is not possible and the carrying of the devices to the unlucky places continues to weigh on the medical teams considerably. The object of the invention is intended to eliminate these disadvantages.
The device for resuscitating pseudo-dead with the help of artificial trunk, in particular chest enlargement, which forms the subject of the present invention, is characterized by at least one suction cup-like, elastic and therefore with its arched contact surface adapting to the shape of the trunk, which has an outwardly opening Valve and means for its actuation is permitted.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown for example, namely Fig. 1 shows an adhesive plate for itself, partially in view, partially in section, Fig. 2 is a lever linkage with two adhesive plates and Fig.3 another similar Hebelge rods without the adhesive plate attached to this.
The elastic adhesive plate a of Fig. 1 be seated suction cup, appropriately elongated shape and a curved, the fuselage shape-matching contact surface. It is expediently made of an elastic material such as rubber. A handle b is used to operate it.
For the purpose of bringing about artificial respiration, the patient is laid flat on his back after everything has been cleared and his head is turned to one side as far as possible. Thereupon two adhesive plates a are advantageously pressed on the outside of the lower edge of the rib arches, whereby these adhere practically tightly enough to the body because the air can escape from the Sang bowl through a valve e. By pressing the adhesive plate onto the fuselage, exhalation takes place, respectively. a clearing of the airways.
By subsequently exerting a pull on the hand grips b outwards and upwards, the artificial chest enlargement takes place, and the ribs are lifted and rotated as with normal inhalation. By alternately pressing respectively. If the attached adhesive plate is pulled away, artificial breathing is continued until normal breathing begins again.
The removal of the adhesive plate from the body is done by pressing the side edges together, respectively. by venting the edge of the adhesive plate. However, the valve can also be designed in such a way that it can be opened from the outside by applying pressure to the valve body, so that outside air can flow into the suction cup.
In order to achieve as complete an Ent softness as possible of the air inside the plate when the adhesive plate is pressed onto the body, its wall thickness c is designed to be different. In the case of large adhesives, the wall can be reinforced at the thickened areas by an inserted, not shown wire ring. In order to achieve good adhesion of the lower edge of the adhesive plate to the body skin, it is kept widened and equipped with a groove d running all around, which can be filled with a fatty substance of any kind. In addition to fatty substances, any type of adhesive can of course also be provided.
The adhesive plate can also be designed as a more or less pronounced flat chamber, the inner wall of which is more or less coated with adhesive. So that the largest possible body surface area for the purpose of gentle lifting BEZW by the adhesive plate. Compression sens of the rib cage is detected, it is elongated and has a curved contact surface that is adapted to the lower costal arches. The handle b can be organically connected to the wall (; of the adhesive plate, in which it consists, for example, of the same material as the plate, i.e. of rubber.
The handle can also be made of a rigid material and can easily be connected to the adhesive plate in an exchangeable manner. In Fig. 1, the adhesive plate is in use on the Kör by dash-dotted lines, without the latter.
A lever linkage is advantageously provided in order to bring about artificial breathing more easily and without tiring even after hours. In Fig. 2 the same consists of two articulated to a head crossbar f connected hand levers g, which the) Pa clients grasp between them, the neck of the same comes to rest on the crossbar f. The two hand levers g are still supported by an adjustable strap h. connected to each other, which is carried out under the patient's back.
Each hand lever g is also equipped with a suction cup-like adhesive plate a, the handle being replaced by means which enable it to be attached to the levers y.
In the lever linkage according to FIG. 3, a further belt i is provided which is placed over the patient's body. Each of the hand levers is also equipped with one of the adhesive plates described in this actuating device. Artificial breathing is brought about by moving the hand lever accordingly. In order to hold the patient's head in the desired, since Lich rotated position and to prevent the tongue from falling back, a belt) c is provided on the crossbar f of the two lever arms, g.
