Mehrstufiges Schaltgetriebe.
Multi-stage manual transmission. The subject of the main patent is a multi-stage gearbox with constantly engaged transmission gears and clutches for switching these gears on and off, each clutch being assigned a freewheel device, so that when a clutch of a higher speed level is engaged, the clutch of the lower speed level respectively all clutches of the lower speed levels can remain engaged.
In such a gearbox, special freewheeling devices represent a complication on the one hand and, on the other hand, form extensive, space-consuming units in the case of large power transmissions, whose functional classification is difficult.
According to the present additional invention, a simplification of such a gearbox is to be achieved in that the clutches themselves are designed as free-wheeling devices. The freewheeling device of each clutch can expediently consist in the fact that the clutch itself is actively released when the speed of the driven clutch part increases beyond the speed of rotation of the driving clutch part.
The accompanying drawing relates to two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
In the example of Fig. 1, 12 denotes a constantly engaged with a not shown, on the also not ge recorded drive shaft seated gear located translation gear that coincides with one of the gears 5, 6, 7 of the switching gear shown and described in the main patent and described is mounted freely rotatably on the secondary shaft 13. On this gear 12 there is a hub 14 on which a cam 16 is formed, which cooperates with an inclined surface 16 of a coupling part 1'7 that is freely rotatable on the auxiliary shaft 13 and axially displaceable.
The clutch also has a friction disc 18, which is wedged on the secondary shaft 13, axially displaceable hub 19 is fixed, on which another hitch part 20 is freely rotatable and axially slidable ver. This clutch part 20 has for the engagement of the clutch. an annular groove 21. The mode of operation is as follows: When the clutch part 20 is engaged, it is pressed against the friction disk 18 and, together with the friction disk 18, against the clutch part 17.This causes the drive from the transmission gear 12 via the hub 14, the cam 15, the inclined surface 16, the clutch part 17, the friction disk 18 and the hub 19 are transferred to the auxiliary shaft 13, which thus runs at the same speed as the gear 12 to.
When the clutch is engaged at a higher speed, the auxiliary shaft 13 and with the same the parts 19, 18, 17 take a higher speed Umlaufgeschwindig than the rotational speed of the gear wheel 12 on. As a result, the coupling part 17 rotates relative to the hub 14 in the forward direction, and the cam 15 slides backwards on the inclined surface 16, so that the coupling part 17 shifts to the left and the clutch is released, the part 20 remaining in the engaged position . If the clutches of the higher speed levels are disengaged again, the speed of the secondary shaft 13 is reduced to the rotational speed of the gear 12 again.
When the speed falls below this Umlaufgeschwin the cam 15 moves on the inclined surface 16 in the direction of rotation forwards, the coupling part 17 being moved to the right and the coupling is re-engaged. In this gearbox, each clutch itself is designed as a freewheel device in that it is automatically released when the rotational speed of the driven clutch part 18, 19 increases beyond the rotational speed of the driving clutch part 17.
In the example of FIG. 2, the constantly engaged translation gear 12 forms a piece with a clutch bell 22, and it is freely rotatable on the auxiliary shaft 13. Inside the clutch bell 22 sits on the auxiliary shaft 13, a hub 23 to which one end of a coil spring 24 is attached. The other end of this spring 24 is slidable on an annular surface 25 of a pre-coupling part 26, which has one or more pawls pins 27, which are each arranged on a flat spring 28, which seeks to push the relevant pin 27 inward. An annular groove 29 is provided on the pre-coupling part 28 for engaging this part.
The mode of operation is as follows. When the pre-clutch part 26 is engaged, the same is coupled to the clutch bell 22 and rotates with the same. One of the pawl pins 27 engages behind the corresponding end of the helical spring 24 during this rotation and rotates this end in relation to the hub 23 in such a way that the tensioned spring 24 is pressed against the inner surface of the clutch bell 22, where the clutch bell 22 with the hub 23 and so that the auxiliary shaft 13 is coupled ge.
When the clutch is engaged at a higher speed, the hub rotates at a greater speed than the pre-coupling part 26 coupled to the bell 22, whereby the coil spring 24 is relaxed and no longer rests on the inner surface of the bell 22. The free end of the helical spring 24 now slides on the sliding surface 25 over the pins 27, so that the coupling forms a freewheel device by automatically driving the coupling bell 22 when the rotational speed of the driven coupling part 23, 24 increases beyond the rotational speed of the drive is resolved.
In a manner similar to the single-disc clutch shown in Fig. 1, other clutches with axial Schaltbewe supply, for example multi-disc clutches, cone clutches, double cone clutches, be formed with a freewheel device.
Furthermore, other than that illustrated in Fig. 2 radially acting hitch ment with a freewheel device can be ausgebil det.
