Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines pulverförmigen, schmelzbare organische Bestandteile  enthaltenden Baustoffes.    In dem Patent     Nr.   <B>1629,38</B> wird.     ein    Ver  fahren zur Herstellung eines pulverförmigen,  Bitumen enthaltenden, hydraulischen     Bau-          6toffes    beschrieben, wobei ein Bitumen     und     ein hydraulisches Bindemittel zerstäubt     und     miteinander vermischt werden. Hierbei ist  der Zusatz an bituminösen Bestandteilen  entsprechend gering zu gestalten, damit er  nicht die 'hydraulischen Eigenschaften des  fertigen Produktes stört.  



  Gegenstand     der    vorliegenden Erfindung  ist nun ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines  pulverförmigen, schmelzbare organische Be  standteile enthaltenden Baustoffes, bei wel  chem<B>-</B> die schmelzbaren organischen     Be-          estandteileeine    verkittende Wirkung ausüben  können.

       -Das    Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet,     dass        ochmelzbare    organische Stoffe  mit pulverförmigen Stoffen in einem solchen       V,        erhältnis    unter     ZersUmbung    vermischt wer  den,     dass    ein unter Anwendung von     Wäxme          bezw.    Druck in einen plastischen Zustand         Überführbares    pulverförmiges Produkt     ent-          ,stellt.    i       Beiepielsweise    wird der     aus,

Mankann     ,ein vollständig trockenes, bituminöses Mehl      erzielen, das viel weniger     wärmeempfindlieh     ist als das reine Bitumen selbst und daher  den klimatischen Beanspruchungen im     Tem-          peraturbereiah,    der bei der praktischen An  wendung überhaupt in Frage kommt, auch  besser zu widerstehen vermag.  



  Die schmelzbare organische Bestandteile  enthaltenden Baustoffe, können als solche  allein verwendet werden, indem man sie für  sich, in     geeigmeter    Form als Belag einbaut,  zum Beispiel ähnlich wie bei     Stampfasphalt     oder     aucli    zur     Bestreuung    von Schotter, zur  Mischung mit Schotter, als     Einstreumaterial     für Decken     usw.
