Fig. 2 zeigt den gleichen Schäftezug unter Anwendung von zwei zur Längsmittelebene des Webstuhles symmetrisch innerhalb des- selben angeordneten Kurvenscheiben<I>h, lt'</I> und zwei unabhängig voneinander arbeiten den Schwingen g',<B><I>g2.</I></B>
2c' verschwenkbar gelagerter Anhängehaken v, <I>v',</I> v2,<I>v 3</I> dienen.
Device for moving heald frames with pendulous suspension. In previously known devices for moving the heald frames, either certain parts of the heald frame are arranged above the warp, or the heald frames are then operated exclusively inside the chair by means of push rods and tie rods.
In the first case, there are disadvantages in that the overview of the looms suffers, there is a risk that the warp will be soiled by dripping oil and the access of light to the warp and the inner parts of the chair is made more difficult.
In the second case, the disadvantages are the rigid guidance of the shafts and the resulting impossibility of being able to move them in the warp and side directions, which results in a major hindrance in the operation and when a new chain is put on.
There are also shaft movement devices which protrude beyond the shop ends of the loom and thus take up more space than usual. In the present device for moving the shafts inside the chair with shaft pulls arranged on both sides of the shafts and pendulum suspension of the shafts, the disadvantages mentioned are completely eliminated.
The drawing illustrates five exemplary embodiments of the subject invention. Fig. 1 shows an example of the movement of any number of shafts by means of a lifting disc and the associated rockers for transmission to the closed shaft trains arranged on both sides.
Fig. 2 shows an example in which each of the bilateral, closed shaft pulls is actuated by a special curve disc.
Fig. 3 shows an example in which the movement of a closed shaft train is carried out directly by a lever that can be actuated by a shaft machine and the transmission to the other shaft train is derived by means of toothed arches that work in the same direction.
Fig. 4, <I> 4a, 4b </I> show an example with the drive of the two closed side pulls by a lever each for the production of two-tied fabrics. using any number of shafts, and FIG. 5 shows an example with shaft trains arranged on both sides, in which the shafts are pulled up by means of lifting disks and rockers and by means of tension springs.
In the example according to FIG. 1, a, a ', a2, a3 denote a pendulum-suspended heald frame, <I> b, b' </I> the suspension locks, c, c 'those on the left side of the shaft over rollers <I> d, d '</I> guided, laterally and below arranged pull chains, e the pull rod provided with end hooks and regulating sleeve, also on the left side of the shaft, f a tension regulator attached on the one hand to a rocker y and on the other hand to the shaft frame part a'. <I> lt </I> is a mounted on a shaft i and driven by it,
inside the loom parallel to the shaft arranged cam, in whose closed curve a roller k of the rocker g engages. The lifting height of the shafts can be adjusted by moving the pull chain c 'and the pull regulator f laterally in the notches of the rocker arm g. The rocker g is in engagement with a second rocker m through tooth arch <I> 1, </I> l ', through which the mutual shaft pull <B> o', </B> c8, <B> d2, d ' , </B> e ', f' is operated.
On this side, too, the lifting height of the shaft can be adjusted with the same means as on the other side. A special hub disk h with the associated organs g, k, <I> 1, 1 ', </I> gn is provided for each shaft. When the lifting disks h rotate, the shafts a inevitably move up and down without the use of cords and straps to form the so-called compartment, according to the shape of their curves.
2 shows the same harness train using two cam disks <I> h, lt '</I> arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal center plane of the loom, and two swing arms g', <B> <I> g2 working independently of one another . </I> </B>
In the example according to FIG. 3, p denotes a lever which can be pivoted in the direction of the arrows and can be actuated by a dobby (not shown) and actuates the shaft hoist in the same direction as described with reference to FIG.
The transfer from one side, closed shaft tension to the other takes place via a pair of rockers <B> <I> g </I> <provided with a toothed arch <I> 1, l '</I> and arranged inside the loom / B> l, <B><I>g4,</I> </B> In the example according to FIGS. 4, 4a and 4b, for the production of two-bonded fabrics, s, s' denote one by one not Drawn cam plate pivotable in the direction of the arrows drawn, which is provided with recesses t, which can be used for attaching any number to pins 2c,
2c 'pivotable suspension hook v, <I> v', </I> v2, <I> v 3 </I> are used. The bilateral, inevitable, closed shaft trains are generally arranged like those described in FIG. The cables attached to the outer hooks <I> v </I> and <I> v '</I> pull the shafts upwards when the foot lever s, s' moves downwards, while the same movement pulls the foot lever s , s' the cables attached to the inner hook <I> v2, </I> v 3 pull the shafts downwards. When the step lever s, s' is moved upwards, the shafts are actuated in the opposite direction.
With this drive of the inevitable shaft trains, any number of shafts can be moved independently of one another in height by one of the step levers s, s' arranged on both sides. are adjustable, and there is also the possibility, depending on the distribution of the suspension hooks v, v ', <I> v 2, v 3, </I> to choose the order of the lifting and lowering shafts.
In the example according to FIG. 5, <B> to, </B> denote to 'tension springs for pulling up the shafts on both sides, which in place of the pulling parts c', c3, <I> d ', d 3 </I> (Fig. 1) can be used. The springs) <B> zu, </B> z.v <I> 1 </I> are attached on the one hand to the tie rods e, e 1 and on the other hand to a fixed cross rod x, x n. Instead of the simple tension springs for 'zu', generally known Federzngregister can also be used.
In all of the described, on both sides of the shafts arranged Sebäftezzüge with pendulum suspension of the shafts, the outer pulling parts are carried out sideways of the shaft frames and there are no parts above the warp, nor outside the loom. The chain cannot be soiled by dripping oil. Natural and artificial light can fall unhindered on the warp and the inner parts of the chair. The overview of the looms is unhindered. The operation of the chain and the insertion of the shafts is convenient due to the pendulum and side suspension.
The shaft trains are completely cordless and strapless, so they do not stretch and are easily adjustable due to their independence. The loom takes up little space because there are no shafts pulling parts protruding from the sley.
